Burrito Splendido

Great tasting food, I had my doubts about the fish (local pickeral) but ut was pretty solid.good portion sizes for a reasonable cost.

Good burritos, we’ve ordered them many times over the last few years but unfortunately very inconsistent, one day you’ll order a large and it’ll be fair but the next time even a week later it’s literally 1/2 to 1/4 of the size… and they’re rude when you bring it up to them. I’ll say they’re understaffed the few times I’ve been in during peak times and they’re stressed to the max with a lineup and a steady stream of annoying skip drivers coming in so I don’t blame them for being disgruntled but it’s a rip off when they are tiny… and I mean tiny 30-40% of the time. Could be they are just too busy to go in the back and re stock the items is the reason for being so chintzy. Don’t bother if you’re expecting a filling burrito.

I’ve been here many times but I think it’s time I change my review. It’s went down over the years. They used to give you big portions. The chicken has many little bones that I choked on, I brought this to the attention of the owner last year but they never did anything about it. And found a tiny bone in my burrito again this time. I enjoy the burritos a lot but it’s hit and miss and never consistent between the employees

Forces you to pay online when ordering for pickup; come on, guys, there should be a "pay in store" option. Food's tasty, though. Sorta like Casa Del Mar used to be; Subway, but Mexican food.

I ordered the pork quasadilla from here about a month ago and we loved it and we came back and ordered 2 more and they gave us 2 beef lying saying it was the pork. It was disgusting! My husband ordered a beef burrito and it was gross as well! Threw everything out and we'll never ever order from here again.

The ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere is nice. Doesn't feel like just another fast food place.

Wow this place has gone downhill. Ordered a regular size mole beef burrito and the “measured” amount of beef was pitiful in size. 75 grams of ground beef in a liquid sauce. There is no value here…. So many better options.

I love the food they serve. As someone who grew up with authentic Mexican food this is an authentic representation. Not Texmex interpretation of food.

Food is decent but service isn’t. I asked for rice in my quesadilla and she said no. I didn’t want the peppers and onions that they offer, but she was pretty short with me so I didn’t press. Down the line I noticed corn and I asked if that can go in the quesadilla and again she said no we can’t do that. When I got to the till I said “so even if a customer pays for these sides you won’t put them on the quesadilla? ”… truly assuming that it was about how the grill worked. She then said “if you pay for it yes… oh, were you willing to pay for it? ”…. It was pretty lame. They should just say “yes we can, it’s just a surcharge of _”. I would have happily paid. Instead I ate meat and cheese on a tortilla. And paid like $15 for it.

Very diligent workers can roll a burrito better than snoop dogs blunt roller can roll a blunt 10/10 experience would highly recommend

I frequent this restaurant quite regularly. The food is always amazing. This holiday season they have a deal for a free regular burrito when you purchase a 50 dollar gift card. My last visit a mistake was made and I was double charged. They were so polite and caring. They even delivered my refund straight to my door. Now that's what I call amazing customer service. Five stars for sure! Thank you burrito splendio
