I will never be able to thank Ro Giesbrecht enough for helping me purchase my first home. I had all the complications you can think of, possession delays, title delays during a rate change, etc.and Ro went far above and beyond to help me get the lowest rate I could, even when it looked like the banks wouldn’t hold it as long as I’d needed. She went to bat for me in every situation - with the bank, with my realtor, with the builders. On a whim I called Castle Mortgage to inquire about using their services and I couldn't have been happier. Matt is knowledgeable, easy to work with and was able to explain the mortgage renewal process and what options were available to us.

My renewal happened during the COVID19 pandemic when the restrictions were at their peak. Even with that in place, Matt always responded in a timely fashion via phone, text or email, including evenings and weekends.

In the end Matt was able to renew our mortgage with a different financial institution, allowed us to consolidate our debt into the mortgage and gave us funding to finish our basement. When our mortgage is up for renewal we will be using Castle Mortgage's services once again.

Matthew takes his time to really help you with your specific situation, going above and beyond. I highly recommend Castle Mortgage Group!

Working with Matt was great! He loves to teach and inform his clients, and would patiently explain any terms or concepts that were going over our heads-great for first-time home buyers! I also felt that he had our best interests in mind, looking for the best mortgage we could get. We worked with Matt 6 years ago when we decided to build a new home for ourselves. Being self employed it is always a bit of a challenge to get financing in the starting years. Matt was very helpful in many ways from coming up with creative approaches and to finding great rates not only during our build but after the build was complete and we were ready to pursue a long term mortgage. Also keep in mind we did work hard on trying to find the best rate & workable scenario with a good handful of banks. He still was able to surprise us and seek out even better rates and even more importantly (to us) an easy no hassle setup into a building mortgage. Matt is very knowledgeable, resourceful and well connected.
