Burger King

Terrible service, the girl at the checkout placed the wrong order and instead of the promised 5 minutes of waiting, 20 minutes passed. The food was not tasty and the burger cutlet was overcooked. I love Burger King but I will never return to this place!

Drive through speaker and microphone broken. Staff would rather walk around than do their job. Manager couldn’t hear me on phone. AVOID!

On the drive thru I asked for cheesy jalapeño bites for my meal like a add on and guess what I just got home and checked everything these people asked me 3times what I wanted and still didn’t get it right! My family had to pay me back for what I spended here BECAUSE they knew THIS place does not care about their customers they charged me for something I didn’t even get

They kept getting my order wrong.the staff do not know thier jobs and would not let me use gift cards. Very rude staff.

We went to store now nd ladies were using phn when we passes by the window nd they told us on the speaker sorry we r not taking orders now why u guys open 24 hour when u can't take orders

This place is never going to have my business ever again. We ordered through skip the dishes after an hour of waiting they still said 45 more minutes how busy can they be? So that's it for them. So if you order through skip be prepared to wait.

I ordered just two chicken junior sandwiches from skip and the waiting time showing for my food is preparing for 103 minutes like seriously guys it takes more then 1.5 hrs to cook and prepare just two chicken juniors. I work at a fast food restaurant too but this thing is not tolerable as i am calling the norte dame burger king store 24 hrs and i been calling from last half an hour almost 10-15 calls no reply no one picked up the calls so, please take some action regarding this timings Wednesday early mornings 4: 40 am around. Thank you so much this kind of expeErience will never let me order again from burger king thank you ayleast somebody dhould pick up the store calls if store is open

Their impossible wopper was rough. Never ate something so dry in my life. And I normally like the impossible whopper: (

I love BK but this particular branch is the worst in the city. Every single time im going here never fails to disappoint me. The waiting time in drive thru is always long even tho there’s just couple or 3 vehicles in the lane. Just tonight i need to wait more that 15 mins in the lane and we’re just two cars there. This branch need to step more. And will Not going to recommend.

I recently had a pleasant experience at this particular Burger King. It was the lunch hour rush. I wasn’t paying attention I missed the order Window speaker. Not sure what to do I pulled up to the cashiers window and told them what happened. They smiled and took my order. I stayed at the window and was served immediately.

Burned buns with my whopper and chicken sandwiches.thats twice already last 2x was at that burgerking its happened. I'm switching to McDonald's.

The employees who work here will make sure to forget something every time you order! And the service will be so abysmal it will leave you wanting to leap over the counter and make the food yourself.disappointed with how things have been running recently.genuinely mad at my order and with your workers who have ruined my night.

Out of 3 different fast food restaurants i went to this week they were the only ones to get my order right!

They did not have what i wanted when i ordered (all dressed nuggets) so i had to get something else.too bad

Drive thru was a long wait a 130am. Don't do late nite here. Waited 30 min to get to front of the line. Ridiculous

Always got my order wrong i have a partner who is allergic to the process cheese and we emphasize no cheese and everytime we open up the said sandwich there is always cheese and had a terrible experience with the breakfast shift they mess up our order 3 times they added cheese we got it replace then it was the right sandwich with cheese then it was the wrong sandwich without cheese then finally got our order right the staff really lack paying attention to orders.

Wish I could rate it 0 stars.complete chaos in there, waited 30 minutes for a whopper combo. Pathetic

The drive-thru is always horribly slow one times got stuck in it for an hour with only five cars

Wrong drinks, not sure how you manage to serve a stale bun in a restaurant with such a high turnover.but it was. No sauces for dipping my nugz, big disrespect.

We always order nuggets with sweet and sour but every time we get home its honey mustard which none of us eat that waste of time to come back just for the sauce, and they even repeat my order that its with sweet and sour

If you order any sandwiches with cheese, be sure you double check it’s actually in the sandwich. I’ve reported and returned nearly 10 orders in the past because the back staff are either incompetent to read the screen and/or too lazy to do their job properly.

Check your sandwich before you leave the drive-thru. I had the same thing happen today and the female Filipino employee with glasses working window tried to be condescending about my own order.

Thank goodness for the East Indian manager (I think her name is Preet?), for always being super polite, helpful and understanding. She’s the only positive in this awful restaurant.

Cold food served slow. Actually it was closer to room temperature.worthy if a health code violation. I ate it anyway and paid for it.sick as hell.

Why is the food never hot? Except for the chicken, if you're lucky, I've never had a hot burger from any Burger King anywhere. I only go every few months & get annoyed everytime I order. With so many other burger options I think it's time to give up on this one.

We waited almost 15 minutes for 4 burgers in the driveway on Friday night 11 pm. The servers inside were chatting and laughing amongst themselves. By the time the orders got delivered there were 4 cars behind us. To top it all up, the fish burger turned out to be burnt! No cheese or mayo filling and it felt so bitter.
The previous Friday night too we went in the driveway and at that time their machine was defective so they could not give us what we ordered and instead gave some other burgers which seemed ok. Generally BK is my favorite place for grabbing burgers but this one outlet totally ruined the brand for me. I am not visiting next time and letting others know how careless the servers are and inefficient the service is.

Bathrooms were disgusting. Soap dispensers didn't work properly so the employees probably don't practice proper hand washing. There was one employee there who was very rude to a customer after they messed up his order.

Burger King has never been a great fast food restaurant in my opinion, with their tasteless poutine and fries. Whoppers that get bland so easily. This time I ordered a couple whoppers just to try it out again and found that one I ate tasted rotten, and when I say rotten it really tasted sour, different from what I've ever tasted before. I promptly threw out the burger, and am sure to make it an effort to never eat at this disgusting fast food chain again

Been waiting in line to order and there is obviously not enough staff working as there is a line up in store and in the drive thru. And the park lot has more construction holes in it than swiss cheese.

Food here is usually kept under the heat lamps. Almost every time I’ve gone in there are always a bunch of burgers pre-made and sitting waiting for someone to come along and buy them. Never fresh and the restaurant itself is quite often dirty. To get fresher burgers you have to make sure to ask for them to be “off broiler “ or just deal with barely warm food that doesn’t taste nearly as good. If you’re in a hurry I suppose the food here is edible though I’d advise to go somewhere else if you have the option.
