Very bad customer service experience here. I visited couple days ago to return some chairs I bought (online order) and there was a lady on the customer service desk (her name was Allie) who saw me bringing in the chairs, it was very un pleasant experience, she asked if I “used them” and she thought I was lying just because of a little snow dirt and some finger print marks on them from carrying them inside the store. She started arguing with me because I didn’t have the paper reciept which I never got but I did have the ONLINE receipt and finally after arguing she accepted the online receipt…. And then after she processed the return she rudely gave me the return copy and didn’t even look or smile. I was planning on checking out other chairs after but I didn’t feel like it after that experience.

This Canadian Tire is shameful. I am handicapped and I can't walk and my husband went in to borrow their scooter for me to go get the things that I needed from the store. They wouldn't let my husband take the scooter past the front door. He had to bring his truck right up to the door and the alarms were going off when he brought it to our vehicle ar the front entrance. He safely got me on it and I told him I'd meet him at the bathrooms. The attendant at the front flipped out on him saying that the scooter couldn't leave beyond the door and that if he didn't move our vehicle it would be towed. My husband explained that
the I couldn't hardly walk. The attendant by the bathrooms escorted us out as soon as I got out of the bathroom. Never got my shopping done and never ever will we return to this store!

Need to restock quicker, sometimes more than a month to get the item. The store is nice and clean, lost of good products.

I would give zero stars but that is not an option. I have been shopping at this store ever since it was built. I had a product in my hand and found something different. I put the first item back in it's spot on the shelf. When paying at the self checkout, an employee said "Did you not have another item, I saw you had it in your hand". If you are going to follow me around the store to make sure I am not stealing (why becasue I have long hair), make sure you pay attention the whole time to see when I put it back on the shelf. I will start going to any store other than this one. I will be returning the item I purchased and buy it somewhere else also.

It's a very typical Canadian Tire: an eclectic collection of things that Canadian Tire carries for some reason as they move further and further from auto supplies and closer and closer to a department store a la Sears. Prices are almost always higher here than they are at Home Depot, Lowes, McMunn and Yates, or Star Building and I would always shop at any of them first before here. However, occasionally Canadian Tire has stocked strange or niche things that I have had a hard time finding elsewhere, and for that I am glad it is still around. I do find it much more difficult to find things in this store than I do in any of its aforementioned competitors.

Avoid the garage at all costs. They couldn’t work on my air conditioning due to “contaminants”. The lady on the phone and the desk
had no idea what that meant or what my alternatives were, and she had no interest in asking the mechanics. When pressed, they had no answers either. A 30 second phone call to another garage and they told me right away. The extra kicker was they still charged me 20 dollars. Save your money, go someplace else.

Went to garden center. Plants were not in good shape, asked for a discount was refused. Bought anyways and with extra care flowers have mostly come back.

Customer Service is awful.
Can't even return my product.
Even other stores accept used product but not Canadian Tire.
Only had it for one day.
Never going back there ever again.
Don't want to waste my time and money.

Just got a few things but the covid restrictions were really easy to deal with.got in quickly with no line, paid, and got out with minimal interaction which is obviously what I want in these times.

Wont go there again. They don't honour disabilities. I can't order online because of my financial situations. But Communist Tire doesn't care. 0/10 would not reccomend.

Unfortunately did no have a lot of instalation parts I needed for Rainfresh water filter. Had to go to 2 other stores.

This store wont honor online purchases for pickup. They will cancel your order after selling your items to someone else. Staff is not helpful and very slow.

This is a well done Canadian Tire for its size. Well laid out. Easy to find stuff and good selection overall. Fishing Dept needs a bit more localization but not bad.

Love the selection. My biggest complaint is, if you need help from anyone they are hard to find even though there seems to be many people working there. The employees seem very task focused and not customer focused.

Most Canadian Tire stores are much the same, I found this location, especially the tools isles to be very narrow and tight to walk through. But still won't stop me from visiting!

Went inside for a bike and lock today. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Before I entered I noticed leaves along the front curb. By the time I was leaving they had someone sweeping them up. Great place to get almost anything you need.

Truck battery died 4.5 yrs old warranty was 5 years. Took 2 days just to get it tested. They told me it was covered but unfortunately they were sold out of the replacement. Was told told shipment would be in shipment would be in Friday (6 days away) Friday comes along I never still no batteries available. I've been a week without a vehicle.the only reason you're getting three stars is because Murray spent some extra time trying to figure out how to help me. Not one replacement available in all of Manitoba how is this possible? UPDATE: Saturday 2/20 got a call from CT the battery is now backordered! Kurt said he may be able to get a replacement from piston ring but would have to get the mgr to approve. Calls me back and says they could get me a discounted price at piston ring for a new battery with full warranty. The discount.wait for it. $20 off lololololol. Had to go buy a new battery because he couldn't tell me when the new one was coming. And the Manager didnt even have the guts to call me himself. Thanks to Kurt for trying. Thanks to Manitoba Battery for bailing me out.

I love their curbside pick up. Quick, efficient, friendly staff and I am not.waiting in the car for long. Their system is amazing for being busy during the pandemic. When I placed my order online I waited a day before my order was ready for pick up. Highly.recommend their store.

I took a bunch of photos & sent to my contractor to ask for help. Lol. I tried to find help it wasn't available, only at the front door when you walk in. Its a very huge store, hard to find help. Maybe add doorbells to sections for help? Or lights that notify staff of that area?

I ordered for curb side pick up. The website said 3 days to prepare but it was ready the next day.
After arriving in the parking lot i waited about 10 minutes for my order to be delivered. I think that's very reasonable.

Well I've got a lot to say.this is the branch I choose way back 2014 because of the diversity and nice people in the sale department however, I tried to be quiet for 5 years but because of the quality of service I had I need to say something.

2015 was the year I was here to purchase under parts of the 1998 vehicle I own. A lot of money was spent buying parts that was installed in my car but because I was given wrong parts, I keep coming back to them for trading. How would you missed a part that I ordered if you only had to put it in the computer the year, brand and model the car that I own? Never said a word back then.

Fast forward. Year 2020 month of December. I don't own no more the old car. Because I love to shop in this store I came back again to purchase size 20 winter tires and new sensor. A lot of money I must say but I need it because I love this shop and trust their brand.

The service tech when they phoned me informing me of the tires is already at their store I immidiately booked an appointment with them. The following day 11am was set so I came in a few minutes early. Was told 3 hours of waiting for installing of new tires and sensor from old rims that I bought. I said to myself jokingly, maybe 1 hour will be spent installing tires and rims, maybe 1 hour callibrating the sensor and one hour for preparing the documents.

Well to my surprise it only took them less than 2 hours to install sensor and tires but it took them more than 1 hour to prepare the document. I was in the shop before 11am, my vehicle was touch after 25minutes. All the installing was made less than 2 hours and my vehicle was parked outside before 1pm. I respect their lunch break but when clock strikes to 1pm, for 15 minutes nobody phoned me or called my attention to pick up my car. The manager spoke to me about getting my car was 1: 15pm because I was bugging the cashier. Waited again 15 minutes to follow up and by 1: 30pm spoke again with the manager and having realize he forgot me. He then look every where my document and it took him another 15minutes for it. I left shop pass 2pm. Wow

They already got 2 strikes and the last one was when I phoned them again because of the malfunction in my dash board. Sensor is blinking a minute stating something is wrong. I phone them again which was a boxing day. Left a message stating a booking for December 29th at 11am. They returned my call the following day and I was asked about the problem of my car. I told them, then I was put on hold 3 or 4 times then they said to me to bring it to the dealership. I shook my head in disbelief. If your a technician in the service department all you have to do is put down the name of the client, year and brand model of the vehicle to check the person who you are talking to. Logical thing to do or ask if the client bought parts from the shop. I think no common sense was present when I spoke to technician.

Now left the car 11am of a beautiful Tuesday morning. Was told it will take a while but same day I will get my car. I left the shop. Came back 5: 20pm. Saw my car parked in a different spot so I figured it must be done/finish.

Spoke to the same manager, told him no calls was made to notify me for picked up of my car. He looked everwhere again for the documents and when he finally saw my documents, he said to me, they had spent a lot of time trying to figure out whats going own in my car but finally corrects the problem. He was also proud to say that no charge was given to me (duh! Tires and sensor was installed 21st of December, lights blinking started 24th of December and I was back with them 29th December) why would you charge me?

My question is, if you bought a sensor with them, are they allowed to drive your car outside vicinity of shop? What if something happened like accidents or over speeding?

My dash cam recorded that 1449H when they touched my car for services
1510H when my car left their shop and was driven by employee from fermor east bound all the way out to perimeter
1534H when car arrived outside shop. Is this the standard operating procedure

The customer service here is a actual garbage. They lie on their website and tell you "too bad so sad" when you call for a resolution. I'll absolutely avoid shopping here ever again. I'd recommend you all do the same.
