-5 Stars. The only thing keeping me there is no fees and low mortgage rate. If another bank gave me the same rates I would be gone. They have never helped me when I have really needed it. Been there 20 years. Isabella is unacceptable. Never gets back to you. If I did that at my job I would be fired.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. The absolute WORST bank to ever deal with. They never get back to you, especially Isabella. They lie to your face, pretend to care, and then you never hear from them until you literally “chase” them down. Stay away from the Regent branch.

Update: Was reached out to by the Branch Manager, who was nice and listened to my concerns which was appreciated, but this bank, more specifically ISABELA still managed to screw up on my Fiancée's account after all of this and the bank is saying that they can't do anything about it. This is completely unacceptable. I will be leaving this bank as soon as I can.

Horrible customer service. Rude, demeaning, and not supportive at all. I would not bank here! Ever!
