Very good selection of workout equipment with a walking track surrounding it. The staff at the front desk are always open to answering questions, and the facility is open 24/7.

Nice installations with free weights area, weights machines, squat racks, 100m two-lane track loop.
There is also separate areas for cardio machines (ladder, rower, elliptical, treadmill), an area for stretching (with mats, rollers and ballet bar) as well as an area for deadlifts.
Also has a rock climbing wall.
They have afood/drinks area at the entrance with many options pre or post-workout.
Tons of parking onsite as well as a recharge booth for electric vehicles.

Great variety of equipment and not usually over crowed, also very clean and cleaning stations to use yourself.

Went and paid a drop in fee for the rock climbing wall and it was definitely worth it. The way you they had the wall set up was definitely not for beginners but I’m under the impression that they change the set up from time to time. I enjoyed the extra difficulty as it was actually a challenge to get to the top unlike a lot of other walls I have done before.

Rock Climbing is amazing for kids. They can really push their limits and try to get a little higher each attempt!
