Carpathia Credit Union

The most inept and unprofessional organization I have ever experienced. Thankfully I don't have any personal dealings with this credit union, but my husband does and sometimes I need to be present. Of the three or four financial advisors we have dealt with, ALL have been disorganized and inept. If I could give them a zero score I would. I'm pressuring my husband to move his account elsewhere.

Shout out to Tracy Bazylewski who went & beyond in helping me during the worst moment of my life. This lovely & remarkable lady truly deserves a great pay raise! 10 - star review for Tracy & the entire Carpathia Grant team.

My debit card got stolen last Saturday and I tried calling & left a couple of voicemails to Carpathia Leila but nobody from Leila branch got back to me until Monday late evening at 4: 44 PM (0 and / or negative Google rating to Carpathia Leila for poor customer service!). I ended up emailing Tracy although my main branch is at Regent and Tracy works at Grant. For the past two days, Tracy did diligently help me in filing claims for reimbursement of the lost money.

Today Tracy graced me with a great news that the lost money has been reimbursed. Kudos for the marvelous work and huge super thank you, Tracy!

Would give a 0 if i could.horrible customer service every time i go in there i feel like a burden to the staff and they aren’t ever really helpful.no one answers the phone or email so you physically have to go there pretty much everytime

I don't have enough kind words to say about this bank, due to my husband struggling with cancer and our daughter started college Hailey the bank manager and staff have gone beyond what is necessary to help out in anyway they can. They do it out of love and support Thank you so much for helping my family and friends out. Absolutely love the staff and bank manager. Susan

Had excellent experience here. Irina is very professional, knowledgeable and polite person. My request was solved with minimal time and all my questions were answered in seconds.
