I got my wedding dress from here and had such a good experience. I found a dress I loved but it didn’t have the features I wanted, but Tammy told me she can add the things I wanted. And she did an amazing job and gave me exactly what I wanted. These workers were so nice and made me feel special.

On behalf of my wife, she was pleased with the professional service. Unfortunately her favourite choice would take 6 weeks to get the dress she wanted in her size. She is ok with the alternate option of one of the two dresses she purchased. Hagd ladies.

Went to get my daughters wedding dress and had a very great experience, Nina the girl that was helping us pick out dresses was amazing. She was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for the great experience and my daughter Said YES to her dress.

My best friend went here to try on wedding dresses. I went as moral support & I'm the maid of honour. The consultant didn't really listen to what my friend was looking for & kept giving her dresses that she hated. I had to dig through a pile of dresses to finally find something somewhat close to what she was looking for. To top it off the consultant made a fat-phobic remark toward me that made our entire group uncomfortable.

Took my daughter there to purchase her grad dress. The staff were amazing. They got to know their client and were able to take her first dress choice and put it over the top with something she didn't even consider. I would recommend going here will come back when my girls get married.

Had a great experience! The consultant (Nina) was very helpful, kind, and was there when we needed her, but also gave us space to talk and think. Definitely would recommend!

Tummy is THE BEST! I went to different bridal shops looking for affordable dress and with my budget, some of stores told me that I can't even get an evening gown for that! When I get to Ckly Fashion & Bridal Tummy helped me and gave me my dream dress for my budget!
She made what I was told is impossible to possible!
I would give them 10 star if there was such option!

Awesome experience and the service was absolutely perfect. Walked in without an appointment for a grad dress, it was about a three hour drive and needed to leave the next day. They took us in and gave the best service.
I walked in not having any clue what I wanted and walked out with a beautiful dress because of Tammy. She picked dresses that would look great with my complexion and would suit my body beautifully. She took the time to pick dresses that would fit me well enough that she could do small altercations and have it ready for me the next day. She took such good care, it made the experience perfect. All the staff were so kind, I couldn’t recommend this place more!

I wish I could give 10 stars. I was treated with friendliness & professionalism from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. The women there were so kind and they all made the experience so fun and memorable. Not only did I find the dress of my dreams, but I also found a stunning dress for my bridesmaids. Doreen was so helpful when it came to finding the dress for me. I will recommend this store to any and everyone I know looking for a beautiful wedding dress. My sister found several Grad dresses she loved as well. Such a beautiful little store & such incredible service from the staff there️

I went to a few of the more well known bridal stores and was very disappointed. Not only with their selections but also the customer service. A friend whose daughter got her prom dress from CKLY recommended I give it a try. I am sure happy I did. The first dress I tried on for my wedding was the most beautiful I have ever seen. I wanted it even though it did not have some of the features I was looking for. I was told it could be altered to what I wanted. In two weeks no less. Picked up my dress yesterday and could not have been happier. It made me cry. The selection was amazing. No blah colours here. The customer service was outstanding and my sisters and I had a lot of fun with the ladies. I very highly recommend CKLY. They are absolutely amazing. Thanks so much to the crew. You made my dreams come true!

I came in for my appointment after having just received some very bad news in my personal life. I was near tears entering the store and tried to play it off, but the ladies there, specifically Tammy, were so unbelievably kind. She made sure I was feeling okay, worked very hard to cheer me up, and put in a lot of effort to help me find the beautiful dress I ended up graduating in. She also recommended an excellent food place to drown my sorrows:) It was an incredibly positive experience, and I am very appreciative!

Kelly and the CKLY team is amazing! I went there and purchased the most beautiful grad ball gown! They were super kind and sweet, I received so many compliments, and I felt super comfortable. They provided amazing service and assured me of any concerns I had. This gown shop was by far the best I’ve been to in Winnipeg. I never felt unwanted or judged at my time at CKLY. I was also able to get my gowns tailored there. They accepted both dresses even if one of the two weren’t purchased at their shop. Despite their packed and busy schedules, they were still so kind and were able to give me yet again the best service! I am super thankful that their able to make my requests happen just so I can have my debut photoshoot! However, I was saddened to hear that they were getting bad reviews because of their packed schedule. Let’s all keep in mind that it is getting warmer which means there will be events happening often (weddings, birthdays, etc) and it is grad season. We should be understanding and appreciate these ladies that work hard everyday even on their own time just to make your requests happen. CKLY you are the best and keep it up! ️

Make a long story short got there they asked what the budget was my daughter said $1500 tried on many many dresses in the end she liked one so feeling rushed as the sales lady had to move on, she would like the dress. The sales girl handed her over to one of the owners who then proceeded to tell my daughter the price was $2400 well that was very over budget they said we could put a deposit down then decide if we wanted to order so we did foolishly. Left the store not even 15 mins later my daughter knew she couldn’t afford the dress so she called back we were not even off of St James street yet and the owner very rudely told her no refund on deposit you must buy something else from our store. We were totally shocked as at no time did they tell us these rules the whole time we were there so now we have a deposit there and nothing to buy my daughter is a mum to a 1 year old and can not afford to leave $1000 at a store where she can’t buy anything I would definitely not Recommend these ladies please beware and ask many many questions about their rules as they do not tell you when you are in the store and they are very quick to tell you taht they are keeping your money

Went here and found a dress I thought I loved. Ended up putting a $1000 deposit down and after not even half hour out of the store I called and said I’m sorry but this isn’t the dress and I just felt pressured about picking one. Lady told me she would cancel the dress but she wouldn’t give me back my $1000 deposit back. I said I had just left her store not even half hour ago and she said she didn’t care and that was that and hung up on me. I’m a brand new mom and I’m just trying to plan a nice wedding during a pandemic. I really just want my deposit back so I can pay for my wedding but that doesn’t seem like it’s going to happen. Just want to warn any other bride not to go here and do not give them your money.

My sister went here to look at wedding dresses. She really fell in love with one. She decided to put a deposit down on a dress for $1000 and she left and she was looking back at picture and wasn’t feeling like it was her dress. Most people know how stressful planning a wedding during covid has been. She called less than an hour later and they refused to return her deposit. The dress wasn’t ordered they haven’t closed for the day. All my sister wants is her deposit back. I’m writing this review to hopefully get through to the owner and see how hard this is for someone trying to plan a wedding during covid.

I was terrified because I'm difficult to deal with, but the ladies that works here are "ANOTHER BREED of old school" professionalism. They make you comfortable try any kinds of dresses until you 'll find yours. They went that extra mile for make me happy.

Tammy and her awesome team made my wedding dress dreams come true. The first dress I tried on I fell in love with, but it was missing a few features. She promised me she would make my dreams a reality within 2 months time. And she sure outdid herself, Thank you again for my amazing black wedding dress! I brought my MOH here and of course she found the one as well. I tell everyone, if they need a dress come here!

After 4 stores and almost giving up shopping for my wedding dress CKLY fashion & bridal took me in for an appointment last minute. I didn't end up purchasing my wedding dress/bridesmaids' dresses from CKLY but I have to say that Tess and Miranda were fantastic! Tess was very candid and honest about my (now) wedding dress from another store and what an unbeatable deal it was, given my very tight student budget.

Miranda also helped my friends and I on our next visit, and we appreciated the awesome customer service and honesty - gushed over it all the way home. High regards and respect for Tess and Miranda's services that put our needs first!

Very poor service, from the moment we walked in the sales lady was very aggressive and pushy. I have never felt so disrespected and treated so poorly in a dress store. What a poor experience! She pushed us away from the minute we walked in. The sales lady pressured us into making our sales decision. Will never go back and highly discourage people from visiting this store. Still distraught from our shopping experience

Wonderful, comfortable atmosphere, all the staff are amazing and then Tammy comes along for alterations and she’s like a dressmaking fairy godmother! We had a few issues getting our grad dress to fit and Tammy didn’t quit until it was right. Highly recommend This store.

They were super helpful and found me a GORGEOUS dress! I just went in for something formal for dates with my Husband and they knew exactly what I was looking for! They wear masks at all times too! Very covid safe!

This was honestly the worst experience at a bridal salon I ever had and put a damper on my once in a lifetime wedding dress shopping day. They have such a very small plus size selection, I sort of liked maybe one dress on the rack. The sales lady was sooooo pushy and so rude. My mother in law pulled out a dress to ask if I liked it and the sales lady butts in and says “no that’s so ugly”. Like how rude? My mom made up an excuse saying she didn’t feel well so we could get the heck out of there. My face was beet red after because I was just so angry and overwhelmed with the whole experience. Definitely killed my mood for the rest of the day. Would not recommend. You can find way better stores with way better service and selection AND plus size selection. Shout out to The Perfect Gown. If you’re plus size, go there. The whole store is catered to us bigger women.

My daughter had a great experience shopping for her grad dress, all thanks to CKLY’s consultant, Tammy. Found a dress there but had to come back as it was too similar to another girl’s. Remembering what my daughter liked she helped her find another gown she is thrilled with! Tammy is personable, honest, has an eye for detail & truly wants to find the gown that your daughter feels the best in. Thank you ever so much Tammy in helping us again. My daughter left so happy finding another beautiful gown.

Had the WORST experience there when I took my daughter grad dress shopping. The owner was rude, walked in on my daughter changing, she was pushy picking a dress for my daughter just so she’d have the 5 you’re allowed to try on. Kept asking’why she didn’t like the dresses’. And then told us we only had 30 min for our appt.are you serious? My daughter has extreme anxiety and this put her into tears. When I asked the owner if we could try on a black dress that one of the other customers had tried on, she said ‘No, that was a size 20’. She also tried to tell me that we had already tried on that dress. I do have to give 10 stars to TESS who saw what was happening and pulled us aside and re started the shopping appt with tremendous sensitivity towards my daughter and without being pushy. She was honest and straight forward. So THANK YOU TESS!

Very bad store. Brides please do not spend your time on that store and don't waste your money. Their service is the worst! You will not get money back if you will not like something. Their policy is stupid. They are zero! You can find beautiful dresses in other stores with amazing service! Think twice before going to that store. Tammy is not profession person. Her job is disgusting. She promised to do one thing with the dress and did not do anything.

This store did have a lot of dresses but there where so many it was incredibly tight just to walk around.i did find there prices a but high, and there dresses a bit out of style, if you are looking for a more simple dress i would definitely not recommend this place.i did land up finding a dress i did like and the owner was SO pushy, the dress was $1,200 and she told me if i put a deposit on it then and there she would give it to me for 825, i told her i was unsure and she pushed me even more, saying that it was so beautiful and that she knew it was the one for me. (if was not, i bought a much nicer one a few hours later) i told he ri was still unsure and she said if i paid for it NOW she would give it to me for 650! Which was insane to me because if the price was THAT negotiable (50%!) then they should have had the tag lower.overall i felt they where very unprofessional and very pushy

Let me first start off by saying I would give this bridal shop 11 out of 10. I am so excited and pleased with my visit today! My mom and I were in Winnipeg for a few days and we decided to pop in to take a look at bridal gowns for my wedding in 2 years. I wasn’t entirely sure what I was looking for, but I thought I wanted something with sleeves. Tammy at CKLY welcomed my mom and I with open arms. She encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and I was able to try on bridal gowns of all different styles. It turned out sleeves aren't for me lol. Tammy was so helpful in assisting me with choosing a style that fit my body and personality best. She found me the perfect gown after trying on a good variety. I fell in love with the princess gown and decided to get it. Tammy was so friendly, fun, and made me feel so comfortable trying on dresses. The entire experience was absolutely amazing and perfect, more than I could ask for. I still am on top of the world with my bridal gown purchase and I highly recommend CKLY to anyone looking for a dress! They also had beautiful bridesmaid and prom dresses. Tammy and the team at CKLY. CKLY was our second bridemaid dress shopping experience and they were amazing! They helped pull dresses that they thought would be flattering for everyone and then put everyone together to ensure all the fabrics and styles complimented each other. The first time when it didn't, they regrouped and found something for all my girls! Super patient and well experienced! They made the appointment fun and removed all the stress that comes along with dress shopping for 5 girls with very different silhouettes. Cannot wait for the dresses to come in!

Fantastic experience here! I'm getting married this summer, and I had been to three other stores (each with about 2 hour appointments) with no success, but Tammy managed to find THE dress for my wedding in less than half an hour, and within about three dresses! Felt very low pressure and relaxed, and we giggled pretty much the entire appointment - it was actually a lot of fun!
This was the first store that I visited that I felt wanted me to find my perfect dress, and not just grab something and get out so they could get their money. Tammy listened to what I wanted and seemingly read my mind to find that perfect dress for me. I listed what I was looking for in a dress, and she went and found it - no compromising on colour, cut, or having me try on things "just in case I change my mind". Super refreshing after visiting the other stores!
I can't wait to go get my alterations done - partly to get back into that dress, and mostly to go back and see her again!

I highly recommend this store I had went there looking for the perfect dress the ladies in there were treating me so well I told her what I was kinda looking for. She gets me to try on 2 dresses then she pulled out one I tried that on it was perfect for my body type.she knew exactly what would work with my body type.while I was taking the dress off I heard the ladies talking and saying how beautiful and how well it worked on my body type.they made me feel like I was a princess I went in their with a price budget and she worked with me. I could say so many wonderful about this store and how the ladies treated me

Tammi was super helpful and super friendly! She knows what dress looks good on you just by looking at you and she's right every time! The staff are supportive and knowledable, made grad dress shopping easy. I would definitely come back for my wedding!

They won't let you take pictures of your daughter in grad dresses until you actually agree to purchase. I felt they were pressuring us to buy right away, people don't buy the first dress they see, they shop around. When you don't have a picture to refer to later that eliminates that dress shop.

Experience was absolutely HORRIBLE. I was shopping for my grad dress and the lady helping me and my friend judged me in every dress and said a dress wasn’t my colour and could never wear the colour and I loved the dress. Wasn’t aloud to take photos of the dress to show my parents to see what they think, she was very rude to me but was nice to my friend. I wanted to get out of that place because I didn’t feel comfortable trying on anymore. She later on went to go eat and someone stepped in to help us. She was very nice and made me feel good in the dresses I tried on, she picked out a dress I absolutely loved but unfortunately I don’t feel the need to buy it because of how horrible my experience was. *i didn’t catch her name and I don’t mean to point out her race but she was Asian, people need to know who she is. * keep in mind the other lady helping us was very nice. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Very disappointed. *also I was very nice through the whole experience so there was no need to make me feel that way.

Went there with my girlfriend and her friends a couple of days ago as they were dress shopping for grad, the lady has no respect for privacy as she would go into the dressing rooms, without warning while they were getting undressed and almost walked in on them exposed a couple of times. She also was aggressively pushing to sell you a dress even if it was not your preference/style. I was just sitting back, watching and if I was a girl I would never shop here for a dress for sure. Horrible service.

Absolutely the best experience for my daughter. Tammy was so wonderfully sweet and helpful with finding my daughter the grad dress she didn't know she wanted or was destined for. My daughter felt so welcomed, relaxed and listened to and was very confident knowing that she had found her dress. Would absolutely recommend them without any hesitation. I wish I could give the staff at CKYL 10 stars. Absolutely the best experience and such amazing service. They kept the store open in an awful snow storm so I could find my dream dress for my big day! They were so helpful and made the experience so much fun and enjoyable. Not only was I able to find my wedding dress but all my brides maids and both of my mothers did as well! Tess and Tammy were helping us this day! I cannot thank them enough!

My experience at CKLY was AMAZING! I generally don't enjoy shopping, but Tammy made it fun and exciting! I didn't have to try too many dresses, because she found the ones that were best for my body and skin tone right away! The dress I ended up choosing was the first one I picked out and tried, just in a different color, and I love it SO MUCH! I definitely recommend CKLY Fashion & Bridal for the incredible service and super positive staff!

I had a great experience shopping for my wedding dress here. Tammy is such a sweetheart and very knowledgeable about dresses. She helped me pick the best dress to match my body type. I am getting married in June so I went shopping in November and my dress arrived in April. Lots of time to have my alterations finished. Since my shoes are sparkly, they were getting caught in the lace, so Tammy suggested putting clear nail polish on them so it was easier to walk. The dress is lovely and I can't wait to wear it! I would definitely recommend coming here and getting their expert advice.

Bought my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses here. They were phenomenal with figuring out what we wanted and even ordered a dress that they didn't have in stock or even online. They also honored the price of the wedding dress that I was looking at from a different location and wasn't charged full price! Highly recommended.

First thing I want to say was that the consultant was extremely friendly and attentive. 10/10 for that. However, they advertised an 80% off moving sale. When I looked at dresses, none had a sale price on them. I asked if they were on sale and she said yes. Finally, I chose 2 I really liked. I asked if she could write them down on a card and she said of course, then gave me a blank card. I asked for prices but she just gave me the original price. She would not tell me the sale price. She just said it's different based on the dress. It was frustrating as I told her my budget, and she got me dress way out of it and refused to tell me a sale price. Went elsewhere.
