Hello I just have to leave review we've have had a view bad experience with carmen Ford and charge way to much more than double than hometown in winkler does so I recommend going to winkler even if it's extra drive it's worth it did same things at both places and camen charged me more than double for same exact thing not going there again

Paul was awesome to work with. He came in on his day off to meet us since it was the only day that would work for us. Knowledgeable and courteous sales and service team.

I had a malfunction in the electrical system of my Ford escape that necessitated an unexpected stop at Carmen Ford. The service department worked me in promptly, determine the problem was a code error, and got me on the road again in a timely fashion. I am grateful

Loved it here. Although first time there was made to feel welcome right away. Chatted with sales team briefly and sat in their comfortable waiting area. Coffee and popcorn available, and the free wifi was nice. Their 30 minutes with appointment oil change or free special is exactly what it says. WAY TO GO CARMAN FORD! I will definitely be back!

The maximum score since only this Ford dealer had the opportunity to make an appointment for auto service the next day after contacting. By comparison - in Winnipeg itself, the next record was 10 days later. Level staff. Service diagnostics worked out quickly and professionally. Didn't notice anything negative. Well done.

Staff are always friendly and very helpful. Fantastic lounge area for waiting. I bought my vehicle here and I service my vehicle here. I trust the service and sales departments which is why I drive almost five hours out of my way to come to Carman Ford!

Stopped in November to tell them of a problem I was having before my warranty expired. I was told it would be taken care of because I had reported it before the warranty expired. Couldn’t get back till March, at 60,350 km (just over the 60k bumper to bumper) they made me pay for the repair-which was an update download that you would think would automatically happen.
