The maintenance scedual is about as useless as they could be. Once again they send a letter with scedualed entery and they are no shows. This has happened multiple times. I'd be surprised if they can set an alarm too wake up in the morning.

Ive been with Broadstreet here at camiel sys 4 years. We have been lucky and had great service. Tyler the maintenance technician is very professional and polite very friendly knowledgeable guy. Alvin at the office Property Manager has been very good to deal with, extremely compassionate and helpful. I recommend broadsteeet to anyone looking for a pet friendly community to live.
