Co-op Food Store

This grocery store is a classic! I have memories of going here even as a young child. Good selection and service, and the expanded Pharmacy and Deli sections are also a noteworthy mention.

Management can't keep workers and youth staff treated poorly from managers and adult staff. Prices are way too high and selection is sub-par, to say the least. This store is a prime example of a one store monopoly in a town that could easily support two.

Don't shop here. Boycott this store and its terrible management. Nothing but a bunch of body shaming losers that have no purpose in life. Making fun of teenage employees is bad enough between the staff but absolutely inexcusable by management. Co-op corporate needs to take a good hard look at the way these stores are managed and cut the cancer out before it ruins their reputation. Shame on this store and their employees.

Noticable increase in prices, especially the bakery department. Other than that, very friendly local grocery store, fresh produce, awesome bakery and the addition of the pharmacy is nice.

Boycot coop. Prices so high if you need more than one item drive to the city or selkirk it will be cheaper. They hold a monopoly on the town, they have driven out other grocery stores and wont allow others to come in do to some relationships between town council and owners of Co-op. Staff and management have been known to treat fellow employees like they are less than. Body shaming, rude comments. Not a safe place to work if you are not perfect in their eyes.

Prices are not awesome, but in a small town that's what you can expect. Everyone is friendly and it's a great place to shop in Beausejour!

Bakery is good I find when they have their 10 for 10 sales they don't always have it in the stock I find the store to be expensive

The Beausejour, Mb Co-op was ok except for one of their female tellers. We ran through 2 sets of pop and the second one was different price. When questioned, she did not want to be bothered by this and was rude about getting supervisor to correct this and give back the difference. She slams change onto counter instead od handing change to us. Poor attitude for a person dealing with the public.

Cloverleaf tuna $3.50a can at Coop. 87 cents at Wal mart price gouging as usual. This store in Beausejour should be investigated for price gouging.

Nice store but prices are ridiculous. I only shop if absolutely necessary and the sales. It’s worth it to drive to Selkirk or Winnipeg.
