Its good place to shop! But need more security, feel unsafe sometimes when i go to shop! Seen many crack head

I was looking for an item that was low in stock on the shelf and they went in the back and found more.

Beware: They have a stupid store policy that is not visually displayed anywhere in the store that if you buy milk and it is bad, you cannot return it after 24 HOURS! So to all the mothers out there who buy milk in advance and in bulk, I guess you're supposed to check all your milk, take a sip and make sure it is good and go about your week according to this new owner!
And I don't know if this pertains to all dairy but you have been warned but that should be the store's job as they think money grows on trees in this low income neighborhood. ZERO STARS!

I love shopping at my favorite ghetto grocery store. They literally have everything and excellent ethnic offerings. Great deals too!

I am disappointed with the service. This use to be my store but found recently that the toilet have been out of order for about a month or more and when elderly people neeed to use it because of medication it’s unacceptable

I love No Frills because they don't jack up the prices & they sell items that I can't find in my neighborhood.

Always tidy and well stocked. It's a much needed source of groceries etc.in the downtown area. Thank you for investing and staying in our community.

I had to return a defective product. I spoke three staff members there. They were very understanding, polite, and caring. Awesome customer service

It says you guys are open until 9: 00pm at which I came to your store at 8: 30pm and you guys were closed already. You should make changes of the hours on your web page where it says store hours!

Felling disturbed when they refused to match the price. They asked me to show flyer when I showed the website's price. Sad!

I was in the neighborhood and had spare time, so I shopped here. Very disappointed. I do like No Frills in general, and shop at other locations fairly regularly.
This location is nowhere near as good as other No Frills stores.
No self check out. I guess their assumption is to do with shoplifting/cheating the scanner, based on neighborhood and clientele.
Prices are not competitive. I assume they prey on the poor neighborhood who does not have adequate transportation and only shop here for convenience. Sad. They should be ashamed. Prices are higher in general at this location compared to other No Frills locations.
There was a security presence. That’s fine.
Nothing was on sale. No deals to be had.
Store is organized, and clean enough. Adequate staff but again no self check out.
The prices were very disappointing. Clearly, they have shoplifting issues and a presence of security to pay for, and pass these ‘savings’ along to the customer.
Terrible to prey on the less fortunate in the city who have nowhere else to shop in close proximity.
Management should be ashamed. Preying on the less fortunate really irritates me.

Bought a bag of chips the other day, had to return the them because there was a hole in the bag which had been made by mice

Prices on shelves do not always match the price I have been charged. On three separate visits now this has happened. Check your receipts.

The security guard followed me around like a stalking butler, I just came here to get some fish and rice.
Also they have a rodent problem.

Great place with everything I needed. Although it was short of things my family wanted in terms of produce. There is often a long wait if it's a busy time; lines are long and sometimes not all lanes are open to cash out.

My new favorite grocery store. The aisles are clean, the shelves are stocked and there are always incredible deals to be found! I've bought the drumsticks and the porkchops at amazing prices and fed the family for under $10

Good store, far too many transient and scary customers though. Clear out the homeless who are begging out front would be appreciated.

Cheap, lots of deals and friendly, helpful staff. And only grocery store in my immediate area thank goodness they opened

No frills has good deals and if it is lower somewhere else no frills will best it.

Always so very tidy in there.and the staff is very helpful.i think their produce is better than Superstore.a very excellent store

Don't come here expecting superstore service or the most speedy cashiers, be humble this place feeds the neighborhood with affordable fresh and somewhat varied produce, deals on overstocked items and in the end you pay a fair price. No. Complaining. Allowed.

This location is always swapmed with customers. Wait times to check out are always alt least 15 mins. And they do not accept visa only debit and mastetcard.

Never any staff on. PRICES have gone through the roof. Variety of " Canadian foods has greatly decreased.
I think I am going to try to avoid shopping there

Best no frills in the city, good quantity/quality produce selection, good prices, great Asian and middle eastern selection of foods
