It was way better experience then smile program my girl is autisic. At the smile plus program they made me hold her down i did not like that

Poor accounting, they filed my claim with their unlicensed dentist, after finding out my claim was denied even after calling them to call insurance company to get this claim sorted out they kept on giving me false information we have already talked to insurance company. I was back and forth with insurance company and them. Left voice msg called them but nobody cared enough to get this sorted out. I would give them negative stars if that was the option available. Poor management no care for people just money making business. I won’t recommend anyone going to them worstvyo deal with. Please stay away from these scammers in the name of dentists.

My two kids both have special needs, and being able to find a dental clinic with staff who are very accommodating was indeed a fantastic experience. We also had issues filing a claim because my provider does not do direct billing, and they have been so helpful with sending us the information we need. I definitely recommend Children’s Dental World Regent to special kids parents like me!

We love Children's Dental because everyone is so friendly and kind. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Our Dental Hygienist Shauna and Dr. Kennedy were very kind to our daughter. We also love Dr. Sam for Ortho treatments. Even the Receptionist was so friendly. These folks are absolutely wonderful with children.

My appt was scheduled for 3 and I has am email and a voice-mail that both had said 3. When I arrived I was told it was 3 and I was wrong and that something must've happened
So I had to entertain my no even2 year old for 30 minutes and them we didn't even get called in until 4. I just would appreciate with a young child that it was a bit more punctual and that accountability was taken by childrens dental world. It was not a good experience.

Dentist was really nice once we finally got to meet him. We had to wait 30 mins past our appointment time which was difficult with a 15 month old. Other than punctuality everything was fine.

All services are very good…. Specially dealing of doctor with my daughter…. He saying story to my daughter during procedure…. I am very happy for this …. My daughter also feels happy before, during and after procedure…. Assistant lady also nicely behaves…. She guides me very nicely…. Stay blessed you always….

Always an amazing experience at Children's Dental World, McPhillips Street in Winnipeg. My son is 6, and has been coming to the same location since he cut his first teeth. Everyone is warm & welcoming, starting with the Receptionists. My son loves the calm & colorful waiting room, and spends his time enjoying the tropical fish tank while he awaits his cleanings. Fun atmosphere and childrens television programming extends into the exam/cleaning areas. The Dental Assistants are wonderful and engaging, taking time to chatter with my son and make him feel truly at ease. If helpful, they will even show all their dental tools, and when he was younger, they would even sing dental themed songs. The Dentists are all down to earth and take time answering questions and explaining treatment options. At the end he receives toothbrush and sample flossers, and a couple tokens to select a few little prizes from their mini vending machine, and lastly spins a big wheel for entries into a larger monthly prize draw. My son enjoys his dental visits, and all is well. Check them out!

Whoever was on the phone with me prior to making my grandsons first appointment could’ve let me know all the paperwork that needed to be provided prior.

Therefore, as a result, I sat in the office watching people after me who came in, go in their appointment before me.

Furthermore, I not found out about why we were waiting so long or was made aware until I asked.

It would’ve been nice an considerate if someone told me rather than me having to confront them after waiting. Almost an hour watching people after me go in first.therefore, I will give less stars then I would’ve liked to. In the hopes that nobody else has to go through this process.

My son LOVED this experience. He was scared but everyone was so nice and caring and explained everything in terms he could understand! Looking forward to going back!

Children's Dental World on McPhillips has always met the needs of my children and their teeth. Their smile is brighter thanks to them!

They are wonderful with children. This is an excellent place to take kids. My daughter has been coming since she was 2 and they do a great job.

Dentist took time to explain things. Showed respect for my concerns about the child I had at the appointment and the one who doesn’t want to come back. She helped me with ideas for having success when I bring my other child back
The dental tech showed good rapport with my preteen and my girl was comfortable and relaxed throughout the appointment

The receptionist on the surgical side was so friendly and great to deal with. I had no insurance coverage and she went and discussed with the dentist about a cheaper option for me as I was really worried about the price I’d end up having to pay. They managed to lower my amount and got all the work that needed to be done for my son. I recommend the Mcphillips children’s dental world.

Very patient she was nervous and felt safe she enjoyed the private quite room as she stated it was noisy she said it was ok not scary very nice staff and kind

When there’s children fasting here, there’s always someone bringing in food, so when they say no food, they are full of it! The lady at the front will let it happen as well so be careful, or maybe go somewhere else

My daughter seemed to love a trip to the dentist! Couldn’t wait to see the dentist was excited, they weren’t too rough with the scaper on her teeth and I believe she would be happy to come back for another visit!

Consumers choice award. They cant even return a call! I HAD BEEN CALLING FOR 3 CONSECUTIVE DAYS, ALL IT DOES IS "" Leave your childs name and number and we will call you SHORTLY. I have to go tjere personally to clarify my appointment.

My four year old had her first appointment today. The staff were excellent- the secretarial staff complimented me on her name, Stacey, the dental hygienist was so calm and kind and took the time to explain what was going to happen and included my daughter in the appointment. The dentist (I forgot his name) was so friendly and bubbly and kind. Great experience! Will be returning in the summer! Thank you!
