I ordered a ski jacket online, it was too big, so I went to hopefully exchange it for the right size, found my size but not the Color I preferred but as I really liked the jacket, I was prepared to settle. Well, at the counter I was assisted by Jen, who asked if it was the Color I really wanted, and then offered to order the jacket in my chosen Color and size AND is having it delivered to my home! Talk about satisfied! I am beyond satisfied and extremely happy I ran into Jen! Great service, beyond my expectation! Very satisfied customer! Thank you Jen!

This is the saddest place in Winnipeg.
I bought a jacket, a skirt and a blouse. I also liked the vest, but it was not of my size. The salesperson told me she could order the vest for me and I would be notified when it arrives. It is better, even, to order 2 adjacent sizes so that there is a choice.
The seller did not warn me that I had to pay for these two vests in the same check with my purchased items, she just added them to my check WITHOUT MY UNDERSTANDING OR CONSENT. Of course, I paid and was surprised when I saw the amount. Only here they explained to me that they do not order goods for free, because it is not a warehouse, but an online store.
I was so shocked and refused to give any consent even after the transaction, persistently demanded a full refund immediately. But they refused me, saying that I will have the right to ge a refund only when the vests arrive in the store.
The clothes arrived in the store. I went to pick up the money, but the saleswoman demanded a paper receipt, because the electronic ones that came to my email did not work for her. So now I have neither the product nor the refund.
I will say so. The amount is about 80 dollars. I do not dine on them. But it all will all end IN COURT and BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. The judicial system works in Canada, unlike CLEO in St. Vital Shopping center.

Cleo is my first choice for most occasions. Affordable, fashionable clothing. The staff at St Vital is very helpful, making it a great experience to shop there!

Picked up a sweater that they were holding for me. Sales person very helpful & friendly. Ended up buying more than one piece.

Came in looking for some tops. Salesperson Val was extremely helpful. Was such a good shopping experience. This woman deserves a raise!

Unfortunately I met some of the rudest staff yesterday (November 4th) at Cleo St Vital. They were very unhelpful and the old lady working the change room only assisted the white customers. I will not shop at this location again
