Needed a new battery & screen protector for my Samsung S-10. First time I have tried a repair place & was glad I found this kiosk. Back of my phone is glued on; no self-repair there. The battery, install & screen protector price was negotiated as a package price just north of $100. Quality of service, quality of products installed (glass protector, not plastic film) & friendliness of staff made the wait worthwhile. It takes about an hour for the new glue to dry. Hint: if you have a call or a text to send, do it BEFORE you turn over your phone. My bad. Oh - turn off phone before you pass it over. I was concerned over loss of data when battery was removed; likely won't happen but turn it off anyway.

Very helpful staff. Bought 2 phone cases here for a Samsung s21 ultra and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4. The employees were helpful. Will be going back to get the back of the phone fixed

This place is a scam do not use them to repair your phone! Paid $200 to replace my sons phone screen and now the phone no longer works, it is coming apart at the seem, does not recognize touch and the screen goes black. We went back and they blamed it on my son and will not honor the "warranty" that came with the screen repair. This is the worst experience and now I am stuck with a phone that does not work.

Replaced my grandma's screen and battery on her iPhone 8 in less than an hour and for a good price, and even threw in a discounted screen protector. Good to have a peace of mind instead of doing it myself.

DO NOT GO THERE! They have no customer service at all. Prices are WAY to high and poor quality of muchandise!

I called ahead to make sure they had my screen i needed, they said yes, they installed it in about 45 min then when I got my phone back it was a different color surrounding and the screen was super leggy due to them installing a aftermarket screen, I made them remove the screen as I wasn't happy with it, they literally charged me $40 to take their screen back off. I feel ripped off. Cost me $40 for nothing.

Do not go there for anything, they sold me a phone from some other country. The phone will not make phone calls on my network. I went to return and they couldn't help, or wouldn't help not give me my money back. I paid 250 for this phone and it's worth 150 that's on me I shoulda done my research before buying the phone

Took my phone to these guys 3 times once for the screen 2nd time less then a month later my phone broke in my pocket they tell me I dropped it [I didn't] they charge me the same price to fix it again then they tell me my battery is going after i payed I have had no issues with the battery until after I got it back from these guys less then a mother later my screen falls off and they tell me I dropped it. Worst service I've ever seen would give 0 stars.
