My daughter had her 1st appointment today that involved actual work on her teeth as a posed to just a check up. They were able to make her feel at ease and have a pain free experience.

I’ve always went to Dr. Pappas at Chancellor Dental. He’s very friendly and cares about his patients. I believe Amber was the one who took care of me for a proportion of my appointment and she was very kind, lovely to talk to, and is very knowledgeable of course! I always feel welcomed and am well taken care of.

Dr. Papas is an amazing dentist. Very kind, takes the time to listen and very intelligent. Definitely recommend 10/10

I have dealt with Dr Pappas for over 20 years. I had a fear of dentists, Dr. Pappas and the staff all showed concern to make sure I was doing okay. Even in an emergency he squeezed me in. They are professional and caring all the time.

Dental assistant was awesome! Art work on the left when you enter building needs to go! I don't want to see pliers, needle, tweezers etc. Not good for anxious patients.

Good, professional, although it is not the biggest Dental Clinic, but very professional and give me the best treatment. I went to biggest Dental before and they told me must get the bad tooth out and build a new one.and it would cost me at least 3-8000 CAD, no way to repair the bad one.right now, i have finished the repair and feel so good.just cost 1400, including repairing the two sides teeth. Before u decide where to cure your tooth, just sit and view your doctor, u will find that it is worth to trust at here.

I called yesterday to make an emergency appointment and was able to get in today. Everyone was so nice and I ended up having to have 2 teeth pulled, painlessly! Also no lectures, no judgement, just good advice and service. I have finally found a new dentist after years of going without.

The service was on time and everything they were doing was explain to me in a very polite and courteous way. I would recommend your services to anyone looking.

Dr Pappas and Maxine are amazing
Went in with tooth pain long story however with Dr Pappas experience found root of the problem able to fix me up front desk booked me in quickly when all the information was received to avoid further issues Maxine followed up few days later to check on me which usually doesn't happen in other places
Definitely felt comfortable and safe in their hands
Also Dr Norrie and his assistant for looking after me further you explain in detail and offered the same compassion I received from Dr Pappas and Maxine
I have been to alot of various dentists in brandon through the years and am thankful I switch to Chancellor Dentist office 5 years ago

I have a one year old who took a nasty tumble resulting in a missing tooth! They understood he won't sit still, that his mouth was sore, and if an exam had to be done while he hung had his head upside down that was okay!
This is the second time they have helped my family in an emergency, and they will be our new dentists from now on

Was quite late with my son, had a crazy toddler morning. They were very kind and accommodated us. Doctor was patient, attentive and very helpful. Highly recommend the place.

Doctors & staff are really pleasant and kind! They make you feel comfortable during procedures and very appreciated as a patient /customer. All questions I had before any procedure were always answered in a very detailed way, providing that safety feeling of having some one caring about you.
Definitely I recommend them!

It was my first time going here today and will definitely be going back and recommend it to my friends and family. Everybody was very nice and welcoming from the receptionist to the dental assistant and the dentist. Michelle did a great job making me feel comfortable and was very friendly. Dr Nori was also fantastic and knowledgeable and made my appointment a positive experience.

My face is still numb from my root canal but the dentist and assistant were amazing, professional and truly take their jobs with a high level of pride. I am not one for dentists but this was an exceptional experience.

My hygienist, Sasha is phenomenal.
She is kind, polite, full of ideas and information and all around she’s awesome.

It felt like the dentist was just trying to get me in and out as soon as possible - she didn't have great bedside manner, so I ended up walking out confused, discouraged, and feeling lost most of the time. Not only that, but when requesting procedures, I wasn't informed that my insurance had denied one of the procedures, so I had to pay out of pocket for it. The receptionists and nurses are nice enough, but I won't be going back.

Doctor Alex Pappas is the most gentle dentist, always concerned if you are feeling ok during the procedures, and the quality of his work is tops. He is also very personable, that I feel like we are friends after all these years, he is so genuine. The staff at the clinic are also very friendly, and very professional. I also am very fond of Dr. Pappas' assistant Steina, she is very good at her work and has been a team with Dr. Pappas for many years.
I always recommend Dr. Pappas and this clinic to any of my friends or relative who need dental work.

Back in the mid 1990’s I had a bad dentist experience and swore off going for a few years.
Then I made my first appointment with Dr. Pappas. It was the best decision I ever made.
I have been going for semi-annual check ups and have had lots of procedures performed for the last 20 years or so.
I do not have one complaint to date.

Loved everything about my first visit! The staff made me feel extremely comfortable. Everyone was kind and very helpful!

Absolute excellent service, I stopped there on a emergency and I live in Winnipeg and received the best service I ever had at a dentist office, in fact I will be driving 2 hours to come to my next appointment here.

Dr. Vicash is the best! He is the reason I use chancellor dental group. He is the best in his field and I would recomend him to anyone. His work is beyond exceptional. Very happy! I know my teeth will always be looked after properly by him. Thanks!

Dr Pappas and his staff are the best at what they do. Going to a dentist is never high on my list of things to do but their professionalism makes it much better.

Felt perfectly safe with their covid-19 precautions. My appointment was on time, all staff was very friendly and courteous. Dr. Pappas explained some things that I could consider for the future but I felt no pressure that these procedures had to be done immediately. All in all a wonderful experience.

Chancellor Dental has always been a great place, friendly and professional. Today I had Abby working on my teeth, very nice young lady, friendly and very professional, Thank you Abby and Chancellor’s Dental.

I have been with this dental group for at least 25 years. Dr. Papas has been my dentist but I have seen Dr Vercaigne as well. Both are super! Friendly and sensitive to people with fears of dental procedures. I must mention as well Dr. Vercaign’s assistant as also being great! From reception to dentist, all are very pleasant and friendly! Would highly recommend.

I felt completely safe coming in for my appointment. All precautions were taken and the wait was minimal to get to the appointment. Sasha was excellent, she did a thorough job and was very friendly also. Dr Pappas was great as always. He may even have had a bit more time than usual which was nice for both of us. Highly recommend Chancellor Dental Group.

Two months ago I had a crown procedure the pre-authorization said yes, I can do it and get insurance covered. Then, on the day of the procedure, they put the wrong code and I called my insurance and they told me to ask them to put the right code. I had to come back to their clinic and they changed it. When I got the crown I was going to nee the upper retainer and I asked first of what was going to be the cost for which the dental assistant said $65 and I paid that amount at that time. After two months I got a bill for $65 and when I asked why they told me was the remaining amount of the upper retainers. I said that I got just the upper side and they told me that they don't know why they didn't charge me for that right amount of $ 120.00 and now I have to come back to pay the money. I am not going to come back to this place again!

Always so friendly and explain what exactly needs done, my kids are not afraid when they go and are excited for the little bag of new toothbrushes and floss at the end. I myself was afraid of dentists but not anymore thanks to you guys. I highly recommend Chancellor dental group!

When no other dentist was willing to work on our 4 year olds teeth, they were there, patiently working with us until the end! I recommend them to any parent with children. Very patient and knowledgeable! Staff is very friendly as well! Thank you to everyone of you!

Wanted $160 before we could see a dentist as an "emergency fee" during normal business hours. Not sure how they justify that kind of price gouging! I would like them to explain there rational. Is it just to keep out the poor people?

This dental office is a well-oiled machine. I have been going for over 10 years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. We see Dr. Pappas and he is fabulous. The clinic is warm and inviting, clean, and they are very well-organized. They have also worked hard to keep with the times by providing text reminders and making other changes and updates to their service over the years.

Big shout out to Dr Nathan Vercaigne. He pulled my 2 lower tooth very very gently.
What a wonderful experience specially since i am just a visitor from other country.

Would give them no stars If I could.
I let them know I'm coming from an hour and half away. I have 2 broken teeth that needed to be pulled and money wasnt an issue at the time. 2 xrays later and a scolding from the denist for not having my mouth clean enough before the visit I was out the door 15 mins later In more pain then I was from her poking around. I was told to come back 3 weeks later.
Second time around i canceled as they were about to do the same thing. Have me drive an hour and half only to take a look when I have 3 broken teeth now. Will not reccomend to anyone. GO TO VIRDEN
