Racist hotel management, staff, security, and policies. Find another hotel close by the hospital

The rooms were filthy. The staff was rude and they treated the guests as though they were rubbish. Get better staff or don't be open at all. Your behaviour was unacceptable and unprofessional.

Excellent staff and my room was clean each time I've stayed here. You can pretty much discount all the recent negative reviews on here as people who watched a negative news story which claimed the staff as being "racist" and are now posting reviews to ruin the hotel's reputation even though they've likely never stayed at it.
