Clarion Hotel & Suites Brandon

Our family loved our weekend stay recently. Our suite was big and very clean/comfortable; somewhat far from the entrance but its ok. Our kids enjoyed the warm pool. The best part is that they do recognize military personnel and give them a really nice room rate. We'll be sure coming back often!

Only stayed for one night. When I got to my room the fridge was defrosting. I went back to the front desk and asked if they can change my room since I have road trip snacks that need refrigeration. They changed my room right away. Later on that evening they even sent me a text asking if everything was good with my new room.

Very clean, nice mid-size hotel in the central part of the city. The rooms are very clean and up to expectations of a 3-star hotel. It is one of only a few hotels with a convention centre. The location is pretty central in the city. Sufficient sports facilities and small business amenities if needed. Basement parking is available if needed. The last but not least, the front desk staff is very accommodating, friendly, and professional, which made some of the negatives bearable or even out.

The swimming pool and the fitness room are small, but it is like this everywhere in the size of the hotel.

If I may give inputs for improvements to the management:
1. Swimming pool needs to have more frequent maintenance, as I have noticed bugs in the hot water pool.
2. Swimming pool is not deep enough at the deepest point.
3. No bathrobe. There should be bathrobes available in the room, or at least the management should provide them by request.

Always a great experience at the clarion! There rooms are clean and comfy and their restaurant Echo has great food and drinks! Amber Little is the General Manager and she is outstanding! Always quick to follow up with her clients. An absolute professional.

I have been to the Hotel for a few birthday parties and use it often for meetings. Both the restaurant and the meeting rooms are clean and the catering is always excellent. If you're in need of meeting or gathering space I'd definitely recommend the Clarion

Room was clean and very comfortable. Restaurant was very good both supper breakfast. Prices reasonable food excellent.

Recently held our daughter's 6th birthday party at the Clarion Pool and was a HUGE hit! Kids loved it, parents loved it and the whole experience was all around amazing!

A very nice hotel overall. A variety of room types, a great restaurant/bar open late. Service in the restaurant was excellent. If you book certain rooms, you have secure underground parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Genuine caring people create a great experience! We have used the boardroom, eaten in the restaurant, swam in the pool and enjoyed a hospitality suite - everything has been wonderful!

Went to a wedding at this hotel June 25th 2022 the venue was really
nice and the buffet meal was awsome. Rooms were really clean.

Needs a new elevator i had to take the stairs so many times cause of the delay. Restaurant has decent food but takes forever to prepare

I wish I had of been told when I reserved the room and asked for the price they would have explained that the longer you stay the more it is each night. I got a single quote and that was it. Once I was in town I was too worried about not getting a room elsewhere to leave. Not happy. Won't go back.

The food is great. My room was almost clean. I’m not one for complaining but my washroom was dirty when I checked in. There was old brown moldy water stains on the counter and floor and on the toilet like it was there for quite some time. The bathroom rags were covered in brown stains. You can wipe the brown stains easily with a wet tissue. I notified the front desk and the receptionist insisted that the maids did clean the room prior to check in but I have photos proving otherwise. I’m a bit frustrated and upset at how the front desk was in denial lol. I double checked the beds for bedbugs but they were fine. If I were given a chance to stay here again, I wouldn’t. Sorry.

I haven't stayed at the Hotel for a while but I use it often for meetings. Both the restaurant and the meeting rooms are clean and the catering is always spot on. If your in the Brandon area and need to have a meeting I recommend this team. Oh I cannot forget to mention that Echo has the most amazing apps love just hanging out with friends there too.
