Canadian Tire

After drinking way too much coffee on the road, I had to use their facilities. They have keys at the auto desk. The staff were really quite friendly and helpful. I felt bad that I didn't need to buy anything.

They booked my Motorhome in for 4 rear tires after one of the rears blew on the highway. The mechanics couldn’t figure out how to lift it to install 4 new tires. Not very good service. Thankfully Kal Tire fixed me up right away. Highly recommend Kal Tire

It's a smaller Canadian Tire. I had good customer service with a smile and have a good day from the gentleman at the till, it's just so small that it's a little claustrophobic being in there.

Amazing customer service from the auto service department. Called all over Winnipeg to try and order a specific set of winter tires and couldn’t get anywhere, within 5 minutes of talking to Leslie she had everything figured out for me. She was personable and resourceful, highly recommend dealing with this Canadian Tire

Never trust their online inventory count. Complete trash. Employees don't even have an understanding of it.

I went in looking for an electronic dead bolt. I found what I needed and headed for the check out. Each cashier had 3 people in line but as I got there the gal at customer service waved me over. She rang up my purchase, thanked me for coming in. I thanked her and was on my way. I was very pleased with my shopping experience at CT today.

The staff within this location were so kind and fantastic! We stopped here as it was the closest auto shop to us when we had emergency car problems and the staff in the auto centre were amazing. They helped us right away and reassured us that they will be able to help us. They went above and beyond to help us out and give us the proper information. Most importantly, their prices were beyond reasonable! Extremely happy with the service we received! I also wanted to mention that Larry and Derek provided us with exceptional service, along with the techs who were working on our car!

Bought and paid for a Gazebo last Sunday. There were 2 in stock. Email said it could be picked up May 25.went to pick it up on May 26th with receipt in hand. Patsy refused to give it to me so I went across the street to Rona and bought 1there. From now on if it's not on the shelf I won't waist my time with customer service because there is no such thing.

Customer care needs to learn how to care customer. Very rude and unprofessional staff at customer care.

A little to crowded in my opinion. But the store does have friendly staff and a nice selection of products.

Love this store! Friendly staff. Absolutely amazing manager! He’s always on the floor helping and answering questions. Helped us a few times. It’s so nice to see someone in management on the floor working side by side with his coworkers.

Who doesn't love Canadian Tire. I got fired from this place years ago and it is still one of my favorite places to shop. They have everything you could need. Isles are marked so it's always easy to be in&out quickly or you can check every isle until you have everything you do not need.

If I could give -100 stars I would. Had some tires mounted and they were supposed to be balanced as well, driving on the highway the whole car was shaking violently. I knew they weren't balanced right. Called C Tire back and they said they couldn't even look at them for 10 days. Took it to an smaller business, EVERY SINGLE TIRE WAS UNBALANCED. EVERY TIRE. WHAT THE HELL KIND OF PLACE CALLS THEMSELVES CANADIAN T-I-R-E AND CANT EVEN BALANCE TIRES. THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL JOKE

This location are very dishonest. Went to get a tire patch then 2 days later it's flat so went today to get a tire fix now they say it's not fixable. Very dishonest and will never get work in the future here. Be honest from the beginning now both my vehicle and my girlfriends vehicle will be check by mechanics with integrity!

Not impressed as online it said that they had 2 in stocks of what I was looking for. I get there and they were cheaper and the guy checked and the computer says there was 2 but his gun said there was none. So pretty disappointed

Didn't get what I wanted but overall have good experience.

Was driving from out of town had vehicle issues and had to get a tow. I had the tow truck driver drop off the vehicle at Canadian Tire in portage la prairie. They opened at 8am, my wife and I arrived early to see if there was anyway to have them look at it for us as we were on our way to Ontario and were really hoping we didn't have to lose a day waiting for parts. Larry the Service manager took us right away and got our car in ASAP. WOW! He had an answer in 30 min for us. He had to get parts from Winnipeg for us which would hopefully be there by 1pm. Well at 1: 45 pm our car was literally being parked outside. We received a very nominal bill and were on our way in no time. Now this was great service from Larry and his technicians, hats off to you guys. Great work!

Customer service here was amazing! I tired getting my Dyson vacuum from Walmart but the service was terrible and I waited so long. So I came here instead, And it was worth it. I got my vacuum and it only took 5 minutes. Better than Walmarts customer service! Great job Canadian Tire Portage! Always #1

Young girl put me through half way and then walked away to chat with her co worker, so I tapped my card and ended up walking out without a receipt.

Awesome staff very helpful and pumped up the tires of the bikes I purchased in there shop which the gentleman there was very kind to helpful even though it was there lunch hour!

Very low standards at this Canadian Tire. Most of the bags of lawn fertilizer are broken with little selection. Same with peat moss and soil. And the staff where not following their own arrows on the floor for social distancing.

Terrible service inventory never accurate management argued with me cause they couldnt do their job

The motor service area is the best place. I love the rest of the store, the automotive is my favorite. People are great that work in the automotive.

Tire blow out on Hwy 1,16 km from Portage, once I got spare on and made it to Canadian Tire, they were very responsive and promised me they would have it ready to go. Within a reasonable wait time I was back on the road again after they changed, rotated and showed me what the issue was with the blown tire. Very good service, Highly recommend!

Left our car there the night before (our appointment was for 8 am, and we live almost an hour out of town) to get a command start put in. When I called at 130 the next day, they couldnt find my work order OR even the keys to my car. Took them an hour to call back just to tell me they had put my keys in the wrong place so it didnt get done. Will not be taking my vehicle there again.

Vehicle broke down on the #1 just east of Portage on the July long Friday late afternoon. Got my van towed to the only garage open, which was Canadian Tire. They did everything to help me out and got my van ready to pick up the next day. Couldn't have been more impressed with their service and effort to help me out like they did!

Horrible customer service.well never go back again.drove from moosimin to portage cause they said they had 2 garage in a box.couldn't get any cause apparently were " spoken for". NOT PAID for.they said "spoken for"

Store is kept clean, well stocked and staff are helpful. Amazing what you can find there sometimes.

Great sales, very helpful friendly staff.
A much better option than the next nearest Canadian Tire in Brandon.
