Stayed in the campground and not the cabins at the resort. $600 for a 5 night Monday to Friday stay at the smallest cabin is too expensive.

Rented a motor boat, first time ever operating one - staff was SUPER friendly and helpful, explained everything to me very clearly. We had a great day cruising around and trolling!

We rented canoes to paddle to Caddy Lake Tunnel. The staff were friendly and professional. The equipment was in good shape. The prices were reasonable. A very enjoyable day. The tunnels are well worth the trip. We also stopped for lunch at Boutilier Island which was really nice.

Quiet area. Unless you have a boat and are starting your fishing day. Campsites are clean, some very small. More of a boating place then anything.

Great place to rent a canoe or kayak and go through the tunnel to your own shore. Campground is nice too. No/ very little wifi reception.

Review is for boat rentals and the tunnels. They have various types and sizes of boats, with or without motors. Drivers license required and some forms need to be filled out. They also give you a quick intro on how top operate the boat and things to watch out for. Was a bit nervous since I've never driven a boat but got the hang of it quickly. We decided to paddle through the tunnels because I wasn't confident in my driving. In hindsight, maybe we should have slowly motored through like the others because it was slow goings with the heavy boat. Beautiful Canadian shield scenery. Saw a lot of backcountry camping spots throughout and/or people hangin out on the rocks. As for the resort area, there are picnic tables and a small beach while you wait for your turn on the boat. You can rent for whole or half day. My thinking is if you plan to not rent the motor boats, and want to visit the tunnels, maybe whole day is better because it's quite a long way on a kayak. Could easily spend a whole day here though, no matter what you decide.

Caddy Lake is an absolute treasure of the Earth. The synergistic union of the eager, happy people who run the resort, the respectfully clean upkept grounds and buildings within this sacred gem of Canada you've got yourself a great blossoming gift for yourself and your loved ones you choose to enjoy this place with.

Had a great weekend rented 2 canoes. Just remember you can only use a credit card for the deposit. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I went there a few years ago and rented a boat. The people were clueless and the units sloppy and close to dangerous. I was so happy yesterday to rent a beautiful unit that was well maintained, solid and staff organized and knowledgable. See you again next month!

Beautiful campground with fantastic hiking/biking trails. A little chilly overnight in May, but welcome to Canada. We stayed in tents and had an absolute blast.

We rented 7 canoes from these guys and it was great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful in every situation. We’ve never done canoeing before so they gave us helpful tips and training. They have hourly option so we rented for 3 hours and visited tunnels. Canoes are in good condition and very beautiful place for canoeing.

Great place to camp all amenities within campground. The lake is absolutely beautiful, great for boating, canoeing, or simply just taking a dip in the water.

The roads in the whiteshell have to be totally redone and better infrastucture and amenities are needed, including stocking the lakes with fish for people to catch. The tunnels are cool!

Me and my friends had so much fun. We rented the boats and went into the caves. A lot of fun and not expensive.

We camped in the campground adjacent to the resort. Went to the convenience store at the resort, as well as rented canoes from them. Convenience store sells park passes as well as Manitoba fishing licenses. Firewood was priced reasonably. Canoe rental was double the rate of canoes from the city, but avoided having to carry or tow the canoe from the city. Also we would not have needed the canoe the entire length of the trio, so ultimately renting from the resort was half as expensive as the city, despite the cost differential.
