CIBC Branch with ATM

Wow 2 people working with 16 people in line. And one of the 2 working has to count every bill and then put it through the auto counter. Need more tellers, worst service ever.

Takes forever to get an appointment. My husband is on palliative care and i am trying to sort stuff and its over a month foe them to take copies of my POA.

Good service even though the line can sometimes be a bit hectic, they do try to be as quick as possible, meaning your service will be done as fast as they can be professionally.

Our debit card was locked for "fraud"! Their employee wasn't able to unlock the card, we have to call a special phone number. To reach someone on the phone takes more than patience. Unbelievable to leave their customer waiting hours for answering the phone! We consider to change our bank in the future!

I've never seen more than two tellers here, and there are always more than 10 people waiting. I'm writing this review from the line, in which I have waited 30 minutes so far and the tellers have made it through 1 customer. There are 15 people waiting for service, including myself and those being assisted at the vestibules.

Save your time and just travel to a different bank.

They Supposed to open till 7 pm as showing on their website on Thursday

But we reach at 6: 20pm and they are closed

Should be update the CIBC website
