I just called to get an urgent care appointment. I called at 8: 30 was on hold for 15 minutes.so I just hung up. That was the whole time they say it's best to call. I am really disappointed in the way the treat people these days. You'd think doctors want to be doctors to help.but sometimes you wonder. Or maybe they are held back by someone else, you just don't really know. Someday I hope this world can be better again.
