Went for a wedding.food was way better than expected. Had a delicious steak nice improvement from your standard chicken

If I could rate this business 10000000 stars, I would!
We had our Wedding reception at the Caboto Centre in July 2023, and from start to finish, we were blown away by every single detail! From communication, to set-up, to food quality, to execution, to professionalism, Carly and team exceeded all our expectations! The kitchen staff, led by the incredible Gerry Lomonaco, is amazing!
To Carly, Mike, Joey, Gerry, all front of house staff, back of house staff, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
You took such good care of us, and you are the main reason that our Wedding day was such a success!
The recent additions and renovations to the hall have this as Winnipeg's Leading destination for banquets from 10-350 persons.
Carly is very organized and maintains an ongoing dialogue during the Wedding planning process.
If you have an idea or a request, Carly will do her best to accommodate that request! The team at the Caboto Centre did incredibly well on the night of our Wedding! There were no hiccups, and the customer service was outstanding. Food was out quickly, and everything was so fresh and hot. Our pasta that was part of our meal was home-made. Being of Italian origin, this was such a special and appreciated treat! Carly’s suggestions/recommendations for all things Wedding related was incredible! She has a knack for event planning and coordination, as well! I didn’t hire a Wedding Planner or Day of Coordinator, but Carly helped me so much in this regard, as well! I trusted all her suggestions, and she always had the best ideas! Carly was always very patient, even when our Wedding plans didn’t exactly go as planned (more than once). When we had to pivot, Carly would pivot with us. She was extremely empathetic and compassionate! It was a blessing working with Carly/her team along our Wedding Journey, which wasn’t always the easiest!
If you are looking for a gorgeous venue/space, with stellar customer service, and the most authentic Italian food in the city, you have chosen the right venue!
If you put your trust in this business, you will not be disappointed! Thank you, Carly and team! You guys are the best, and you made our Wedding a day to remember (for us and all guests of honour that attended). People were talking about our Wedding for weeks after it had taken place! I can't say enough about the Caboto Center in Winnipeg, the venue for Danielle & Gianni's wedding that I had the pleasure of photographing. The room they decorated was absolutely stunning! The ambiance and attention to detail created a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly complemented the couple's style. The staff at the Caboto Center were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that everything ran smoothly throughout the event. If you're looking for a venue that offers a cozy and beautifully decorated space, the Caboto Center is a fantastic choice. It provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable wedding celebration.

Now that a week has almost passed since our daughter's wedding, and our lives are returning to some level of normal, I wanted to take a few minutes to personally thank each and every employee of Centro Caboto for the outstanding job they all did for our daughter's Wedding on July 08. It was truly the wedding of her dreams! The main Mauro Hall was transformed into an Oasis of flowers and stunning decorations. The kitchen staff led by the amazing Gerry Lomonaco was incredible. A week later we are still hearing compliments about how great the food was. To Mike, Carly, Joey and all front of house staff, the service was second to none. The recent additions and renovations to the hall have this as Winnipeg's Premier destination for banquets from 10-350 persons. Thank you again, from the bottom of our hearts! Carly and the staff at the Caboto Centre are wonderful! We had our wedding celebration at the Caboto Centre, and they went above and beyond to make the day special. They are amazing at accommodating dietary restrictions, and even made the entire menu gluten free. And the food was amazing! From setup, to food, to great atmosphere, I definitely recommend the Caboto Centre for a large event.
