Overall a very good experience. Container was clean and kept out precipitation. Delivery and retrieval experiences were flawless and fun to watch. Reasonable cost. Will do it again.

This company was misleading and unreliable from the very start. I initially booked online, and then finished up finalizing details by phone. I followed all requirements, including a street parking permit due to snow clearing bylaws, and provided a copy to the company, confirming everything twice before booking labour to move items into the pod. The day the pod was due to arrive, they were later and later, and it wasn't until I reached out that I discovered they had cancelled due to bylaws (the ones that required the permit I had already sent a copy of).

Already I was out money for labourers, and the permit, and the pod - all with nothing to show for it. I had to speak with numerous people who all were uninformed, advised there was nothing I could do, and eventually I was able to speak to a manager here in the city. He was rude, unhelpful, but eventually I had the pod delivered and was able to beg help from friends and family, since I couldn't afford to hire labourers to do the actual work instead of hanging around for a pod that hadn't arrived.

Due to a prolonged illness and disability, the stress and financial impact were much worse than they had to be. In the time my belongings were in storage, they raised rates arbitrarily multiple times until the cost was 150% of the original quote. Although the service reps had repeatedly confirmed per month pricing, it was actually on a 4 week schedule, and if you have ever had to live in a monthly disability insurance payment, you'd know how disastrous that miscommunication could be.

The retrieval of my belongings was not any better, with service reps making promises that the staff moving the pods have no intention of complying with, and threatening additional charges if I wasn't able to change everything for them on the spot while they sat on the street out front of my house.

Ableist, rude, entitled, disorganized, and dishonest. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with any service, and during a time when illness had left me with limited resources and even more limited ability to counter their wilful incompetence. I would not repeat this experience if they'd been paying me the small fortune they happily scooped from me. I am still bitter over the hundreds of dollars in additional costs on me which left me reliant on the charity of friends and family to get through it all. Do not count on these people. It's fine if you have spare cash to burn and one day is as good as any other for them to follow through, but otherwise it's not worth the headache.

Jetinder was lovely on the phone, and the driver doing drop off during the retrieval was very personable, but again the right hand had no clue what the left was up to. I sincerely hope those two find a better employer, because it sucks for good people to work for nasty companies.

The whole experience worked out really great! They were able to place the storage container out-of-the-way on my driveway so that we were still able to use the driveway and garage, and the drivers were excellent and everyone we’ve talked to were very courteous and professional. You can tell that they are customer focussed! Would definitely recommend!

Contacted Pups/Cube It for a container delivery. They were fast to answer all my questions and setup my reservation. When I had an unexpected change of plans and needed to cancel my reservation, the support staff were just as friendly and helpful in cancelling my reservation. I would definitely recommend working with them for their customer service alone!

The staff were so helpful with our cross country move. Both booking and on site staff went above and beyond, I would recommend to anyone.

The storage unit was delivered as planned and the driver actually dropped it off at a better location than planned. I wish I knew, prior to ordering it, that there is no way to secure the content inside. Logistics would be a great addition.

I wanted a storage unit to store my possessions from mainly my home based business when I decided to leave my house. I didn’t know what I was doing and I didn’t want to sell what I worked so hard and accumulated over 20 plus years of business. So I called and had a quote for a unit. They delivered it to my residence and I began filling it up and they came and picked it up on the agreed upon date making sure to call that it was ready for pick up. Since it was to be stored at their facility until I knew what I was doing it was just a matter of paying the monthly rental fee. I phoned to see where they were located and the young lady explained again that they needed 24 hours notice for preparation of moving my storage shed into a space that I can open it and I was more than welcome to come and retrieve an item and lock it back up so I made arrangements and will go and retrieve my paperwork and will be smiling while I know my possession are safe.

Everything about this went well except for one thing. It rained quite a bit one night while the container was full on our street and water did get in through the bottom of the cube, causing minor damage to a few things. Other than that, the customer experience was good, everything happened on time, everyone was patient, polite and accurate.

Friendly, helpful and accommodating. During a time when things were in constant flux, Pups was able to help us find the right options for our situation. Reasonable pricing for how easy it is to use. Load and unload. No stress about being towing trailers or driving huge box vans.

After storing for 3 mths at their facility they wouldn't deliver the container. Had to go on sight with moving truck just to come to a storage container that was extremely damaged which it wasnt when they picked it up from our location l, it was thrown in a puddle as we had to empty the unit in half a foot of water. There was water lines approx 1 ft above floor level on everything in the unit, everything was water damaged from top to bottom. 2 of the flatscreens looked as if they were dropped from 20ft in the air onto concrete and all the bins on the floor were completely full of water adding insult to injury they try to bill me a cleaning fee.

Storage unit was delivered when promised and placed exactly where I wanted it. Delivery person was very polite and gave helpful hints.

PUPS has been incredible to work with. Their CSR's are professional, easy to speak with and their drivers are amazing. No issues whatsoever. Would recommend to anyone moving or needing temporary storage.

Pod arrived on time, was placed where we wanted it quickly without problems. If there is anything that I'd like to see get better. It would be being able to phone the Wpg. Pod facility directly. Often we were routed through some central switchboard somewhere far off?

The PUP was perfect for storing our items during the renovations.

We would use it again if required.

Used PUPS for a one-month storage term and found the organization to have everything i was looking for: availability of right-sized container, competitive price and responsive customer service team. Container was delivered and picked up on time with courtesy text messages at both times. Great service!

Service is excellent. The company is very easy to deal with. Everything went smoothly with storing our belongings for 9 months.

Very happy with the service received. Containers were clean and well maintained. The driver was accommodating and went above and beyond to assure customer satisfaction. And it was all done professionally and on time.

All aspects regarding your services were clearly stated and I was provided with excellent follow-up as well. Great, friendly service. Needed storage quickly and they had a container brought to my driveway in under 18hrs.

PUPS customer service rep went beyond to ensure that I received my pup delivery same day. She was friendly and helpful and made several calls and sent emails to get the job done early. The local pod delivery person was just as friendly and efficient. Thanks pups!

Ordered on Wednesday and delivered on Friday. Excellent service and very good price. Canadian company and much nicer versus the other guys. PODS and others do not match up. In PUPS we trust.

Made our move within the city easy. Filled the PUPS to get ready to sell and then had it dropped off at our new place when we were ready. Made our moving weekend that much easier.

First of all I got a real person on the phone who was friendly and personable. I immediately received a written quote via email that we reviewed together. I spoke with a different company who when I called back had different prices than the first time so I was very happy to have everything from PUPS in writing.
The guy who delivered the container was great and made the unit fit right where I needed it to be.
I have only one complaint - I think that there could have been more help in helping me to understand how large a container I would need. In the end it did not fit all of my belongings which were going into storage which caused some stress. I realize they can't see my stuff but having a formula for understanding what will fit in would be really helpful.
