There is some corrupt happenings in side of this co-op! Finances aren’t being disclosed to members properly (invoices/receipts) and as you know as members they have a right to know where the monies are being spent. Maintenance manager has a control issue and contacts people regarding Administrative issues. I’m sure he is also taking building supplies and working on his own projects to pocket money. Multiple managers running through the last 3 years, are the members personal information compromised? Lots of favouritism and bullying from not only staff, but from neighbours harassing young kids. People on the parking committee choose who they send out speeding notices too, however it is nearly impossible to prove without dates/times/proof. If you are going to have these rules then you need to be giving everyone tickets including management because no one is driving 10kms let’s be real. There will be investigators looking into where the monies are going.

I am glad we do not have the property manager anymore that you have now! Thank God she left! Good luck guys! In my opinion she should never had the opportunity of working in such position! Very careful to not touch her ego … she retaliates

Very poor management with Manitoba housing like practises and standards. Place is not well maintained due to lack of skills and knowledge by maintenance management and crew. Office and management make this housing go down the drain.
Board of directors has its own internal problems and doesn’t represent the members properly. Intimidation and bullying of members by the current office staff is a common practice.
COOP is in prime location and excellently priced. Change in management would make this place perfect.
