Scary clientele. I would not let me daughter shop there alone. Security is visible but need more especially around the food court. That's where the trouble always starts

Got amazing help with building a skincare routine, I’m just starting out and was completely lost. I may remember the name of the person wrong but I’m pretty sure it was Regina? She was so kind and I feel a lot more confident in what I’m doing.

They need to do a better job at security used to be a safe mall but many meth heads and panhandlers have moved in be very care full near the sport check it's a hot spot for crime. This mall should be closed down. It's even more dangerous now than 3 years ago when I did this review.

This mall's vast array of shops caters to diverse tastes, offering a wide shopping spectrum. However, recent safety concerns, like inadequate security and occasional incidents, have marred its appeal. While the shopping experience remains abundant, the mall needs to prioritize and enhance safety measures to regain the confidence of its patrons for a truly enjoyable and secure visit.

By far the best mall in Winnipeg, imo. It only lacks one or two more bathrooms There was a HUGE lineup and wait for the women's washroom near center court on Boxing Day. Granted it was obviously very busy that day, but even on regular shopping days it would be nice to have more bathrooms.
Also, it would be great to have a bookstore in the mall.

Excellent place to shop, in general. Especially those of us who are newcomers to this city!

Family friendly mall with a wide variety of stores, good food, coffee shops, and not to forget a bowling alley for fun!

I have always been very well taken care of at this specific Money Mart and they have always been very nice, but I really don't like the way people treat the staff they are always very friendly.

Love the christmas season at the mall sooooo many lights and things to make you feel the christmas season

10/10 Best mall in the city. The place is so big i find myself having to take a break while walking throughout. I’d recommend removing some independent shopkeepers and adding more sought after, legit brands as some shops look and feel out of place in this calibre of a mall.

I was spending $6500 on gift cards and I called in advance so they would be ready. Upon arriving they were not ready and the person who helped me continued to help other customers after me while trying to get my large gift card order done. I will not be back for our business gift cards; we will go to the Winnipeg outlet mall in the future. I’ve been doing it here for 3 years and never had to wait when I’ve called in advance.
