I called around after cracking my screen bad. They were the only place that offered to rush order my screen, and didn't charge extra. Ful repair was less than 1hr and the prices were the same if not cheaper as the 3 other places I called.

5 Star service: was on holiday from Europe and damaged the display on my cell phone. Called Cell Fix Doctors and they managed to replace the display and bring my phone back to life. Fantastic service and really friendly staff: they gave good advice and great service! Highly recommended!

The Cell Fix Doctors at Polo Park did a great job of resurrecting my iPod touch. I feared that it was beyond repair, but they replaced the battery and camera in just two days. The cost was also less than I anticipated.

I highly recommend them and will return should I need their help in the future.

Recently visited this beautiful workplace to fix my work device. I had a broken screen and i tried calling almost all vendors around the polo park area to fix it but wasnt fruitful. Cell fix not only fixed the issues in 2 business days but also was 35% more reasonable than others, while others asked me 5-6 business days with a lot more money. I had a very good experience at cell fix! My phone had issues, and when I let Geek Squad at bestbuy try and fix it, I got it back even more broken.
Won't waste my time with them ever again because not only did these pros find the original problem, they identified what geek squad messed up and fixed that too! They were fair on pricing and their confidence in their skills show as they offered me warranty on the repair, free of charge if my problems come back! Will absolutely recommend.

Brought my Samsung S20 Ultra back in March for a screen and camera glass replacement and was told everything was samsung approved, price was good and could supply the parts within two days. Got my phone back and the front camera quality was blurry, the top microphone didn't work and my phone would randomly die out when at 20% or more battery. She did manage to get a new camera but it wasn't compatible with the phone because whoever supplied it isn't samsung approved. It's now december and i have to get my screen replaced again as it did crack which is fine but i went elsewhere and after taking it apart and inspecting they let me know my devide has been repared before which i was aware but they couldn't continue with the repair claim because this shop im reviewing that first worked on my phone crushed some components on my motherboard which actually led to my microphone not working, and didn't even bother to remove the old adhesive and just kind of splattered new one on along with using double sided tape? And now the phone comes apart very easily. Customer service here was good and friendly but the parts are not supplied by the official manufacturer of your phone, the work is quick but super sloppy. I highly don't recommend you take your newer smartphones and waste your hard earned money here.

Helped out rlly well, fixed IPhone 11 there for cheaper then I taught, good quality replacement screen, and they even got warranty!

I got my iPhone 7 Plus screen and
Audio IC (speakers were grayed out and I couldn’t hear anyone). This was a micro-soldering repair on the logic board. Cell Fix Doctors was able to do the repair successfully within 24 hours. Doogee cell phone owners, take note! As a cell phone of one of these unique phone for a niche market, I began to panic when I damaged my phone. To be fair, I have been very tough on this phone, and when it ended getting a cracked screen between the rubber edging and the glass protector, I thought it was done for. My wife was able to order a replacement screen and when we called and visited many cell repair companies in our area, we were turned away. It wasn't until we we were suggested by another company to try to reach out to Cell Fix Doctors Mobile Repair. Kerran (sorry if I misspelled your name) was awesome. Her customer care attitude was welcoming. She admitted that she had never worked on this type of phone before but was willing to give it a shot. With a loaner phone provided, she was able to get the work done quickly. But there was a hiccup. We noticed that the mic wasn't picking up at all and she said to leave the phone so she can assess what the problem was. Within the hour she had my phone working perfectly again. My 12 pro Max was washed by washing machine for 30 minutes. App store asked me for more than $800 to fix the back screen, front and the sensor (this one is a big challenge). But Cell Fix Doctors fixed it at a much lower price very quickly. I almost gave up to save my phone. But Miss Kerran spent 9 hours on fixing my phone and saved all my data. Really appreciate what she has done for me. She also replaced my 7 plus's battery and 8's front screen. …I will bring my husband's 10 for screen changing shortly. Definitely recommend!

I saw other reviews and decided to go with Cell Fix as a result and glad I did because the service was EXCELLENT.
I dropped my (destroyed screen) phone off by appointment at their central location and after 1 hour my phone was repaired.
They fully explained their process, and used certified Samsung parts (not aftermarket parts), so my phone is still waterproof.
For $309 they replaced the screen, the frame, put in a brand new battery and a new case and screen cover. I would've had to pay out 800 left on my contract and 1200 for a new phone but ended up with a phone better than new.

Parts were missing from my iphone after taking it here. Definitely do not recommend. I had taken my iphone in to have the battery port repaired, later i had it looked at by an apple professional where they told me it was missing several parts.

Unfortunately can't recommend going here. Fast screen repair on my s20 but then had to go back in to get the front facing camera realigned. Since it wasn't aligned it didn't focus and the camera was inoperable. Very inconvenient since I live a hour and half away.

Back panel of the phone is peeling off now and mentioned it many times but unfortunately was treated more like a nuisance than offering reasonable solution. The solution being super glue. I understand these phones are hard to work with but that's why I brought it in instead of doing it myself. After coming in 3 times and lots of hassle I've given up. Would have been nice to have been offered some sort of something (maybe a throw in a screen protector) for all the trouble.

So now I'll find another way to keep the dust out of the phone. Maybe a good case

**update** Went to a more reputable and Samsung certified place. Got the back panel put on properly with a Samsung kit VS the super glue option offered here. The professionals where I went to commented on how messy and dirty the phone was on the inside when they opened it.

This place was awesome! Had a cell emergency called and they were able to repair it on the spot (they even stayed passed closing to help us out️). They gave honest advice and were super friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend and think of them again if ever needing to repair a device. I made my appointment online one day ahead, and because they didn't have the part onsite they had to order it. When I arrived for my appointment they advised me the part wouldn't be in until later and gave me a time for same day pick up. It was ready right on time. From drop off to pick up, I probably didn't spend 10 minutes total in the store. The service was friendly, professional and the price was reasonable. I will 10/10 use them again if I need assistance.

Iphone screen repair, was in and out within a half hour. Very professional, prices transparent and very good value compared to other stores. The screen works and looks great, exactly what you would want from a repair place.

I needed a charging cable for an old Apple 4. They had one and sold to me for good price.
