Lamb Madras was to die for! Fish Malbeeri too. And the puri to start with was amazing! As a fussy Indian cuisine admirer, this place exceeded my expectations! Will come back again, tomorrow!

This place is so good, that I've been there three times in under a month. Each time we go for we always order the different assortments of meat; lamb rogan josh, Desi chicken wings, and the fish pakora.
They have the best vegetarian dish called Chaap tikka masala, it was mouth watering.
Each dish is seasoned with it's own spices and herbs which come out smelling savoury and appetizing, unlike other places that use the same seasoning for all dishes. Best Indian restaurant in Winnipeg. Much recommend. Excellent service.

Great food. I went der with my family and the service was great. I never tried a currito before and it was delicious. Can’t even finish the whole thing. Will be back for sure.

I’m very confident that all the positive reviews are from the people who are paid to write a review, I’ve been living in Canada for more than 8 years and have dined and took out from various Indian restaurants in different provinces and the food from this restaurant is the worst, I wish if I’d have spent my money on subway. The cook needs to learn how to cook even rice.

I had a terrible experience at Cilantro's today. The manager was incredibly rude and confrontational towards my group of friends and me. We had initially ordered the takeout fish pakoras but decided to dine in and order more food. When we were about to place our main dish orders, the manager interrupted us and rudely questioned why we were eating inside as the fish pakoras were meant for takeout. I explained that we had miscommunicated with the employee and apologized for any inconvenience. Despite my explanation and apology, the manager continued to be rude and confrontational towards us. His unfriendly and unprofessional behavior made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, so we decided to leave and go to another restaurant. His behavior was completely unacceptable and outright disrespectful. I would not recommend Cilantro's to anyone based on my experience with the manager's rude behavior towards customers. It's a shame because the fish pakoras was decent, but the poor customer service ruined our dining experience.

When my friends and I ordered the fish pakoras, the employee told us that we could get 16 pieces for the same price if we ordered for takeout. However, when we decided to dine in and placed our orders for other dishes, the manager rudely interrupted us and accused us of ordering takeout when we were supposed to dine in.

Despite our explanation and apology, the manager continued to be confrontational and unfriendly towards us. His behavior was completely unacceptable and made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. We eventually decided to leave the restaurant and take our business elsewhere.

It's disappointing to see such rude behavior from a restaurant, especially towards their customers. This experience has left a bad taste in our mouths and we will not be returning to Cilantro's in the future. I would advise others to be cautious if they choose to dine at this restaurant.

I have ordered dal Makhni, soya chap and shahi Paneer. Nothing was up to the mark. Seems like I have wasted my $80 on the food. Rice and dal was half cooked. Soya Chap tastes awful. I have to throw all the food in the garbage. Will never visit again.

I recently visited Cilantro's restaurant with three of my friends, and unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. We ordered some fish pakoras for takeout after speaking to an employee who had told us to order the takeout offer as it is a better deal and dine in to order more food at the same time. However, when we started placing our orders for our main dishes, the manager rudely interrupted us and confronted us of eating inside when the pakoras were for takeout only. Even though we explained to the manager about the miscommunication with the employee and apologized for any confusion, the manager continued to be rude and confrontational towards us. His unfriendly attitude and lack of customer service skills made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, to the point that we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service skills exhibited by the manager at Cilantro's restaurant. Due to his rude behavior we will not be returning anytime soon. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

Its my first time to try East Indian street food and it was so delicious! The cashier was really helpful and i enjoyed the food a lot. Excellent customer service!

Great food, friendly staff, very fast service and clean and comfortable dining area. If you try the kaju (cashew) curry, you will NOT be disappointed!

Excellent food! This location you order at the counter, but they’ll bring your order to the table. (The food did come in stages, which was a bit annoying.)

We really enjoyed our meal at this fast food Indian restaurant. For a little appetizer we really enjoyed the Dahi Puri - crispy shells filled with potato and topped with a cilantro pesto sriracha, tamarind and yogurt. Really interesting and refreshing contrast of flavors! For our mains, we had the butter chicken meal and the navratan meal - very tasty. Great value for the mains, plus a little fresh green salad, potato, rice, naan and mango lassi. My favorite was the appetizer, butter chicken and lassi, but everything was very good! Friendly staff too. Will definitely be back.

The staff were extremely friendly & attentive. Food was too delicious & had a proper indian style presentation. The environment was calm & bgm too. Highly recommend it to a!

Great food and service. Paneer Crispy taco is my favourite. Finally something new to try in indian food instead of regular indian dishes. Manager rohit is very helpful and polite. A must visit place.

I decided to try Cilantro's for the first time last week. I enjoyed my first order, which was delivered by a third party delivery place. I ordered extra extra hot shrimp Tikki Masala, it was pretty hot. My second order couple days later was the chicken Tikka Masala, with the same extra hot request. I made another order today for the paneer Tikka Masala, I asked for XXX hot. This particular order has been the best so far. I am very impressed with the heat level. I'm definitely going to keep ordering from here. I'll try some different dishes, hopefully with the same heat level. I would like to stop in to order in person and get some recommendations and maybe a 4th X to the heat level. Thank you for the great Paneer Tikka Masala today.

I’ve been a regular customer here and yet they manage to disappoint me. I ordered butter chicken and it had no flavour to it. Naan were dry and undercooked. And the quality is not the same as before. Wouldn’t recommend anyone this place anymore.

First time trying this restaurant! We ordered 6 dishes for dinner on Skip, all vegan/vegetarian. We didn’t get any appetizers or desserts, but got naan.

The good:
Naan: excellent.
Flavours: very interesting and rich, great variety.
Vegan/vegetarian options: lots, thank you so much!
Quantity: we ordered regular, and we had leftovers for a couple of meals after.

The bad:
Way too spicy. We checked off “mild” for all the dishes, and still, 2 of them were so spicy that half of us couldn’t eat them. I don’t have a high tolerance for spice, though I can enjoy it a little bit - so I always get “mild” at restaurants just to be safe. My friend, who can’t tolerate spice as well as I do, couldn’t eat any of the food. Even the navratan korma, which is usually the mildest, was so spicy that three of us couldn’t eat it. I love Indian cuisine and can almost always handle mild versions of all the food - but sad to say, I won’t be ordering from here again.

The food was absolutely delicious! The dining room was ok albeit small. My husband and I took our Aunt here and we ordered three different combo plates. They were all superb!
