0 stars. Absolutely disgusting the way the hygienist and dentist treated my son with sensory processing disorder. I will absolutely never return and will be sharing our horrible experience with everyone we know. Filing a formal complaint.

Dr. Yu has been fantastic with both of my children. Easing the anxieties, making balloon animal pigs, and speaking to them in a comforting way.

Worst customer service I have ever seen.
I had a complain. I phoned many times but no answer, then when they answered and tried to explain my complain, they hange up.

They don't care about anyone.

Wondedful staff, great service. We have been going to children's dental for 7 years. Only thing I would suggest is it needs a bigger waiting room.

Such a great place. The staff are all very kind and sweet. Dr. Biber is so incredibly wholesome and a natural with the little ones. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This dental office has been great. They really know how to make my daughter comfortable (she had a fear of dentists for a bit). Clean. Considerate. Good with kids. They did an amazing job on her dental operation. It's a good place to bring kids. I'd recommend them.

In the time frame of approx 6 weeks we have had an appointment with the regent location 1x, spoken to the dental financing (angel) in procedure financing, and had a paediatric dental surgery under general anesthesia (yesterday).
The regent appointment was a great experience. They were thorough, knowledgeable and had answers to all of our questions. The wait time sucks but obviously is understandable.
The lady in the financing dept is the friendliest and deserves a raise- not because she did me anything extra, or did any favours or “hooked me up” because I didn’t ask her too and that would make this review biased. She is truly the kindest, most willing and able to “work with you” and knows every single aspect of the job she needs to do, better helping me comprehend where every cent is being allocated. It’s rare to find someone who is so willing to give you a breakdown of those things without getting frustrated- and she really didn’t. She was extremely respectful and kind the whole time. Financing a medical procedure can feel a little overwhelming but not once was there a reason for me to feel that way knowing she keeps an open line and truly can give appropriate answers.
The surgical procedure yesterday was enough to turn any mother into an anxious basket case. General anesthesia on a four year old has to be the most terrifying decision I’ve ever had to make for him. I asked friends. I asked family. I asked social media. There was nothing that prepared me for what I would feel waving him down the hallway. He was smiling the whole time. He was happy to hold the hands of the friendly nurses. They took incredible care of him. The dentist himself worked in record time, and within about an hour I was able to hold him, after having work on what ended up being 10 teeth in total.
This was a decision that wasn’t made lightly. Children’s Dental world, as a whole, put our fears at ease, didn’t try to charge us extra or “sneak in extra fees” and I feel ultimately did exactly what they intend to do, by putting the dental health of the child first.
If I could give more stars on this one experience I absolutely would.

Last December when my daughter did her teeth hygiene, found a caries on here tooth, so she was referred to here, examined on January, booked treatment on March, waited for two months and then gave me a phone call to reschedule the appointment to May, from a professional point of view, can a child’s dental caries wait half a year before treatment? So disappointed

Please don't waste your time and money here. Very unprofessional and unfriendly place.

Dr. Henry was so kind and engaging, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, everything seemed nice and clean and the waiting area was entertaining for kids.

Sometimes going to the dentist can be hard but here, my kids have always left with a smile and happy teeth. Very skilled and caring staff, with an absolutely amazing Dentist.

Was extremely nervous for having to put our 4 year old boy under for his surgery, for caps and a extraction.

They made us feel part of their family, treated my child like their own, and the dentist didn’t just do what was billed from first exam, he did exactly what he needed to and my sons mouth is feeling much better.

I want to thank everyone at Cdw for being professionals, especially the dentist, Anesthesiologist, and nurse that dealt with my family at their hospital location.

Couldn’t of had a better experience for this traumatic time for my son. Was worth the trip and bad roads.

Great experience as always with Dr. Kass always willing to go above and beyond to make sure our children’s teeth are well taken care. Best paediatric dentist in the city.

You know you have a great dentist when he is genuinely interested in your son's artwork and makes him feel awesome about it. Plus they are always great with the actual dental work and cleaning!
