Canad Inns Destination Centre Club Regent Casino Hotel

So we got the executive king suite, 400$ the best room in the joint. Yes it is a nice room but the hotel staff for starters did not have the room ready (no blankets, pillows, sheets) for the pull out couch even though they knew 4 people were staying here.long story short, hotel security was supposed to bring it up and made every excuse why he didn’t and started swearing at me and yelling. I will never stay at a canadinns again and I suggest you stay somewhere else. The best room in the place and I have to worry about the security fighting me because they cannot run a hotel properly. Don’t waste your money!

Stayed here twice in a week for 2 comedy shows. Good value hotel. The staff was amazing. Love they call to make sure everything is alright with the room etc.

Hotel was clean but a bit dated. Shower left something to be desired. Staff did not acknowledge you except when you checked in.

We had the dinner buffet and it was great! We went with a large group on a friday and their was plenty of seating available. Servers were fast and the food was good! Some people ordered food off of the menu instead of the buffet and got their food quite quickly.we have issue fish and chips but tge supervisor there is very helpful he replace that food for us wanna metion his name kapil.amazing job guys.

Very clean and organized hotel.

Check in was without a doubt the best check in I have ever had at a hotel. I didn’t catch his name but he has long hair, was beyond friendly and personable. Asked what floor we would like to be on and chatted for a few minutes.

Had a short overnight stay, went for a concert in the event center. Had an excellent experience!

Hi, I just wanna share my experience. I went on this location with my friends for dinner. It was such great food and awesome service which was provided by, I think his name is kapil. He is great in providing customers service. He asked us, how's the food and if we need anything just let him know. It was awesome. We will definitely come back again here. Thanks.

Only attended work conferences and meetings here, but they do a good job hosting such events. No complaints. Lots of parking.

Had a great stay in the ultimate suite with the whirlpool In a spacious king suite With a separate Bedroom. The food was great on Thanksgiving at the restaurant too. The attached picture is the suite and the king size Bedroom with the whirlpool tub is through the double doors to the left.

We stayed on August 16th. The rooms were fine and check in was easy. We decided to eat at the restuarant Aaltos and ran into problems. My wife ordered the baked haddock but was served the deep fried haddock. When we explained this to the waiter he checked and said we could wait 20 minutes for the proper meal. We did not want to wait so we said it was fine, however, when she asked for tarter sauce we were told there would be an extra charge! We again explained the problem with the meal and did not feel we should pay for tarter sauce. When we got the bill we were charged for the meal we did not receive and explained this again but were told we were wrong. We did not ask for anything free, we just wante4d to be charged for the correct meal. Very poorly hanndled and we woujld have had breakfast there as well but after our treatment we likely won't go back.

I would have given the rooms a 5 star except for the low toilet seat and the shower pressure was non existent!

Meetimg space was suitable and exactly as requested service was friendly. Pastries were okay but not stellar.

Great place to stay for concerts and the casino. Service was a bit lacking at from desk but housekeeping was fantastic.

Stayed here with my husband and two children for 2 nights because our air conditioner broke and couldn’t handle the 37 degrees heat outside. The rooms have been nicely updated since We last stayed 16 years ago on our wedding night. Everything was clean and tidy. My only complaints are that the fan in the bathroom did not come on and there was a lot of black mold that was visible underneath the seal that holds the shower handle to the wall. This is why I took one star away cause I don’t want to see that even if it is impossible to clean.
Due to COVID the hotel was taking reasonable precautions by taking temperatures at check in (which my kids thought was cool) and no cleaning of rooms during your stay but had very clear instructions on how to exchange soiled towels for clean and getting fresh linen. The restaurants were closed for sit down dining but were open reasonable hours to place an order that you could pick up and take to your room. The breakfast was okay and one evening we ordered the Artichoke Spinach Dip and Macaroni and Cheese bites from the Tavern united menu and both were very good. All in all we were with our stay.

Good hotel clean rooms and excellent service, was there for work training and got everything I needed food is pretty decent aswell

Stayed here for couple of weeks and the room was good. The staff was great especially Calista. She is an excellent front desk assistant and goes above and beyond with a smile. Overall, a great stay.

Great place to rest your head, clean and quiet.the only issue I had was the shower head had a trickle of water pressure. The sink did not fill up with water when washing up which is a huge plus.staff was very courteous an friendly.

We had booked the ambassador hall for our wedding. We were very excited. A month before our wedding, the coordinator had quitted and we had to pick a different coordinator. We were very disappointed with the new coordinator. She, instead of helping us on our wedding day, was missing in action.

On our wedding day, we were also informed that our flutes and cake cutter set that were all engraved and personalized were missing. We had reported it, and they could not give us an answer as to where our items went or who took it. We were very disappointed because I really loved that hotel, and they did not seem to care about us. Will never recommend.

This hotel is in the process of updating their rooms which is desperately needed. The room I was in had a busted ethernet port and decor out of the 80s which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. Next time around I imagine I can give it a 4 star rating without hesitation. The restaurant at this location has buffet options during certain hours and is a hot spot for seniors. There is also a very nice Casino and event area on the West side of the complex. I was here during the -50C weather and was happy that I could plug my rental car in at many stalls near the hotel. Overall I had a good stay here and will come back.

They've been renovated recently which adds to a decent stay. This is a higher traffic hotel which makes it trust worthy but can also be a little tired.

Bedding was ok.couch and room smells a bit bad and old. No source of drinking water, you have to buy them bottled water at a vending machine in the hallway. Room was smaller than expected. Front desk staff not approachable, not friendly and doesnt even smile back at you.

The aaoltos buffet was very good, the service was impressive and overall had a very satisfying dining experience

The rooms were clean, and they has a food special on the rooms for the holidays. The beds could have been a bit more comfortable but weren't the worst. The pop machines were totally sold out and I was told nothing would happen till coke came. The regular rates would be a bit high for what you get but could be worse. Proximity to a number of things is pretty good, and being attached to the casino is a plus. Overall.could be better could be worse.

Venue was good. Service was excellent. Half the people at the venue including myself caught a horrible flu. Food was buffet style. I dunno if I'll go to an event there for awhile.

Seafood buffet was decent. However, they stopped serving food at 8pm, so you don't really have too much time considering crab legs takes you a long time to eat.

The bar was clean and drinks were good. It was a pretty busy place and everyone was having a good time.
