They carry a good selection and usually have sale items on hand. Helpful staff when asked for assistance. Carrying plants through the store to check out is kind of awkward when purchasing from the garden center. I wish they would open a till in that area.

Staff could walk around more and ask customers if they need help as I never get offered assistance. Otherwise the selection is good for a small town.

I have been shopping at this store now for 12 years and the service has been great, thanks everyone that works there. Most of my purchases are garden, cooking and hunting related.

The shipping and handling was not enough to warrant mail delivered service to my location as such I had to buy the items I’ve wanted to get on the online flin flon ct store from another location this time in Regina I tried to use Winnipeg but that didn’t work until I picked a location whose store was located n Saskatchewan also I tried to get my bike fixed but I did get my bike replaced in lieu of getting my bicycle repaired and the worker who gave me a difficult time about this matter was pretty angered by it but the lady who worked at the customer service desk was the only one who was very helpful in getting this all sorted out

CANADIAN TIRE - WE CAN NOT! This is a new slogan should be. Want to share some bad experience dealing with Flin-Flon store.
- Wanted to buy a tool chest- found Two in stock available. Have to travel 140 km to the nearest store in Flin. And what? They CAN NOT find them!
- They have one from shelf open but CAN NOT sell it without manager.
- To buy online They CAN NOT deliver it because it is oversized item!
Period! Two huge boxes can not be found! I wasted 3 hours of my time and about 60 CAD for gas to face such an unprofessional attitude!

Excellent staff, very good selection of products, and almost everything was on sale or cheaper than advertised!
The store is very full and the aisles are a bit narrow but not problematic.

They have everything but it is so crowded you can hardly get down the aisles.need a bigger building i think

I need to let you know about Rachelle who is the manager at Canadian Tire. I’m from Winnipeg and the Canadian Tire in Flin Flon was the only store who had in stock what I was looking for. 5 kayaks!
I asked to speak with the manager and Rachelle answered my call. Customer service is so lacking these days but not if you are talking with Rachelle! My request was out of the ordinary and Rachelle went above and beyond to get those 5 kayaks to Winnipeg.
Rachelle returned my call and worked hard at her end to see that I was happy. The owner of this Canadian Tire is very lucky to have such a pleasant, hard working lady in the store!

Just had some difficulty returning an item thus the 3 star, resolved successfully but anxiety to return there now lol.

Bought a treadmill yesterday and the guys showed up today to deliver it. Service was excellent; from the customer service, who sold me the treadmill, to the 3 guys that delivered it to me today. Greatly appreciated.keep up the great work.

We have been going to auto service garage for almost 5 years now. Awesome customer service and reasonable price.

The store was organized by Canadian Tire standards but the checkout process is extremely slow. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Would shop here again, as it is the only option in town.

They tried to charge me full price for something that was on sale had to show them to different prices not a very good way to run a store

Great service from Marcel in the automotive department when i had a flat that needed a replacement tire. Quick service, quite happy.

Little pricey, but a lot of great items. One should watch for sales, regularly. Great shopping, for sure.

Well organized store.have good item displays.the isles are well spaced and there are many staff available in each department when needed assistance or guidance.the whole store is in well layed out plan making shopping very convenient.whenever there is a chance for me to visit flinflon canadian tire, i make it a point to swing by, as there are many things you will not realize is available until you see them in the store.it helps to buy when you have a visual idea, and this store delivers that.

Bon magasin, pour acheter des outils et les produits pour la voiture.tous. Par contre, les commis sont plus ou moins aidants, la plupart du temps quand tu as besoin d'aide il n'y a personne, et quand tu finis par trouver quelqu'un, tu as droit à une réponse brève et vague ou bien ils appellent quelqu'un d'autre. Employés du service à la clientèle très sympathique, une employée est déjà partie dîner alors qu'elle n'avait pas fini de me répondre. Les employés des caisses sont probablement les plus souriants. Si on oublie le service, c'est un très bon magasin, tout est à sa place et on ne cherche pas trop longtemps.je recommande vivement.

I am from Alberta in Snow Lake on Holidays and attended the Flin Flon Location to purchase a pressure washer that was in the flyer for $399 (of which the store said it had 2 in stock and 2 were showing in stock on line). It was a 2.5 hour drive to get to the Flin Flon store over some pretty crappy roads only to find out that the store didn’t have stock as they were misplaced or possibly stolen? After 40 minutes of looking, I was told by the Assistant Manager that there was none in stock and there was nothing they could do to help the situation. They could sell me another one that was on sale for $100 more without any additional discount. I asked if there was anything they could do to better the price a little as I really wanted the other one.and was told “NO” and that was final. After committing to a 5 hour road trip to get a Father’s Day Gift. I did not intend to return empty handed and ended up purchasing a better one at WalMart for $389. I do not think this Canadian Tire should have sent me packing so easily! Canadian Tire is a great Store with a lot of good Staff and good Product! The Management team at this store could learn a lesson or two from the previous Management or others successful stores - Customer Service is where it counts! On a good note. I contacted the Canadian Tire Head Office Customer Service department and they were more than helpful (Hats off to them).
