Treat you well in the beginning, once they get your payment, you are on your own for questions and they just submitted to links. We were asking for exchange, and returning the product with unopened box and they refuse to do an exchange. Poor customer service by Biet.

2023 Update: We purchased a stove from CAS and had another wonderful experience! Great from the sales side, had good selection of products at great prices, product was in stock and delivered promptly. Once again, amazing delivery service from the same delivery person as previously. Still very happy with my purchase of the fridge as well.

Very happy with the selection of products and product availability. Jay was very helpful with selecting the right fridge for us at the price point we were comfortable with. Paying for delivery was the best money spent. The delivery team was efficient, took great care of the fridge and were very cautious of not damaging any of the home.

Very happy with the service and product received.

The best part of this experience was not having to leave my home and waste my precious days off driving from store to store to get pricing and availability. The entire purchase was done from the comfort of my own home. Delivery was an unbelievably smooth process. This will be my go to option for future appliance purchases.

Highly recommended. Have purchased several major appliances over the years. The sales staff are very knowledgeable and great to work with. No-nonsense help or running around if you need after sales service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Scam of a company. Bought a stove it lasted only 16 months. Multiple time customer said they could do nothing for us. Stove was 1100$ and to 1000$ to fix it.total scam of a company. Awful customer service. They laughed as we were walking out. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I bought a kitchen bundle appliance during boxing week as the discounts were better compared to buying separately. I was offered extended warranty for free so I accepted. The invoice that I got from the store has the grand total but there was not a breakdown of prices, taxes, shipping fee, etc. I later found out that I paid for the extended warranty and the salesperson made it look like I was getting the warranty for free from the discounts I got from purchasing the appliances.

I felt I was ripped off from this experience.

It was an easy, comfortable experience shopping at Canadian Appliance Source. The salesperson never pressured us into upgrading or making a decision. The delivery was fast and professional. No issues.

Do not under any circumstance engage with this store or company. I ordered a fridge from here. The experience was ok until they had my money. They delivered the wrong fridge, they destroyed my door trying to get it into my house (they didn’t get it in before we noticed it was the wrong one), they took it back and absolutely no one has returned my calls to rectify the issue. I am still out the cost of the fridge with no fridge in hand and no engagement from anyone at the company. Do not put yourself through this.

Just price match them and go somewhere else. Bought a washer and dryer from here. Terms for delivery changed after we paid. Now we're being told to pay delivery on each item. Which wasn't what we were told when we were with our sales person. 0 out of 10 for customer service.

Buyer Beware! If anything is wrong with a product and you don't find it in the first 48 hours, they will do nothing for you. The company LG is the same. I have never dealt with two companies with less integrity. I used my cooktop once and something under the glass became discoloured. They really don't care. They told me it was a cosmetic issue that isn't covered. They offered to fix it for me, if I paid for it. Unbelievable. Do yourself a big favour, shop elsewhere and do not buy LG.

I purchased a dishwasher from CAS. I bought it from CAS because I was told I could pick it up in 3 days. When the pickup day came I called and was told it was not ready to pickup. I told them the reason I bought it from them was because I was told I could pick it p in 3 days. She said I can;t pick it up for another week. At this point I started to get annoyed. She then said that I could pick it up. She started giving me an address and I asked if it was in Winnipeg where I live because the address didn't ring a bell. She didn't answer she just kept saying she e-mailed the address to me. I kept asking where that was. She then said Calgary. I said I can't travel 1000 km to pick up my dishwasher. She ignored anything I said from this point on. If you need an appliance quick don't rely on CAS to tell you the truth on when it will be available. The customer service at CAS is broken and will not see anymore of my business.

Bought a new dishwasher. Used their recommended installer. Dishwasher leaked in first try. Runaround from Kitchenaid. CAS refused to discuss with me or provide any advice or help.

Bought an LG fridge from CAS a few weeks back. It was delivered yesterday. Great experience in the store, as well as the delivery and the first 24 hours of use!

We have been dealing with Naseer from CAS. He has been great and always answers questions we have with delivery etc
We came in after being recommended to this establishment. He was warm, welcoming and not pushy. It did help that we knew what we wanted so we were an easy sell.
We knew there was a back order so we went early. Our stove is still delayed but we can manage with our hot plate and our grill and air fryer until it gets here.
One appliance did have a dent in the back but we were compensated for it greatly.
Over all our experience has been great with CAS and i would totally recommend.

We bought our stove a year ago, it was replaced in April as it stopped working. We got the replacement home and an element didn't work. Since then for over 6+ months we have been trying to get ahold of them to get it sorted out and we keep getting the run around and told someone will call us back in 4-5 days and no one ever does. We have contacted executives they do not respond. It is honestly quite sad that this is the level of customer care they provide. We will never purchase another Electrolux/ Frigidaire appliance again and will not be returning to CAS to purchase again.

Our sales rep Naseer was very helpful and really helped to get us a great price on our appliance package. He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable about the products that we were looking for. I would recommend CAS and Nasoor wholeheartedly for great deals!

PLEASE BEWARE! DO NOT SHOP HERE! Worst experience I ever had with the sales department and customer service. I ordered a cover for a BBQ that I bought from there but unfortunately, they ordered the wrong one. I then asked to cancel my order and wanted a refund. Mike from sales completed my refund and told me to wait 5 business days for the transaction to appear on my credit card, it is now 10 business days and I haven't seen any refund on my account. I called many times and was told to keep waiting. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't any that runs the store. This store is a robbery!

We received a great deal on our appliance, and our sales associate was wonderful. He was helpful and very informative. Our appliance was thankfully in stock as well, which was a bonus compared to having to wait 14-16 weeks at many other stores.

The delivery was also very quick. The delivery company was very helpful and professional. They were also very careful to make sure our appliance wasn’t and didn’t get damaged going into the house. Altogether my husband and I had a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend.

I have purchased a few kitchen appliances from CAS and I only have excellent comments to share. My representative Jack Sun is proactive, is always available to answer questions and keeps me updated as my orders move along the shipping process. I am very confident that I will be well taken care of if a problem ever arises with my purchased products. I strongly recommend CAS!
