City Looks Salon, Spa & Wig Centre

I had a very good experience with their wig facility. Deb and her team really are experts with cancer patients. There is a private room so when it came time to shave my head it was done in private. Deb helped me pick a beautiful wig. She gave me tips on how to care for my scalp as well as the wig. I would recommend them if you are going through chemotherapy and losing your hair.

Kendra is very talented and thorough at doing nails. I recommend going there for all the services!

They are excellent in their services and helped my wife suggesting the proper care what she needed.

I visited this place for the first time this month and had a facial. The facial itself was amazing but I got a little bit confused during payment. I paid for my treatment and got a couple of products which I was recommended by my aesthetician but when I checked my back account later, the total cost seemed to be higher than it was supposed to be. I was told I will be emailed the receipt while checking out but in fact I never was. I dropped an email to them and didn’t get any response. I liked the service but not the customer service. I would not like to visit this place again.

Hidden gem in the middle of an unassuming strip mall. Very large (maze like) spa with all the services you’d expect and more. Clean and lit for moody relaxation. I have medical issues with problem feet and the aesthetician was more than capable to tackle the job professionally and beautifully. Book with Nicole B and you will be well taken care of.

I had an incredible experience with Nicole the Trichologist! I was referred to her by Injector Kristina from Visage. I had been experiencing a major amount of hair loss from some health issues and Nicole was wonderful with helping address on what i can do to help my hair! I loved the scalp detox and the scope to see my hair follicles in depth. I appreciate the amount of time Nicole spent with me, she is truly a gem! I loved the private room for the treatment as it is a very vulnerable experience to discuss hair loss! 4 months later, my hair is finally starting to get its density back and the baby hairs are flourishing! I cannot thank Nicole and City Looks By Visage enough!

The staff of this salon went above and beyond for a friend and their family going through a very tough time. They went directly to the hospital and took the time out of their busiest day of the week to give a family precious time and amazing service to feel good. Big hearts, generosity, and love. I will spare you the long story.but I was told as a child that when an angel spreads its wings; they spread love and beauty.welcome to City Looks! A group of us had an unusual request to fulfill the wish of a young woman and her mother in a less that ideal situation. Our request was to help them on a day the salon was closed because we knew how difficult the request was.they denied us. BECAUSE they insisted they go help on the busiest day for the salon; as helping these two was so important to them! A salon/spa is where we go to recharge and center ourselves.well, there is a very good chance the team at City Looks will achieve and exceed your expectations. My heart will forever hold a spot for this team and their manager. Words can not express how their talents and hearts literally altered a moment in time.thank you for reaffirming what I was taught as a child. Angels do have wings of strength.

PLEASE READ! Do not go to this salon unless you want your hair ruined! I paid $400 for what was supposed to be a “balayage” but what ended up as ALL of my hair being bleached YELLOW.

I went here to for a balayage of blonde highlights. I asked for a natural and smooth transition with lots of dimension, however, the hairdresser proceeded to bleach all of my hair, except for a few inches from the roots. She left a very harsh transition line and my hair was completely yellow with absolutely no dimension. Then when I called City Looks to ask to have my hair fixed, I was told that they have no openings for the next few weeks. Not wanting to go to school having bleached yellow hair, I paid to have it fixed at another salon. The hairstylist at the other salon told me that City Looks had used an incorrect technique and ruined my hair and there was no need for her to bleach all of it.

I then went back to City Looks to speak to one of their managers, who was nice but told me that it was likely a miscommunication and that I would have to live with the mistake. I felt very dismissed and as if they had no intention of making things right. She also blamed me for going to another salon to get my hair fixed, even though I was told I can’t get it fixed at City Looks for the next few weeks.

Excellent services provided for people experiencing hair loss. A+ customer service from both Cindy and Deb in the wig centre. My mom is undergoing chemo and came in to buy a wig. She is very indecisive and picky which didn’t faze them, they didn’t rush her and were very kind, caring and compassionate. They also have great products for the scalp to help with hair loss to exfoliate, hydrate and simulate new hair growth. Deb has a wealth of experience, providing great information and cutting the wig to suit my mom. I highly recommend City Looks Salon and Wig Centre as they have a ton of beautiful wigs, fantastic staff and many other great services. They made a difficult situation the best it could be and I’m thankful for the kindness they both showed us.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer and immediately knew I needed City Looks. I spoke to Deb and from that phone call on I felt cared for and supported. Deb made finding a wig fun, and helped me feel like “myself”. Debs skills and knowledge are unmatched, and her advice and support were above and beyond a “service”. I felt like I was with a friend. It takes a special person to do her job and I’m so grateful she was part of my journey.

I had a great experience with Christina. She cuts my hair the way i want. I had a really bad experience from othe place that i was scared to go for a hair cut, but she is awesome very professional and friendly. Ask for christina.

Megan has been doing my hair for 3 years now and is very talented, I never leave disappointed.

I have been a client of City Looks since I was 16 and cannot say enough great things about them! Brittaney is absolutely amazing at gel nails and manicures and her attention to detail is unmatched, not to mention how wonderful her personality is. Sarah is the absolute queen of highlights and haircuts, and I always leave loving my hair! It’s hard to find a hairstylist that always knows exactly what you want and that you can talk to and laugh with for hours!

If you are going through chemotherapy and need a wig then this is the place to go! Deb and Cindy are so helpful and you will walk out of there feeling beautiful again! I’ve had so many compliments on my new wig and hairpiece. Thanks so much for everything:)

They also provide an amazing variety of wigs which they custom fit specifically for you to ensure that you get the best fit possible.
Seeing what Deb and the team there can do, is absolutely amazing. She is a magician with her hands - and my mom's wig looks just like her natural hair.
The caring and compassionate way that she deals with her clients is second to none.

I always go and see Christina! She gives fantastic scalp massages with the shampoo and conditioning and always ensures my hair is styled to my liking.

I have coming here for 2 years and Rhanel is my hairstylist! She is knowledgeable about colour and cuts and has taken me from blond to red to blond again. I am always happy when I leave the salon!
