VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. SUCH A RIP OFF. MISLEADING INFORMATION AND PRICING GIVEN FOR PRODUCTS. FORGET ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GUYS WORKING INSIDE NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE AND ESPECIALLY CUSTOMER. GUY OFFERED ME A DISCOUNT AT FIRST BUT EVENTUALLY DID NOT ADD ANY DISCOUNT TO ORDER. I PAID WHILE TALKING TO THEM SO DIDN'T PAY ATTENTION TO THE payment. I had to go back and ask for the discount, he gave me a type C cable saying it as a charger. They call adapter a 'brick'? REALLY!? AND CABLE a CHARGER. It's quite funny to me. Never going back EVER AGAIN.

Bad customer experience. Will not return. Awful, unprofessional and hostile staff. How is this place in business.

Unfortunately, I am forced to give this company a one-star rating. They do not deserve any stars! Buyer beware! My elderly mother bought a phone case at this store and it did not fit. The guy she bought it from told her she could exchange it with the tax receipt. She tried to bring it back three weeks after and the guy said that they have a 14-day return policy, which is not written on the receipt. He wouldn't provide his name or allow her to speak to a manager. This store is terrible - do not shop here! Much better to go to a reputable store with good customer service. I hope this store goes out of business soon! They are ripping off their customers.

To be honest I buy a screen protector and the guy doesn't know how to put it, but I felt bad for him I know his doing his job but they need a experience guy to hire and get his position because in the future customers will complain, and about the screen protector they have totally garbage product for higher price l, hopefully this is a warning for those people want a nice an fancy stuff on there phones, rather go at polo park.

The employees aren't too bad but the guy who owns it is a total d bag. I bought a case took it outside and it was the wrong one so I came back less than 10mins and he told me too bad even with the bill in hand. This happened 2 years ago and I haven't been there since. Dynamic cellular just down the hall is much better and friendly

1 star is generous. If I could give 0, or “negative stars” I would. Do not waste your time and money here.

I buy the iPhone max pro cover broken next day cost me $60 we tried to return he said no return policy very poor service. I don’t buy anything again here better Amazon same cover $15.

These guys are cheaters please do not go there all the products are low quality. My screen protector comes off after 5 days and my phone cover also fade. The guy who work here don’t know how to talk with customers and the owner say buy another cover i will give u 30% off seriously waste of time and money.

Don't shop here. Peope working here have a bad attitude. Not friendly. Went in to exchange a Christmas gift phone case. They did exchange as they gave me one for a iPhone pro. Not a regular. That was good. Went back as the case was bad and wanted different one. Got attitude about returning it. His tone was uncalled for. Then came out and says. Last exchange. We won't do it again. Bought it before Christmas. You'd think they would be a little nicer. Since you have to wait till Christmas to give a gift. Anyway. Not happy with attitude given.

A very nice young man helped us select a phone case, screen cover and camera cover. He was very knowledgeable and after purchase he put them all on for me. I would recommend going there as they have lots of selection for phone covers.

Hi, I had a great experience at this store, the young fellow that help me was very professional, help me get the correct screen protector and then removed the old one and installed the new one took no more that 10 minutes all these for less than $50.00.

If you ever need anything for your phone, this is the place to go. I went to every cellular store in the mall and none had what I was looking for.

Don’t ever buy in this shop they are absolutely scammers! A month ago I bought iphone case, 2 screen protectors and apple stand charger, it was cost $350+ tax, when I get home there is no receipt and the charger I bought was so bad it didn’t even charge my phone, the next day I return the stand charger it was $100+ tax and told me they don’t do return exchange and they asked me for receipt that they didn’t even give me a receipt, for exchange they gave me a 100 gift certificate that can only use in their store, I came back after a month to bought some cases and protector and they told me they don’t accept the gift card that they give me the sales person was so rude and argue with me. I’m not gonna go back here anymore and I don’t recommend this shop ever!

Tried to return a brand new, unopened product and was told, albeit politely, that they don’t do returns. If that’s the store policy, it needs to be posted clearly where nobody could possibly miss it, it should be clearly communicated by sales associates, and it should be clearly printed on the receipt.

If i could give it zero stars I would. I DO NOT recommend shopping here. I was reading into the other comments and it seems like they continuously try to scam people. It was a male that helped me, I wanted a phone case and a screen protector. It came up to $90 at first and I was like "What? ! That is not in my budget and i didnt realize it would be that expensive". Then he said he would give me $10 off. And I didn't think to look when I tapped it on the debit machine and he charged me $87. So obviously no discount was given. Then AFTER I finished paying he said no returns. But then I opened the case and it looked used! So I wanted to exchange it and he looked angry and was rolling his eyes. Super unprofessional. He was saying it was never used but it CLEARLY looked used and dirty. So then I exchanged it for another one and once I got home and opened it, it was dirty. It had fingerprints on it. And did not look new. Then I installed the screen protector and then the alcohol swabs that it came with to wipe the phone were dry. I spent $87 on an old screen protector and a dirty phone case. I would never come here again and I hope people reading this will learn from this horrible experience.
