Chicken Chef Lorette

Food was good but it was obvious that my online order had somehow been forgotten about. When I arrived they looked confused, checked in the back and then said it's not ready yet. I waited another 15m for my food, when the restaurant was basically empty. Mistakes happen but would have appreciated the honesty.

We did a take out order tonight… food was ready on time, and of amazing quality! Piping hot and delicious… great experience!

We ordered 2 of the monthly special burgers and gave up and left after 48 minutes of waiting. There was one other table occupied in the restaurant (they already had their food when we first entered) so there should be no excuse for such a wait. We were told there was only one chef on - hmmm I guess two chicken burgers with fries is pretty challenging to make. Won't go back here ever!

We picked up 2 Mushroom Swiss burger combos on the way home Saturday evening. Not impressed! When we went in to pick up they almost forgot the drinks, then when we got home and checked the order they forgot the gravy we were charged for, so I phoned to complain, she said “the kitchen packs it” as I was talking to her I noticed one of the fries had hardly anything in it, when I mentioned it, she told me that it goes by weight so I guess she didn’t believe me (the one bag of fries had less than half as much as the other). Not impressed with the attitude! Didn’t care for the burger, it didn’t have lettuce, onions or tomato. $40.for 2 burgers, very small portion of fries and 2 drinks. Gave a three because their chicken is good usually. We almost picked up in the city but wanted to support local.
Not sure if we’ll go back after this, mainly because of the attitude.

Really extensive menu with breakfast served all day. Pizza smelled really good but I chose a three piece chicken dinner with coleslaw and fries and gravy. Really pleasant server with a great sense of humor!

Fast, friendly, and tasty! Everything a small town Chicken Chef should be.
It does not disappoint.

It was my first time here and it was great! Good food, desserts we're awesome. Fantastic service!

Topped off 12 hours of driving with homecooked perogies and chicken, couldn't have asked for anything more! Great spot

EDIT: BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING ONLINE! If their web page fails to process it could charge your account and then will need to wait for the ordering system to finish processing and then it should give you a refund. Possible 48-72 hour ETA. I give one star for food because I received none. 3 stars for service with this experience due to the concerns with the order but then getting some support afterwards. Atmosphere gets a 3 star because once I called in and explained, they were extremely friendly but did seem a bit quick to try and dismiss the concerns.

UPDATE: Finally received the refund a week later. Ended up just cooking food at home and got nothing for the inconvenience or the hold on my money. I can't say I would recommend, especially if ordering online.

Consistent food quality, great server but the restaurant is starting to look a little tired.

The restaurant is clean, friendly and sunlight pours into the atmosphere.
Service was prompt, food was delicious. The chicken we ordered was very fresh, juicy. Though gravey was extra even in a dinner order. Coffee was fresh and hot. Love this place. Not too packed, parking was on the street though there is a parking lot. Will come again.

We ordered food from the menu on line and the price was different when we got to the restaurant. When I got there she said $41.44 I said the website said $27.50 she said our prices changed. I advised her to have the menu on line updated, as people would be up set if they go by the website and prices have been updated and they are paying more than anticipated. Just word of advise. Otherwise the food was good. I phoned the order at 607 pm got there and not ready till 712. They definitely need to hire more people.
