Canadian Tire has a good selection but I've found staff not as helpful as they should be

I bought four Winter tires today. Tyler at the front was so patient and understanding! He was professional and had great customer service skills. He made me want to come to that section for all things with my car!

Horrible tire services.
Damaged 3 rims out of 4 when just taking off rims that were on the vehicle. Doing nothing else to the rims but removing them. Horrible service didn't even compensate for damages. Or give a discount on the new tires purchased.

Doesnt know how to do their jobs
Made an appointment, double checked because im located an hour away and they just wasted my time because they made a mistake

Customer service had no one there for customers when I arrived. 2 people show up after me and both got waited on before me. I'm NOT HAPPY with customer service staff.

A big full service Canadian Tire. Dont think they are missing any departments here. Order pick up lockers added recently.

Hayley was super helpful. Not only did she take me to what I was looking for, she offered advice on which product to purchase. I very much appreciated her help.

Absolute horrible customer service. Was visiting from out of province and had ordered new tires to be put on. The service team informed us if WE didn’t have the socket to remove the bolts they couldn’t do the change over (you’d think a tire shop would have the appropriate tools?) then proceeds to tell us they broke a couple bolts & they won’t be able to complete the change day even though we’re out of town and need a vehicle. Staff very unfriendly & unprofessional and zero willingness to help. Won’t be giving a dime to this company ever again.

Very good. In store very often. Kids in aisles rarely know anything unfortunately. Plumbing aisle a disaster. Will absolutely visit again lol

Update. Plumbing aisle much easier to navigate since the addition of pictures to all bulk items. Still couldn't find what I wanted. Automotive paint products are way overpriced and never seem to go on sale. The place is called Canadian tire, and there's more deals on random house stuff, then ever has been for automotive

U guys are great but when a customer comes in to pick up a order please make sure it’s at the front, so u didn’t have to go hunting for it, have us wait

I was just in the Store today at 10: 30. Wanted items out of a cabinet. There was a guy working in the isle. He paged someone three times, after 20 min I walked out. Poor customer service, I was going to spend more than $100.00 but now i guess i will have to take my business elsewhere

I do love CT but I dont like ppl behind the parts counter not knowing what there talking.should have kids going to take mechanic's as a job program

I'd like to say thank you to automotive staff for exceptional service and care and great help on a Saturday morning when my tire blew on the way to Saskatchewan. Very grateful for fitting me in in to already booked day and providing amazing customer service all the way

Clean store, lots of product great return policy. With the Covid issues store can seem crowded at times and the Covid traffic one way arrows for guiding people traffic down the aisles are hardly ever followed, the staff seem to be the first offenders.

Very crowded. Social distancing was not enforced. Other wise was a over all good trip. Immediately found what I was looking for and was very fast and friendly staff at the till.

Used the curb side pickup for the first time, went into parking lot called the contact number, gave all info for my purchase and then waited. From park to time driving out, 4 minutes, outstanding! I would have been wandering through the store looker than that looking for my items. Nice option to have with shopping and it may not work so well every time, it is a great option.

Increased my rating, as the service, price and product options are really good.tgere needs to be more improvement though. I buy several things here. Especially car and tools related and car servicing. But during covid especially they are so unreliable. I'm buying from their website for the first time since code red for mb and no non essential in store buying. And most of the items I want to buy for 100s of dollars aren't in the Brandon store. And I was having issues buying online and with delivery. Called customer service and apparently they don't do store to store deliveries or transfers. And home deliveries are only done by local stores within the city and maybe some towns nearby. Not even Marks that is owned by them have such poor policies nor home depot. Smh. I will just use Amazon or Walmart then, though I tried to support a Canadian company.

You used to have good service until I purchased a TV for curbside.
It was cancelled for whatever reason. They took my payment. But the first time I called they said it would take 2 days for a refund. I call after a couple days and they said it would take 3 to 5 business days. Then I called on the 5th day and was then told it would take up to 10 days! I'm usually a patient person but this is ridiculous! Especially when I used half of my rent money to repurchase that same TV! As we were told to repurchase!
Mixed feelings. Sucks cause they did have great curbside service until this happened.

Bought an item online to be picked up curbside. I received the pickup notification the same day and picked it up 35 mins after I arrived. I was impressed by for quickly my call was connected to the online store department - when I called upon arrival - and how quickly I was attended to, considering the volume of online orders going in during the pandemic.

The place is awesome just a costumer service lady I guess you should put people with better attitude in that position no matter if you go only to ask or return an item; they are the company face (Canadian tire Brandon, Mb)

Just saw them try to turn down a man buying a chirstmas tree and Christmas gifts because it wasnt essential and the MANAGER aka karen actually put her hands on him.first of all KAREN why do you have these things on the shelves if you arent selling them? 2 why did you sell them to everyone else? And 3 if your so worried about covid mind the social distancing requirements and keep your hands off the customers

Usually a great shopping experience. Was in here for 20 mins. Had 2 staff run into me n the wife, gave me a dirty look and expected me to move for them. I was following arrows. Staff was not. 1 customer 50ish lady slammed her shoulder into me and laughed in front of a staff and they did nothing. Cashier had no idea how to do her job. Horrible shopping experience.

It's quite satisfying and pleasant to know that you will get what you are looking for whenever you enter Canadian Tire. The store offers a wide varieties of products at affordable prices.

The dividers set up for the check out agents is the best I've seen yet.
Staff are always friendly and there's a great selection. Come spring/summer theres and awesome outside area stocked with plants.

I like going to Canadian Tire, especially since I have their Triangle rewards card, but this has got to be the most crowded Canadian Tire I have ever been in. Isles are narrow and there is bikes and boats hanging from the ceiling, it was very overwhelming.

Poor service from the Automotive department in Brandon, MB. Service Manager Darren is very defensive.

Their brand of tires is MotoMaster and on Canadian Tires website it says "Hit the road confidently with MotoMaster tires, proven to preform in all Canadian seasons and conditions. " The only thing I'm confident about is these tires are garbage. You'll be lucky to experience all of Canada's season's and conditions if you drive a lot or have a lengthy commute as the tires only last 50,000KM a set on average.

The store is well stocked and the employees are friendly. I would avoid buying a bike from this store though, as I returned not one but TWO bikes on the same day due to gear shifting issues. Also their bikes come with flat tires so don’t expect to ride them from the store. Poor quality control.

Good location, lots of stock, good staff.

However since adding the taller overstock shelving it is harder to find the correct area to locate items, because the aisle numbers are not completely sequential.

Receiving deserve less than 1 star but I dont have choice.lady is extremely rude, she behaves like all the driver stinks.doesn't matter driver stinks or not we are here for delivery not to hug you.so please nice to drivers we work hard and looking for respect

The staff at Canadian Tire Brandon are great.had to return an item and they were super pleasant. Great people work there.

Good selection with typical canadian tire pricing. You can find better deals for tools and reno equipment elsewhere but the bulk they provide for everything else is fantastic
