If I could leave no stars I would, my mom who's in a wheelchair wanted to get her eyebrows done and the woman who does eyebrows was gone on holidays and wouldn't be back for a month, so we came back a few separate times waiting for her and she wasnt back yet till one day I went in and she was back so I asked if they were busy they said no so I went got my mom and brought her in then they said they were busy suddenly. I thought it was unprofessional and unpleasant, it's not easy for my mom to get in and out of the vehicle and for you to deny her like that, I will never ever come back to this place and will never recommend it to anyone. I haven't forgot.

My go to place. I've seen a few different techs and they all did great work. Durable and cost friendly.

Get my nails done here every time I’m in town and they never disappoint! The staff are all wonderful.

Love seeing Angelina! She does great work and puts up with my quirky design requests and battered nails when I come in for a fill. Everyone I have ever seen here has also done a great job and always bring my ideas to life perfectly. And the prices are fair as well. I've come here ever since I was a kid with my mom off and on! I occasionally have drifted to other places out of convenience but always find my way back here. Its just the best.

The friendly staff always greet me when I walk in! The service is fantastic. And I can’t speak highly enough about Angelina. She has perfected her craft! She shapes my nails exactly the way I like them. I’ve even said to her “even at the point of starting to fill the nail, before we even consider the polish, I feel like I could walk out with my nails just like that! Bare! She does such a nice job filing and preparing the nail for the service! ”

Went for a doctor recommended pedicure. Appointment was 15 minutes late. Then the lady spent 98% of the time talking to her coworker in their language. Near the end the service the side of one foot was sore from scrubbing too hard. 3 hours later is still sore, like a scrape it will now have to heal.
I Did go back to express my concern about their customer service calmly. Although that should’ve been done when the appointment was completed and ready to pay.
Asked for a manager to speak to and she said they don’t have. She then asked another employee who spoke better English to come hear what I had to say. The gal then translated to the lady who said they don’t have a manager. End result “Sorry we do a better job next time. ” Wasn’t expecting more than that. Sorry there will not be a next time due to the customer service.

On the positive then other then the scrape the service was done well.

I waited forever due to business but I was a walk in! They were so kind. A few mess ups I didn’t check too closely before I left but it was ok and still looked ok only if u looked too close lol

Got a shellac manicure here and the lady doing my nails did very good compared to other nail salons in the area. I didn't have an appointment but they were still accommodating and they did a good job on my nails. Will come back again!

Love Lita and everyone at City Nails! Fast and my shellac lasts three weeks with little to know peeling or chips. Highly recommend!

Love the workers, but their work is horribly sloppy. Sad spending $70 on a set that I could have done better myself. Will have to go elsewhere to get these taken off and redone. Nails were also cut & shaved down so much that it’s painful. Also didn’t clean cuticles or the outer edges of nails. Booked an appointment but was taken at least 30 minutes late. Workers were extremely rushed, had 3 different people working on my nails at different times, clearly with 0 collaboration as they are not at all what I wanted. 0/10. Do not recommend unless you are looking for a cheap, regular mani/pedi with no specific designs and do not care about the pamper experience.

City Nails is my go to nail salon. I have gone to other nail salons and somehow find my way back at city nails. They have the best prices for the quality of work. Their pedicures are very good, they do the full service and it’s cheap too! Love going to City nails. They can get quite busy so make sure to call ahead of time.

Was great overall. My appointment was on time. Did a beautiful job on my nails. Will definetely go back.

I got a shellac manicure two weeks ago. My nails started peeling after a few days and two nails fell off on day 7. I am never going back, horrible quality.

Have been going to city nails for years. Staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. Place is clean. Strongly recommend to enyone that would like the nails done. Hannah, Letha & the owners are the best!

Got a mani/pedi shellac done for a vacation and the shellac was already peeling off 2 days later. Would rather of paid more elsewhere for something that lasts.

Been coming here for almost 15 years. Celine is the best nail tech in the city hands down. My set lasts weeks and is only $35. If you want to feel like a queen for the day - see lita. So professional and sweet. I love all these ladies.

My experience wasn't a great one. My girl friend and I finally got out to pamper ourselves and the service was not friendly and even though we are paying customers we did not get what we asked for. Our apt was for 4 and we ended up waiting until almost 5pm to get in and we weren't done until almost 7pm we both got a pedi/mani mine with a design which was a hassle! The one woman said she couldn't do it!? The other woman said she could, but did not do the design I wanted my toe nail smudged upon getting home my g.f. Wanted shorter nails and asked her to go shorter a few times and the last time the woman basically threw her foot up pushed them away and said no! I don't go no shorter! I have never seen nor had service like that! I also got acrylic nails and the job is horrible! Theres bubbles in my nails they don't fit fully on some nails, they're filed horribly crooked. Usually they cut your real nail before applying the fake nail never happened they didnt clean up the cuticles either. I will not be going back and I found it pricey for such a cr*ppy job and poor service!

I love city nails! I always have a good experience there, I have been going to them steady for the past 2 years. Jean is the only person in wpg I let do my eyes brows. All nail techs are great. They are quite busy so you need to book an appointment. I usually call a couple days before. I recommend them to everyone!

Awful, made an appointment, waited 40 minutes, was ignored so finally left went to Perfect 10 instead. What the point of making an appt, they clearly overbook. Won’t be back.

So rude people. I did acrylic nails. A guy helped me first, did a worst job at my nails.if you are new to ‘hand nail’ things please don’t go this place as they are super busy and don’t have any time for your questions. As this was my first time doing nails, I was confused about colour and this lady who I was send later talk rudely saying she got lots other customers and didn’t have time for me to chose colours.i even suggested to her to be more calm & be gentle with her words.not everyone is so experts in knowing stuffs, there are people out there trying new stuffs like what I did today.and unfriendly workers just ruining our money and passion of trying something new.so frustrated

I only clicked on 1 star just to be able to write my review on the unprofessionalism and rudeness and no sense of customer service this place offers to selected customers. My teen daughter was so excited to get her acrylic manicure today. I suggested she walk over to the nail place (City Nails on Main St) which was by Salon De Laos (excellent service and customer service) to get her nails done and let them know that her mom was just at the hair place for payment while I was getting my hair service. Needless to say my daughter was yelled at by a rude man stating that they were busy and pretty much shooed her away. Needless to say her mother and a never customer of that place, I had to walk over to let them know that their unprofessionalism, rudeness, and prejudgement and discrimination against age was not acceptable and will not be tolerated. Then a lady worker had the odasity to deny any yelling to my teen but the man who did the yelling could barely put his head up when he saw us and quiet asked if he could help us. Are you kidding mister!? !? No, you cannot help us but we will take our money and tips which you would of had x2 somewhere else where customers are respected no matter who they are and how old they are. We found a great friendly, accommodating and professional nail salon place Vann's Hair and Nail Salon, 1024 Mcphillips! Thank you Salon De Laos and Vann's Hair and Nail Salon for showing us 5 star customer service and treatment! We will be back with our money and tips. Shame on you City Nails on your poor customer service and treatment, you will never get our money and tips!

I’ve been going to city nails for almost 4 years now. When I started with them, I used to see all the time Dat (“ the male owner “), in the past year or so I jump between him and Celine and I love both of them.

I don’t understand why some people have such horrible things to say about them, my whole family has been going to them for pedicures and sets of manicures. My nails last 3+ weeks, easily without chipping. Everytime I call they already know who I am and I love going there because they are all so friendly to me and my family. Lately I don’t even need to choose my colour I just tell Celine to surprise me and because she’s been dojng my nails for so long she already knows what colours look best on me.

To anyone new to City nails, ask for Celine or Dat, they are both amazing, their prices are super affordable and I promise you will leave with great nails.

Lady owner was very professional took me in as a walk in right at opening, while i was getting my nails done by the male owner, he seemed very rude and was rushing to get my nails done.they set me aside to let my arylic set dry and after only 15 mins told me that my nails were dry (probably because they wanted more room for the other people coming in) as soon as i left almost all my nails spudged from not being dry enough.the prices are good but the service is horrible especially the male owner.very rude.
