The front staff wasn't helpful nor did she provide any customer service just told me to call into the call center.

I would give zero starts as this branch is only option for me on south Pembina where I can get coins - most of times staff is not available at all! If luckily someone available then that person don’t have access! Very frustrating situation for this branch with no other option! Given opportunity to them to fix it but still it’s same no change since last five years!

The worst attitude from the representative, doesn’t know how to handle the customer, unconditionally gets hyper while asking questions to get more information, impatient.

Tried to get foreign cash, teller didn't know what to do so she got her manager who basically told me that I was silly to expect them to carry anything other than the big currencies. I told them it was listed as being something they would carry and I've in fact have gotten them before through them. Completely refused to help me and I could see them both smiling once I gave up and left. Glad to see what my atrociously high bank fees pay for

I was here on appointment and the staff that attended to me was just too wonderful and efficient.

Very bad service. Especially one of the financial representative of the branch named Yifeng Suo.totally don't know what is respectful, trash.

This branch on March 30th at 2pm had one teller working with a line up of 20+ people.
At 230pm finally another staff came back to work. Then 10 mins later managers came to ask people in the line up if they needed help. This 2nd last day of the month and the bank should know its always busy with pensions, eia.

This is a very ridiculous bank branch. They called me to take the credit card I applied for a year ago, and blamed me for not take it a year ago. I have been to visit them for take the card four or five times at that time, but they always can’t find it. I had to re-apply for a new card at another bank branch, and now I am notified by them. Don’t go there if you have other choices.

This branch has terrible stuff. No support. No appropriate service. They waste your time for a long time without a reasonable excuse! Very very disappointing.

I applied for a credit card weeks ago i was told that they rejected it because of incorrect spelling of my name at Equifax i just got got off the phone with them they said everything was correct.and forget talking to some (HUMAN) at the online banking system it's a waste of time.

I was in line for over 25 minutes 2 tellers I was 3rd in line and 20 people behind me. I have to use the tellers or I would have gladly used the ATM at less the machine would have been more faster and more people skills. One teller finished and decided to use the phone the manager was walking around asking if we really needed the teller as ATM is over there. If I am in line for the tellers it is for a reason I’m sure the others behind me are the same, if she could walk up and down I’m sure she could of jumped on a till and helped out, when I was finally done the one was still on the phone and 3 people in line left. This bank really needs to be cleaned up and get professionals working there. Get employees with professional work skills and also how to treat people with respect. I had to give star but I would have given it zero!

Could you please hire more personal at your 2866 Pembina location bank as I'm getting quite annoyed with how long of a wait it takes to get service. I'm not complaining about their service, its how long it takes to get it. Today I went to the bank twice within an hour, I left the first time because of a non- moving line. When I came back the line was even longer, and it took me 30 minutes to get to a teller. I am at the point that I am thinking changing banks. I have been a CIBC customer for over 50 years, can you tell me that you will look into this problem or just ignore it. Thanks Kelly Cole

Worst customer service! Specially that guy today I met he was sitting in the corner desk I dont remember his name. He doesnt even know what was he saying. This surely needs to be taken action otherwise they might loose their business for sure! It was very dissapointing. It even doesnt deserve 1 star service!

This is the worst branch of CIBC I have seen. The employees doesnt know how to talk! Worst customer service ever. If you want to be judged for your color or race please go there, otherwise this is the worst customer service I have seen in my entire life.
