Just got my car from dealership. Now after 3-4 months where they took responsibility of my vehicle they told me a bill of 7 grand for the parts to be replaced. I called the manager and oh my god this guy is so rude asked me about my job why i got discount on this car. He was so rude that his tone changed for just asking for this 7 grand service offer they gave it to me. The manager name is mr foster and he was totally rude and racist towards me asked for my job and when i refused to reply then laughed it off and told me need to speak to someone who lnow business. I mean Daym what a customer care and what a business. They treat you like a customer untill you get the car.

Awesome service and follow up on my grabber blue mustang GT convertible. Isaiah and Braiden have been very attentive to any concerns or problems since my purchase. Look so forward to driving the convertible with the family this summer. Hopefully the dealership construction gets finished soon. I look forward to seeing the final product

Can’t recommend anyone going there.

Made an appointment one week prior for “The Complete Works” package. Asked how long that will take and was told around 2-3 hours. Appointment was made for 10AM.

After being ignored for around 10-20 minutes by Carl H. (No good morning or “sorry will be right with you) Dropped off the car by 10: 00 and asked when it’s gonna be ready. Carl told us around noon maybe a little later.
We came back at 1: 00PM and the car wasn’t even touch yet. Instead they had parked it in 3rd row on their lot.

Talked to Lonnie F. About the situation and he told us they can get the car in after lunch and could be ready by 3: 30.
Only after mentioning I might have to bring the car somewhere else to get it done. Was also told its more of a first come first serve situation and an appointment doesn’t really mean a thing. Like why have appointments in the first place?

Sure enough nothing happened until 3: 11PM when the car was moved into the garage (car has tracking). We showed up at 3: 30 and he told us it’s gonna be 15-20min. Well I guess time feels different here, since we had to wait 1h 15min until we decided to go back inside.

Carl H. Was there again and would just ignore us for 10 minutes until saying “car is ready” which I knew since the keys were laying in front of him the whole time. Next question was how I want to pay. They are all about the money and don’t care about service at all. Told him I want to speak to the manager, he went for a walk around the shop came back stating manager is not there. Told him to call him but his answer was he doesn’t have the number.
After some discussion he called him but wouldn’t pick up the phone. Other customers were left waiting without any greeting etc.too so surely we were not the only ones.

Finally had the car back shortly after 5. Therefore had spend more than 7hs passing time, having loss of income. All for a basic service.
Better go to Vickar Ford or Birchwood if you want Service for your money. If you want arrogant behavior and bad service. Then this is the place to be.

PS: Also never received that vehicle report card stated on their website. Does that mean nothing was found? Or what?

Update: Reached out to Cameron to resolve the issue. No reaction after sending an email. Clearly not interested in a solution.

Also noted wheels were not rotated.

I recently had a deeply frustrating experience at a Ford dealership that left me feeling incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service provided. The staff at this particular dealership demonstrated an unacceptable level of unfriendliness and seemed to have no interest in resolving the issues I encountered.

To begin with, I specifically requested a tire rotation service when I brought my vehicle in. However, to my astonishment, I discovered that the dealership had charged me for this service despite it not being carried out. This not only shows a lack of integrity but also a blatant disregard for the customer's needs. It is completely unacceptable to charge for a service that was never performed.

What bothered me even more was the dealership's complete lack of willingness to find a solution to the problem. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, the staff members I dealt with displayed an arrogant and dismissive attitude. They seemed more interested in deflecting blame and avoiding accountability rather than rectifying the situation.

The unfriendliness and arrogance exhibited by the dealership's employees were extremely off-putting. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, the staff's demeanor only exacerbated my frustration and left a lasting negative impression.

In addition to the poor service and lack of professionalism, the dealership's overall customer care was severely lacking. I found it disheartening that they did not prioritize their customers' satisfaction or attempt to address their concerns. It is unfortunate that this dealership chooses to prioritize profits over building lasting relationships with their customers.

As a result of this disappointing experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering visiting this particular Ford dealership. The lack of integrity, unfriendly attitude, and refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes are indicators of a deeply flawed customer service culture. There are many other reputable dealerships out there that genuinely care about their customers and strive to provide exceptional service, and I would recommend exploring those alternatives instead.

Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at this Ford dealership. Their unfriendliness, deceptive practices, and unwillingness to resolve the issue have left me with a negative impression. I hope that this review serves as a warning to others and prompts the dealership to reflect on their shortcomings and make improvements to their service quality and customer care.

Unfortunately I have to give a star, but they are not worth one!
Had an appointment today, it took me more than 30 minutes to drop of the car. One employee was totally disrespectful, lazy, uninterested and ignoring. My personal opinion: this guy isn’t able to work at the front desk!
When making the appointment I asked how long it will take for the inspection and oil change. I was told it’ll take around 2-3 hrs. So after more than 3 hrs there was no information or call. That causes me to get back and ask how long it’ll take. They didn’t even start working on the car! After 5 hrs I walked back, the car wasn’t ready. Again I’ve been told it’ll take around 15 minutes until my car’s ready. This time I waited at the shop. Close before they closed, I got my car back. The same guy had been at the front desk and started arguing. Is that a way of treating customers? - No! Think about your policy and respect customers! Without customers you won’t have work and you won’t be able to pay your bills!
I never would go there again!

All car dealerships provide great customer service when you are purchasing a vehicle but are often less than helpful after purchase. Three years after buying my vehicle from Capital Ford we found out the extended warranty contract had been written incorrectly & we were no longer covered. Mitch Gallant, GM was great! He contacted the warranty company & was able to get our coverage reinstated! Capital Ford even paid the fee the company required!

I felt disrespected. I am never returning to this Ford dealership. I simply cannot believe that this service department consistently attempts to force the upsell off additional services. This level of misogyny is disgusting.

After the above review, the management team reached out & worked diligently with me to resolve the issues. I appreciate that the issue was not with the whole company & am happy that after being a customer for so long that they value me as a customer and work on improving their service.

I phoned to schedule an appointment for an oil change. I asked for a 10: 00 am appointment. Was told I was booked in for 10 and will see you on Friday Nov. 25th. When I got there, I was told that it would be at least a 2 hour wait. I replied I had a 10 o'clock appointment, was told that they don't do scheduled appointments and it is first come, first serve. Was told then that I could take my vehicle and go elsewhere if I didn't want to wait. I finally got out of Capital Ford at 1: 30,3.5 hours for an oil change. I asked for someone to contact me but no such luck. I live out of town so going home and coming back later was not an option. I mentioned I was from out of town when making my original 10: 00 appointment. Won't be back!

Messed up my vehicle four times. The most recent mistake was them failing to put the cover back only my tail lamp correctly after a bulb change which resulted in a 500$ repair. Then while they were putting the new tail lamp in they managed to break my remote start and are once again making me pay to repair the things they broke.

Terrible service! I’ve never had a good experience with the service here. This will be my last time going there. Consistently fail to diagnose and repair my F150 properly. Don’t seem to care about me or my vehicle. Didn’t put my oil cap back on after an oil change.

Took my 2015 Ford Taurus in for an Oil Change today.
Jason in the Service department was friendly, welcoming and did a professional job. I was waiting for my car and he was able to ensure I didn’t wait too long. Reg was a great help in spending time showing me how to upgrade my Ford Map Updates. Ted stopped by to say hi. Even though Murray Elke, our sales rep for many years and a number of great vehicles has retired, Ted is now our go to person.
With customer service like this, we’ll stay loyal customers for years to come.

Andrea was easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I have purchased 3 new F-150’s since 2013. This is my 5th F-150 since 2007. Saying that I have researched the product and know it is an understatement. Andrea was definitely well informed and knew the product.

Braiden was a great support to Andrea in the sales manager role.

Will in finance was great. Friendly and definitely explained things without being pushy.

Absolutely would recommend the team at Capital Ford.

They should be the example that all dealerships follow and strive to be like.

The service department at Capitol Ford exceeded any expectations I could've had. My advisor, Ajas Saji was the friendliest and most helpful service advisor I have ever experienced. I went to Capitol after having a less than positive experience at a different dealership. I highly recommend Capitol as it is now MY Ford dealer of choice.

Contacted Bo Yunzhi on their sales team to give me a build quote for a new Mach E. He came back with a quote that was $100 more biweekly than Ford.ca. When asked how this was possible. He said he included extended warranties, paint protection, and a bunch of other fees on-top of the price of the car. He said that was was what his sales manager told him to quote. This seemed very shady. I will not be dealing with them in the future. Both Birchwood and River City Ford provided proper detailed PDF quotes that were aligned with Ford.ca. When dealerships try to screw you in the initial quote you have to wonder how much more you will be squeezed before you close the deal.

I can’t explain how happy I am with my car and the service I received from Capital Ford Lincoln. From the minute Ross answered my call and scheduled me in, I knew this location had a good handle on their business, (unlike another Ford dealer I tried prior too). Ajas made the whole experience a smooth one. He was excellent at communication, extremely friendly, professional, and worked within my budget. The technicians were knowledgeable and knew how to save me extra money which was very honest of them. My customer service experience has been one of the best to date! I am very embarrassed and it’s stressful just to type this. I was told on the phone when I asked for a quote to get the box liner spray done on my new 2022 Maverick, that my points were worth $400. So I budgeted accordingly. Even not going with the green coloring for the liner that I wanted due to it being $200 more. So I booked the appointment and was very shocked and embarrassed when I went to pay that my Ford Pass points were only worth $200 and I didn’t have enough to pay. Because I was picking up my truck so late in day, the Service department wasn’t able to talk to the appropriate ppl to figure out whom would have told me that on the phone. Thankfully the Service department was able to make arrangements that I would have to come in and pay that $200 difference later but I have been so stressed about being misinformed, as I would have waited to book the box liner until I could have paid the whole amount. Please look into your phone records that state I may be recorded, and see why I was misinformed. Even though arrangements were made so I could take my truck home, I am so disappointed and am struggling that I will have to go back into the Service Department to deal with such an embarrassment that wasn’t my fault.

I want to report a complain about the worst service by the body shop of Capital Ford Lincoln.

On March 1st, 2022 I had the appointment at the body shop of Capital Ford to check the damages caused by a collision – claim #. It was my understanding that day would start evaluating my car, but it never happened.

I called to the body shop on several occasions asking the status of my car, one week after I left my car, it had not been checked yet. The body shop administrative gave me some unjustified reasons as an example “they had many cars in repair, ” “they had to evaluate other damages and that would take more time. ” — That it was not my fault if they could not repair my car on time tell me and I had looked for another body shop. I communicated him my concern about the time was taking to check and repair the car, because I had a rented car, and I took an insurance to cover any damage that the MPI does not cover. For me it was a high risk to drive a rented car by the streets of Winnipeg in bad weather conditions, and I was paying about $12 per day. So I needed my car was fixed as soon as possible. However, it was not never happened.

On March 10th the body shop called my saying my car was being painted. So, I asked when can I pick up my car, and the person told me please wait my call. On Wednesday march 16 received a call saying the car is almost ready, it was cleaning. I asked again can I pick up my car? And the person told me wait my call when it is ready. On Thursday march 17, I called again and ask for my car and the body shop administrative told me yes, your car was ready yesterday, but you did not come here.

Now, the Rent company is charging me three days of rent + three days more of insurance (March 15,16, and 17) because the car was ready days before and I had not picked it up, according to the report given by the body shop; on the other hand, the MPI only covers 14th days.

I feel frustration and annoyance about the lack of responsibility by the Ford body shop, many lies since at the beginning. Now, I had to pay more of $150 by their delay.

I am disappointed of the worst service received in my entire life and it is unacceptable that Capital Ford - body shop did not move any finger to fix their mistake.

Used car manager Brendan and salesman Nic where outstanding. I don’t really enjoy shopping for vehicles but these fellows certainly made the entire process easy. Very pleasant and followed through with what they said. No BS and no sales gimmick. I was very happy and would recommend these fellows if your shopping for a vehicle.

Slow and expensive. 1 hour appointment for routine maintenance took 6 hours. When they finally gave me a rental after waiting 3.5 hours, they told me to make sure I top up the gas before I bring it back. Bad customer service.

I pay for a six-point vehicle inspections coz i was driving to calgary from winnipeg.part of it is adding some fluid as well.they said everything is fine but thats not true.my coolant is low and wiper fluid is empty.if your not adding at least let the customer know so i could do it myself. At Jim Gauthier, they are doing it plus free car wash. Never coming back again to this place.

I paid for deposit for a car and they sold it to someone else after receiving my money just to get few hundred dollars more.

Sales agent was good but all top management is worst and non-cooperative. Giving excuses and not talking face to face.

Not recommended to buy anything from unfair/unethical people.

My First time at the dealership. Had our car in for service, the staff are amazingly friendly and very helpful. I have worked for dealerships as a service manager and I am very impressed with the promptness and friendly helpful communication of the staff. Nicole in service was great to deal with. I would recommend this dealer to anyone whom is needing Thier services. We came from another Ford dealer (out by Waverly) who wanted to charge us $3000.00
For our transmission repair. Went to capital and it was covered under a recall service bulletin. It was repaired free of charge. Koodos to you guys amazing job. Thank you. I will be recommending you to all my friends.

I can't say enough out the people who work there! I have purchased many cars over the years and my level of trust when is comes to car dealers isn't very high. I have to admit I walked in with my backbone up, fully expecting them to take advantage of me. I did all of my homework before I got there. To my surprise, I wasted my time! They were 100% honest! They made me feel at home, and helped me to relax! They found me the perfect vehicle and wanted to make sure I was happy with it. Darin Rudd took his time to teach me how to use the many features I had never used before, Warren spent a lot of time working numbers so I would get the best deal on my trade. Michele Senow in financing was phenomenal! Even the General Manager came out to chit chat with me! At any other dealership I had been to I waited patiently bored out of my mind while they did their thing. Not here, I don't think there was one employee in there who didn't stop to say hello, joke, or ask if I needed anything! Thank You Capital Ford! For a great vehicle, an awesome deal, and a great experience!

I purchased my car here in October and Braiden was really helpful and knowledgeable! But the collision department of this place isn't really that helpful. I told them about the issues I have with the car but they didn't fix those issues. So i brought my car to another place which they fixed right away. I don't know how they approved my car that it was fine. It literally had a broken engine mount and cracked brackets.

Don’t trust the service department! I took my SUV in to be diagnosed as my drivers side door was “dead”. They charged me $167.00 for diagnostic and said I needed a new door module, which would be about $600.00 for parts alone! My husband double checked all the fuses. It turned out it was just a fuse! Now they’re denying the issue and won’t give me back my money for the misdiagnosis!

16 year old crashed our 2008 Honda accord. Perfect time to see Mark, Roger, Shane and the rest of the crew here. They were amazing walked us through every process and made me very happy to have chosen them. Highly recommend this location. I initially came in for an oil change on a company vehicle and was impressed by how nice their staff was. I spoke with Chad and Sunny in sales and they were able to get me into the exact vehicle I wanted at a great discounted price. They worked with Peter in finance to get the best rate for me and also got me a fair value on my trade. It was an excellent buying experience.

Not a great experience when I was there with a friend. He was looking at trading a truck in because this dealer said they wanted to buy his truck. While on the phone he said, "Don't waste my time with an offer for $24,000, I want a min of $28,000. " Well after sitting there for 2 hours and test driving a vehicle, they wasted our time by offering $24,000. After telling them I want the keys and insurance back, the tune changed.

I then told the salesman I was interested in trading my truck for a Ford truck. Everything went well but not when it came time to the value of the trucks, they offered me around $20k less than I owed on it. To also add, the truck they offered me was $74k online but Capital was trying to sell it to me for $93k.

At the end of the day, 4 days were wasted at this dealership. I hope from reading this, you will shop around a little before you decided to go to this dealership. Staff was friendly, but you have to be in that industry

I always try to make the situation right before leaving reviews on the internet as I understand mistakes can happen, but after calling the service manager and leaving countless messages and not one call back, after calling the general manager of the store and leaving messages again no call back, and never a call back from the service department after I brought up my concern I feel the customer service here is by far the worst I have ever had, but I must add when they wanted me to purchase our car through them they would call back or call to touch base very promptly. I purchased a 2017 Lincoln continental through them and the whole purchase went well and we found Murray great to deal with! However after our purchase we noticed the car had some dents and the paint needed a cut and a polish, understanding we bought a used car we took it upon ourselves to get the dents removed and the car polished and never expected capital to compensate us as we made a deal on the car in this condition, about 2 weeks later the car had a few issues to deal with that would be a warranty issue (again we understand these things happen not capitals fault) so we dropped the car off for the repairs, and picked our car up upon completion too find that (although it was a nice gesture) whoever washed our car used a dirty brush and put scratches over the entire car we just had cut and polished. I’ve tried to deal with this for almost 3 weeks, I’ve emailed pictures left countless messages and no response from anyone except my sales person Murray (who is great) all is I want from capital is to call me back and let’s get this issue resolved. I also feel being a hour and 30 min away is shouldn’t be my responsibility to bring the car back to capital to have the issue resolved as this simply shouldn’t have happened. I’m sorry to leave a bad review, but I simply don’t want anyone to have to deal with this.

Service department staff were friendly. Got my car in quickly and fixed up perfectly.

The only thing is that my vehicle went in for a simple bearing job (2.5 hour job max) at 930am and recieved a phone call at the end of the day saying that the "technician got busy with something else" and that my vehicle would be ready a few days later and that I could either come pick up my vehicle or they would pay for a rental.

Since it was a bearing issue with my car theres no way I was going to go get my vehicle as it's not exactly a safe thing to do. Picked up the loaner car at Enterprise, they still wanted my credit card and to charge me 50 dollars (I refused but got the vehicle anyhow)

Vehicle was ready to go a day earlier than what they had told me which was awesome.

Paid for my repair with cash and recieved a "wow.nobody pays for their vehicle repair with CASH" comment. I responded with, "well it's 250 less than what I was told the final repair would be and I have some Christmas cash but of debit or credit is easier for you I can do that if it's going to be an issue" and again recieved, "But CASH payment" and a laugh. I guess cash isnt ok anymore?

Overall a good experience, close to our house, very clean.

Would recommend.but dont try and pay for your small repair with CASH unless you want a comment about it

Dissapointed seen a vehicle in Kijiji texted and emailed as that's there perferd contact for quick response. Waited all day nothing no response called spoke to somebody directly took my email and said he would email me all the information I wanted next day nothing went in to the dealership my self just to be passed around to a sales person that looked Dissapointed to deal with me and to be told the car was sold months ago

Just a heads up for everyone-

This dealership told my mother she needed new tie rods on her vehicle while taking it in for routine maintenance.

To get a second opinion, we took it to our very reputable mechanic. He told us there was absolutely nothing wrong with her tie rods.

This could have been a mistake from an amateur mechanic, but just in case, always get a second opinion when using the service department at this dealership.

Been bringing my cars here for several years now to get serviced and have always felt that I was treated fairly. That all changed today. Brought in my 2011 Fusion because of a howling type of noise that can be heard in the passenger compartment when vehicle is in motion that gets louder as you accelerate when travelling in forward or reverse. Received a call saying that it was an axle bearing on the front and one on the back, but that the one on the front was the loudest.told them to do the front for 527.00 after asking how sure they were that that was indeed what was causing the noise and being told that they were very sure. Since the rear bearing was supposedly not the cause of the noise we were hearing and would cost 1023.00 to fix, I figured we would do that down the road. Was also told that the tie rod ends needed replacing and that the lower ball joint was no good, another 727.00. Being a trusting soul, I gave approval for this repair also. Picked up the car and drove 20 feet and knew that the noise that I took the car in for had absolutely not changed at all. Sounded exactly the same as it did before.brought it to the service advisors' attention and was told that maybe it was the rear bearing that was making the noise, they could fix that for 1023.00. When I asked how sure I could be that this would fix the noise since they had told me that it was the front that was what I was hearing, he said that since it was still making noise it had to be the back. I really don't have the money for supposedly dealer qualified mechanics to play a process of elimination when repairing my vehicle. Also on the way home from the dealership we starting hearing loud thumping from the front passenger side of the vehicle that was NOT there before they did the work on the car. So all told I spent 1903.00 on a problem that was not fixed, and as a bonus I now have a problem that was not there when I took the car in! VERY disappointed in Capital Ford and if this thumping issue is not taken care of when I go back tomorrow I guess we will be taking our 2 Fusions somewhere else for service from now on. Again, very disappointed!

Service department is good they are straight forward and don’t overcharge. The parts guys are great and won’t try to sell you tons of extra crap you really don’t need just to run up a total!

Got both of my cars in Canada from them. The sales team- Sabbir Rahman and Mark, are truly amazing people. Always gave me the exact information about everything I asked and tried to give me the best deal possible. Peter from finance tried his best to get me approved at the best rate possible despite I had some limitations in papers. Their after sales is pretty decent as well. Will surely recommend Sabbir to everyone.

The sales, financing, service and technical team at Capital Ford is excellent. After understanding exactly what we were looking for, they found us a used truck in our price range. They put it up on a hoist so that I could inspect it (fixed a seeping seal I found at no charge), and let me look at the computer scan after a test drive. I would definitely deal with them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle new or used.

Love the staff here! Just bought a new car from Mark Elliott and he is wonderful! So friendly, and charismatic. Even with us bringing our 1 year old with us and having to spend the better part of the day there, he brought out crayons and a colouring book and juice. Even called us a few days later to make sure everything was good for the first few days with the car. Service center was great and speedy. If youre ever looking for a vehicle, this is the place to go! Even sells things other than fords and Lincolns becausw we just bought a dodge charger. 10/10 would recommend!

Very unprofessional and unorganized. I inquired about a used vehicle a week ago. I made an offer and it was refused with no counter offer. Got a message today to call the manager P. K, when I call after work he said he never called me and left his number. That maybe someone else did. I asked if they'd changed their mind or had another offer for me. He said no, not really. Then when I started talking to him, he hung up on me. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Will be looking elsewhere for a vehicle.

Just bought my Ford Ecosport, not only did the dealership come pick me up from my home to bring me to the dealership about 3 employees all stayed till 7pm on a Saturday! To help me finish the sale. I was treated with respect and all my questions were answered! Had a fantastic experience and will be recommending to family and friends
