Both times I've been to this location staff have had no idea where items were. Then they'll say that they'll get someone over to help you, but you stand there waiting for ten minutes and no one comes.

On top of that researching if an item is in stock online is pointless — it's not accurate and when you get to the store you realize you wasted your time because they don't have it.

Trash service.went in for a wiper motor replacement. (average cost on Google $350). Their charge $700. I complained and got it down $540.now my wipers work.but they do not stop in the correct location.they stop on the top in a vertical position, i have to push then down manually with hand.techs most likely bent the tab that sets the resting position.also my gas tank is half empty.also car sounds rough like they drained my oil.

Went there last night to find an item that was in stock online — doesn’t mean they have it, usually. They are in the middle of some renovations and naturally the section that had the humidifier I wanted was not where it was supposed to be. After looking around the section twice where 2 employees said it was “supposed to be” I left angry and humidifier-less. If this were an isolated incident, no big deal, but I curse inwardly every time I reluctantly step into that place. I remember (many years ago) when CT was a fun place to shop.

The staff at Canadian Tire are always friendly, helpful, and eager to assist. The vibrant energy creates a welcoming atmosphere as soon as you step through the door. Whether you're browsing the aisles or seeking assistance, you can count on their attentive service to make your shopping experience a breeze. It's refreshing to encounter such a dedicated team who genuinely care about their customers' needs. Thumbs up to the fantastic staff at Canadian Tire for consistently delivering excellent service!

Went in for the windshield washer fluid that was on sale and in their flyer. There was zero stock and so I had to purchase an alternative trust was not what I really needed (the fluid I wanted was basic, the one I ended up purchasing was for cooler weather and had de-icing properties, which was not necessary due to our weather being extremely mild right now). There was plenty of stock of all the other fluid types.

The store was in a bit of a disarray but that was because they were moving things around and a warning about this was posted at the entrance so that was good.

The cashier helped me check for inventory of the fluid I actually wanted and was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. Was empathetic regarding the out of stock issue and advised I could purchase the more expensive fluid with my points, which I did.

It would be advisable for the store to overstock items such as this, knowing that it's on sale for a great price and that it will sell quickly, given the current weather conditions.

If you have an hour to kill and then are ok with walking out of the store without the item you went in for then please shop here. Even if you look up an item and they show it in stock online there is a great chance it will first not be on the shelf. Then when you find someone and depending if they want to look for it for you which means going into the stock area for at least 10 minutes, you might get what you came for. I have their credit card only because I get great roadside deal, but I hate shopping here. Nothing is ever stocked and they can maybe find it for you. Also, it's a weird atmosphere. It always feels like you are being watched. I have heard lots of horror stories by people on the news being treated poorly by staff and it is sad. And this has been going in for years.

Absolutely terrible service. Called the parts department like 7 times starting 1PM all the way till 6PM. The rep kept on placing me on hold and never returned the call. I understand that at times the place can be busy but from 1PM to 5PM and 7 calls were tried

Decent shopping place. Don’t always have stock of sale items but prices are comparable to online shopping sites.

Do not go to this Canadian Tire auto shop… The employees are clueless and work that should take an hour, will take 3 business days.

Has to be one of the worst canadian tires, I've been to. Waited over 25 minutes to get some stain tinted, 2 people tried but didn't have a clue. Called manager, he said he was 2 busy. Really. Left the store without the stain. Poor poor management. Will definitely not go to that store. Would leave a zero star, 1 star is too much for this store

The guy who cut my keys must hate his job. No eye contact, muttered mono syllabic words. And to get my attention instead of using his words, he waved a piece of paper. Maybe some customer service training is needed.

Automotive service customer service is nonexistent. I’d rather pay more and go elsewhere. Lesson learned.
