Got my 11 year old son's hair cut done here, and the hair dresser assigned was quick and very professional. My son loved his new do, and so did I.

Reasonable cost, for long hair cut. I love that they have sinks at each individual station! You don't even leave the chair, they just turn it.

I’ve been going to see Elaine for about a year now and she takes very good care of my hair! She’s kind, pleasant to chat with, and pays attention to detail to ensure that you are satisfied with how your hair turns out.

Her availability varies but I usually book an appointment about a week ahead which isn’t bad at all, a lot of other stylists are usually fully booked for the entire month so I’m able to be more flexible with appointment times when it comes to her.

I recommend her if you’re looking for a stylist with 10+ years of hair experience, she does not disappoint!

I don't like this store because I bought a hair dryer yesterday and it didn't work.the store did not check before selling to me. I am very upset about this situation and when I wanted to return the defective item I was refused.offered only an exchange for the same model.for a customer who already had a negative experience with this model, this is certainly not a solution to the problem. Therefore, I want to warn others about such a situation.

I hate that I’m having to write this, I’ve never had any issues with any Chatters locations before.
I went in for a wash cut & style. Asked for shoulder length, some long layers and a touch up on my curtain bangs. First red flag was him not parting my hair before cutting. Second red flag was zero product being used before any heat. Third was the fact that a service that has taken every hairstylist I have ever seen in my life a solid 60 minutes, took this person about 25. My hair is well above my shoulders, I have zero length because I basically left with a Bob haircut since my entire head is choppy layers. I honestly look so dumb and am dreading the next 3-4 months since I’m going to have to wait for this mess to grow out and go elsewhere to have someone who won’t rush a service fix this.

Beware of booking with Vita Tkachuk; I was met with crooked, and unprofessional client conduct.
But after, I was greeted by Parwinder Brar. Very talented and helpful with my first visit at Chatters ️

Terrible, disappointing customer service. Stood there waiting to be helped and two employees ignored me. No one greeted me and no one was welcoming. Fortunately I found my product at another store.

Julia was my stylist, she was extremely professional, made sure she perfected, detailed and did exactly what I requested. Held a good conversation. She made me feel so relaxed and did not rush. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend went in and asked for a trim. Leonel N cut six inches off her hair without her permission. He cut it wet which you should never do and when it came to cutting, looked at her hairline from a far and did one long snip rather than any combing/actual technique. Because of this he obviously had to do it several times to make it straight resulting in major hair loss. The cut is super uneven and there are pieces at the back where her hair is not even an inch long which I’ve been told for girls will take years to fully regrow. She can’t even get it recut somewhere else because this will result in even more hair loss. She wasn’t even a walk in, the appointment was booked and agreed upon ahead of time. She is devastated and was so mortified after the cut she paid and walked out without a word. He was proud of his work and said it needed to be done despite not asking for permission. Please do not ever use this place as a reliable source for even a trim. You never know how this will affect your hair.

I am disgusted at how an established business like Chatters will hire people like Leonel N. It is sad that the consequences of his actions will only affect my girlfriend for years to come and he won’t be held accountable. He deserves to lose his license.

The lady Named SONAL damaged my hair. When I complained about my hair, her behaviour was so rude. It was my worst experience with her and she is the worst hair stylist I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend that don’t get your hair done from SONAL. I will post a review everyday about her so that I could save other people’s hair.

Chatters do have great hair stylists. I got a multi layered hair cut and some beachy waves. I was booked with Leo and he did a great job styling my hair. I would highly recommend this hair salon.

My hair turned out amazing. Great consultation, and even let me know before hand what she would be doing. Love a game plan. Even was recommended some great products, that i purchased. I will be back!

One of the best places to go, clean environment, friendly staff and great haircuts that work for you. Also lots of great products to choose from. Will definitely come back

Had appointment for 1: 30PM. Reached there at 1: 25PM. The person who was supposed to my haircut was busy somewhere else, I waited till 1: 45PM, then asked them if the guy is busy I can come back in 10 minutes, the lady said okay, because of rain I returned after 14 minutes as I have to pickup something from my car, when I went back, they told me that I was too late and the guy continued with another customer. Was he gonna do my haircut in 4 minutes?

Today was my first time getting a haircut with Chatters and it was a very good experience. My hairdresser was John and he is very talented. He is very funny so you won't be bored lol He gave me styling tips and as well as products to use for my hair. I am definitely coming back! Thanks John.

Abby did the haircut for my toddler son. She was great. I was so nervous as how my son will react.due to Covid it was long time that I didn't took my son to salon for hair cut and he is just 3 years old. But to my surprise it went so well. Abby was so caring and pleasant. My son enjoyed his haircut. I recommend this place.

John was great with my 4 year old nephew's cut. Friendly, professional and quick, all the things you want when getting a kid's cut. Definitely recommend him.

I got a haircut here on Sunday October 11th, it was the most expensive haircut I've ever gotten as well as the worst haircut I've ever gotten, I can clearly see lines where there shouldn't be lines, as well as lots of missed hairs around my ears and back of my neck, the stylist seemed very unsure with every cut, I will not be going here again, and I don't recommend it to anyone else, however it may have just been the stylist, but I'd rather not go there again if they continue to show such low standards in the people they have at the salon.

Great selection of products, I did not get any hair services done while I was here, just some products. But the girl who helped me was very knowledgeable and quick to help me find exactly what I needed! There was even a free product with my purchase which was a nice bonus!

I've been too many hairdressers over the last few years and I have to say that Barby is the most amazing hairdresser that I have seen not only is she good at styling hair but she is just a beautiful person all around.

Always a lovely experience with John. I've gone to him a few times now for hair lightening, dying, trims, and styling. He is very personable and makes the experience at chatters very pleasant and sets it apart from other salons. He is very skilled with what he does and I've never left unsatisfied. I always come in with a vague idea of what I want, and he always comes through with suggestions and I always take his word for it and I've never regretted it.

I do find that some of the receptionists lack some training. In my most recent visit, I was received by staff, asked if I had an appointment so I indicated time and with who. The staff then stepped away and left me waiting.not at all indicating next steps. Like do I wait here out by the door? Do I just loiter around until somebody calls me over? Or do you need me to come back in a few minutes? So that wasn't a great experience. I stood in there for a few minutes and felt like I was in the way of other clients coming in and shopping around.

If you’re looking for the perfect stylist, Leo is it! He is very talented with hair designs and cutting. You will never be disappointed!

Got a huge rash on the back of my neck from the sink they didn't use a towel between my neck and the sink.they left me laying on the sink for ten mins then the guy cutting my hair gave me an awkward neck and back rub.after my cut I cried because it was so uneven and looked horrible I was so upset I just paid and left I went back the next day and made a complaint they said they would look in to it and let me know that was a week ago haven't heard anything since.they also told me the cut would cost 49 dollars but when I went to pay it was actually 79.95. This was my first and last time ever going here!

Elaine has been my hairdresser for almost 5 years now and I love her! She does an amazing job of cutting my hair and the wacing services I requested and the one time I did a professional dye job Elaine got the most amazing shade of grey; it was so beautiful! Clean location, friendly staff and great hair artists!

Leo has always been great with my son, even when he was only 1.5 years old and crying the whole time. Now my son is 3 and gets very excited to see Leo for a haircut!

Was expecting better service from my hair stylist. Didn't engage in talk and rushed to cut my hair (not impressed how it looks). To top it off, washed my hair very poorly and styled my hair so badly although I point out some gaps with it. I think I'll just stick with buying products from here.

Always an exceptional experience. Front desk staff is super friendly and Grace cuts my hair exactly how I want it every visit.

This was actually the worst hair cut experience I have ever had. Claire cut my hair today in under 15 minutes. She did not wash it, or use any product in it. I told her specifically that I wanted a wash and yet she didn’t even spray it with water. When I came home and washed my hair, I realized that there were many long and uneven pieces.

I highly recommend not making an appointment with Claire if you decide to get your hair cut at this salon. I am extremely disappointed. This was an absolutely unprofessional experience.

Love the Polo Park mall Chatters location, and the friendly, welcoming atmosphere from all the staff. Leo works magic! He is professional and creative, obviously a master at his craft, and leaves me feeling pampered at each appointment. He is mindful of my styling needs and always gives me an edgy cut. His attention to keeping my hair silver-gray with no yellow is commendable. Thank you, Chatters and Leo, for making my hair experience a very positive one! I'm very pleased with this Chatters location in every aspect and would give it a 6/5 star rating.

I had such horrible hair because of the bleach, the dry split ends and just overall it was fried and gross. I’ve been dealing with a lot of insecurities about my hair and a lot of my friends and co workers were telling me to get it done already but I never had the time or money to do so because I work so much but have so many expenses to pay for so I never had the money. But when I came inside, the receptionist was wonderful, she was super kind and the hairstylist named Jessica was phenomenal. She made me feel beautiful about myself and my hair. She never said my hair looked ugly or anything but only said to me what she saw which was it was dry and needed a lot of moisture. Her words were so kind and loving. My heart felt so good. Thank you Jessica for making my hair feel wonderful and amazing. My coworkers were so happy with the outcome and so happy with how soft and shiny it is. They kept complimenting me today. Thank you for all the work! Definitely coming back! ️

I LOVE how friendly and professional Barby is! She puts me totally at ease, listens, and does a wonderful job. A friend at work asked about my haircut today and I immediately said Chatters Polo Park! It was like a commercial, in real life! BARBY ROCKS! Please give her a raise! Something!

I love their policy that gives you a couple of weeks to return the product if it doesn't work for you. Always, always great service!

Got my boys hair cut for $18 per cut & she didn't touch the top at all. Doesn't even look like they got a haircut. Not impressed.

I was happily surprised to get a last-minute appointment during the holidays. The haircut was great and the staff were professional. And it seems to me, that's all that matters.
