Cambridge Accounting have been wonderful to have do my taxes for 3 years now. Always pleasant and speedy, best is that I've always gotten a refund. Thank you.

I've had Cambridge completing my taxes for over 10 years. They're organized, up to date and have all the answers. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately giving this place a 0 rating isnt an option or else believe me it would be.
Called to ask a few questions about filing income tax. The older man who answered the phone was SO RUDE it disgusted me.
He yelled that he couldnt hear me clearly so i tried to repeat myself he then cut me off in the middle of my question and said NO and hung up the phone.
If this is how he speaks to someone over the phone i cannot imagine how he treats people in person.
I will never consider going here even as last resort.

Unprofessional firm. I called about getting my tax return done because it is a bit more complicated than in past years (employment and first year of home business income). As I was explaining that I had already done my return and wanted an expert to go over it to make sure it was OK, “John” interrupted and said “I am stopping you right there as we are too busy to do that. ” He was rude and dismissive. I understand if they are busy, he could have said that in a much more professional way and not been a jerk. Would never recommend going there to anyone!
