Canada Cartage failed to deliver a fridge and stove from Home Depot 2 weeks in a row. No contact since.
The contact number they provided goes straight to voicemail - which is full. Left a callback number - nobody called.
I will avoid ever again purchasing something that Canada Cartage delivers. I will also never buy large items from Home Depot because they ship using Canada Cartage.
Extremely disappointed in the lack of service or contact.

I have been trying to call them back for the last two days, even leaving a message. Nobody answers the phone and I have not received a call back.

I work in the same building as Canada cartage the drivers drop off trailers there

Donna has terrible customer service skills and attitude. She should probably work on that considering it’s her job to deal with clients. If you don’t like your job, find another line of work.

Had problems with a delivery & contacted Donna Toews. She was the most pleasant person I have ever dealt with, she not only solved my problems, but gave me a feeling that removed the anxiety I was experiencing. Thank you Donna hope your company appreciates the gem that you are.

This place is so unorganized. First time I was here I waited 3h only to not get unloaded. Next time I got to listen to the supervisors hash out who should unload me for 20min.

This is situated in South East Winnipeg on a major North-South route with quick access to all major areas of the city. The Winnipeg location is a Natural Health Product Site Compliant location.
