Please be aware about the automated Jumpstart donation you are making when you agree to round up when paying. I thought it was round to the nickel but you should hold up the cashier and read the fine print.if you say yes round up it will round it to the dollar up and send your change to Jumpstart.

I was not impressed with the service at the checkout lane. There were two younger girls on shift, giggling and gossiping right in front of me and being very rude. They were in separate lanes, talking over me. I’m leaving one star because the products I purchased are amazing. Service needs some work.

Nice store. Has a nice outdoor equipment area. Can find all the regular items you usually find at CT. Nice user friendly website as well.

I was looking for a specific acrylic minwax and they had it. Lots of great sales on right now too.

Many people not wearing mask and certainly not being approached by staff to try and enforce. Unsafe environment.

Was there on Wednesday Nov 10th 2021. Half the customers didn't have masks and employees/management just walking around oblivious or not caring. How does corporate put up with this?

I love this store, the products are high quality for a reasonable price. The service is also great.

That's one place to go and have a look around there's always something you'll find that you need and it might be on sale

So I was in the canadian tire and one employee named luke he help me on everything the paint sand and wood stain and he was with me for 10 minutes and he was explaining me how to use and the pros and cons and he was kind I really appreciated him helping me.

Pretty good place to shop. I would have given 4 or 5 stars but this past year there where some rude employees concerning mask usage

Lots of room to shop after expansion. Love it! Quality is not like if you would buy a top of the line tool. But great for a DIY person.

Very disappointing, I thought the law was the law and yet customers are not wearing masks. We will not be returning

Very disappointed to hear about the service yesterday. My mother-in-law (60 years old) was having battery related issue and brought her vehicle in to get her battery tested before taking a 6 hour road trip. The young man in the service department asked her to go to the parking lot and take out her battery and bring it inside for him to test it instead of her pulling into the bay. She didn’t have tools so he actually gave her tools to take it out. She carried the heavy battery in where he tested it and said it was fine. Then made her carry the battery all the way around through the store as the door by the service door was locked and put it back in her vehicle
She purchased the battery from there a few years ago. WOW!

Big, clean store. Lightly overpriced. But sometimes very good on deals.
U can there almost everything.

Picked up new snowblower ordered online.employees loaded it for us.it was tricky getting in our SUV but they managed.great service.

Nice and spacious store. I've got what I was looking for. A convenient place to shop. Clean and stocks are nicely arranged so that it's easy to find things. Ample parking space.

I love Canadian Tire. You can get a coffee maker or paint or Roller Blades or a Tent. They have everything!

I wanted to order and pay by credit card for an item to be picked up curbside in Kamloops BC.
I contacted both the Kamloops store and my local store and got absolutely no help
to do this. Bought elsewhere!

Do not shop there especially in sports department. I did buy a new bike in there. There was a problem with it since I left shop. Something was cracking in middle head while I was pedalling. I wanted to return bike but I was told there are no returns on bikes only they can fix it. Okay I was waiting one week for repair had no money no bike! Staff was like I don’t know what’s going on I did not work on that day when you returned bike. Just a bad experience. Finally I have a bike problem is still showing up cannot return it because of covid policy or whatever reason. Never ever will shop there.

Store has a great layout. Huge selection of things to buy for your home, yard, & vehicle. Often have good sales as well.

They have everything here! Need something for your car? They have it! Need fishing gear? Also available! Need camping gear? Great they have that as well.

This store is really handy if you need to find just that one thing. I myself ended up buying some new gloves even though I wasn't planning on it while walking in there. The price was great and the what was also very good.

In short need anything for you household? Go here and I'm certain you will find it.

This is my place to shop. Always leave with what I need and at a good price. As longs as the deals are on I am coming back.

This is a great Canadian Tire store, always first rate! The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is that since the expansion they have begun having a person stand at the entrance full time soliciting Canadian Tire cards. Sometimes I am approached multiple times due to the person having forgotten they asked me already. This is an extremely annoying and pushy tactic to try and push this on a customer. I wish they would end this practice.

Everyone at this store goes above and beyond in their service. Everyone is really friendly and makes you feel welcome. Last week I lost a gift card at this store. One of the employees found it and turned it in and I received it the same day. This is a grest place to shop.

This store is bitter sweet to me! I love going here but I always spend too much money lol. It just got updated and it's much larger now. They carry good stock of items from my experience. I like the app where you can set notifications on sales although for some reason I haven't been able to login recently. Store is great, location is great, service is typically helpful and friendly!

My favourite store. The greatest selection of goods, friendly staff, easy returns and good shop service.

Good Customer service
The only reason why I only give 4 stars is because an initial error. I had originally made an appointment to get new tires with studs. When I re-torqued them we found out that the studs had in fact not been installed.
Canadian Tire did contact me and apologized for the inconvenience as well as installed studs on my tires after making sure they were in still good enough shape to do so (they were going to give me new tires if not).
I appreciate the effort in making up for the error and encourage other shoppers to contact their customer service if they ever have any issues, they are really good about it.
