Bought the viper remote starter a few years back. The signal ended up not connecting. Took it in for someone to take a look at it. Thought we'd have to pay for the service but the gentleman who helped was awesome got it fixed up for us in 5 minutes...

Staff were friendly and knew what they were talking about. But they didn't have the item I needed and they didn't offer to get it for me. So I guess I'm buying from Amazon. Would rather buy locally, but not if they don't want my business...
