My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Chantal’s Bridal, thanks to Jenna. Her expertise and warm approach made the process a breeze. I highly recommend this shop for a fantastic bridal experience.

All 4 of my daughters have come here for graduation dresses and have always found the perfect gown. All the staff are absolutely fantastic! Shout out to Deena for picking the perfect dress for my daughter! Excellent quality and selection of dresses for all personalities. From the purchase of the dress to the attention to detail they put into alterations to make sure it's perfect, they go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. Make this your only place to shop!

I had the best experience picking out my wedding dress with Deena at Chanal's! She did a wonderful job of picking dresses during the first appointment that suited my style and wants. I was excited to work with her again for my follow up appointment and she even fit us into her busy schedule. Despite the shop being so busy she still made it feel like we were the only ones in the store. I am so happy I said yes to the dress at Chanal's!

We had a truly exceptional experience at Chantel's Bridal, where we were fortunate to have Shelly as our dedicated assistant. Our main purpose was to help my daughter in selecting her dream bridal gown, and we cannot express how impressed we were with Shelly's outstanding service. Despite being aware that we had previously visited another boutique, Shelly graciously offered to showcase a few different options. We then tried on the original dress and it was a huge no! To our delight, each dress surpassed the previous one in quality and aesthetic appeal. Shelly remained mindful of our budget while ensuring that my daughter felt incredibly valued and celebrated throughout the process. I wholeheartedly endorse Chantel's Bridal and anticipate returning in the future, specifically relying on Shelly's expertise when seeking any formal attire.

It was great working with Savy! I told her what I like and it only took 3 dresses to find the perfect one for me! She took excellent care of me every single time I was there. I had the most wonderful time picking my wedding dress and I have Jenna to thank for that. She truly made this process something I will always remember and appreciate. During my initial visit she listened to what I envisioned for my wedding dress, she took note about what I liked or didn’t like and she selected the most stunning wedding dress (and veil) I have ever seen. She was warm, friendly and engaging not only with me but with my mother and my mother-in-law as well. She made me feel special every single time I came in to see my dress or to do a fitting. Her knowledge and expertise make her a valuable asset to your store. In her absence during one of my fittings Shelley took over and took excellent care of me as well. She too was patient, kind, and personable. I had the best experience with my sales consultant and the dress looked exquisite for my wedding day.

I loved my experience at Chantal’s! Leading up to my appointment I was nervous and overwhelmed by the wedding dress shopping process. However, my consultant Deena made all those feelings disappear just moments into my appointment. I was able to have fun and actually enjoy the process of finding my perfect dress! Deena took the time to get to know what I was looking for, made suggestions and gave input when it was needed, without being pushy. It felt like I was shopping with a friend. I did visit one other bridal shop, but the service did not nearly compare to the level of service Deena provided. I returned to Chantal’s and said yes to the dress! Highly recommend!

Shelly the bridal consultant was so so helpful! She was so sweet and so helpful and you could tell she truly loves her job and loves helping girls find their perfect wedding dress! I would 100% recommend Chantal’s Bridal and especially Shelly!

Amazing grad dress shopping experience! Deena was incredible - she listened to my daughter, was personable, and made the appointment fun. She is really in tune with her clients - she watched what my daughter tried and liked, then suggested a dress we wouldn’t have pulled, and it was perfect! Absolutely recommend Chantal’s!

Great experience for finding a grad dress. Deena listened to my daughters preferences and found her the perfect fit. Was very patient. We did get to try on many options just to make sure but Deena’s pick is what we went with in the end. Stunning dress and was one of a kind. Friendly staff.

Dress selection was great, sales consultant was not.

We were booked for an evening appointment with my mom and some bridesmaids - my bridesmaids were running a bit late however the sales consultant said I could start looking around the shop and gave me a good overview on which dresses I could look at based on my budget and preferred style which I was thankful for. When everyone arrived, she scolded one of my bridesmaids for accidentally looking at a dress above my budget, however told my mother to pull a dress that was above my budget saying they could "do something about the price" if I really liked it?

I had about 10 dresses to try on which was my average number at other bridal salons. She rushed me through quite a few of them. Did not offer any helpful comments at all. I skipped trying on a few because I was so done with her attitude. She wasn't even there half the time in between trying on dresses, so I had my mother and MOH help me get zipped in some of them. She had the audacity to tell my MOH something along the lines of "can you help her in the back here and actually do something for once as MOH" during one of my try-ons when I thought it was the consultant to help get me in the dress in the first place? There was also another person beside me trying on dresses, I'm not even sure if anyone was taking care of her either as she appeared to be alone.

This was a vast difference in treatment compared to the other 3 bridal salons I've visited. I wouldn't recommend risking the chance of getting the wrong consultant as it can really ruin the whole experience.

Can’t recommend Jenna enough! She was so lovely and knowledgeable and made finding the perfect dress such a chill, stress free & fun experience! She listens when you tell her what you’re looking for, within what budget, and brings out so many great options. When my dress came in, she was just as excited as I was for me to try it on. If you’re looking for a wedding dress make sure to have a look in Chantal’s! Lots of sizes and variety. We had Shelly as our consultant and she was an absolute dream. I gave her ideas for what I was looking for and the first dress she pulled was my dream dress. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Had a private shopping appointment last night with Shelly - she was absolutely amazing! Shelly is so warm and welcoming, very respectful of the budget, and so knowledgeable. My party and I had so much fun finding the gown of my dreams!

Shelly has fit me for a bridesmaid dress, my grad dress and now I found my wedding dress just after one hour of time with her. She pretty much knew exactly what I wanted when I walked through the door. She found it absolutely AMAZING!
