It's not great.the item was broken when we un packed it. Sale person not helpful, asked to see corded vacuum she showed us cordless.

We recently purchased a few appliances here. They were more than willing to answer the many questions I had. Really appreciate the time and effort dedicated to customer service. I also never felt pressured or rushed to buy a specific items. Really appreciate that.

Ordered some furniture to be delivered. Told 3 to 4 weeks.called after the 4 week mark and was told it would be another 2 weeks.then they called back 20 minutes later to tell us they arrived today, they just didn't know how to look for it. Then proceeded to tell us they couldn't be delivered for 2 more weeks, but we could come and pick them up if we wanted them sooner. 2 couches. Not the easiest to run down and pick up. Very disappointing.

*Edited* Seems coop @ home has reached out and told her the dishwasher can be returned and replaced with a new dishwasher. Thank you Coop for helping my mom! I wish this hadn't taken so long to resolve!

My mom purchased a brand new Samsung dishwasher and had it professionally installed, turned out to be defective and Coop has refused to replace or let her return it. The dishwasher has never even been turned on. It has been over 6 weeks and they are of no help.
This is the poorest customer service I have seen.
They have told her maybe they will be getting a part in next week which turns into sorry it will be even longer or they MIGHT pull a part from another dishwasher which also they have not done.
This isn't hard Coop, you aren't at fault for the broken dishwasher but c'mon. She as has been a long time customer.

As a local business owner time is very important, I don't go anywhere else, I save time and get the best service, at a fair price!

Computer issue? This is the place to go. Now this, is what a Store should be! Highly Recommend.

Staff were very helpful. There is a small elevator as well as a set of stairs to access the second floor furniture areas.

I'd like to publicly thank the computer people at Coop@Home, including Rudy and Warren, who recently helped transfer everything from my old work laptop to my new one. It was complicated by years of previous transfers and a new operating system that rendered some programs obsolete, but they got me up and running again very quickly. Almost all of my work as reporter is connected to my computer, including writing and researching stories, processing photos, filing stories and photos, online meetings, calendars, contacts and emails. It's so great to have an authorized Apple warranty and re-seller so close by. In fact, Coop@Home is the only one in Manitoba outside of Winnipeg.

Excellent selection of furniture, electronics and appliances! Fair prices and always great service!

Glad I contacted Co-op @home for a quote on appliances. Travis replied to me within minutes and offered me appliances at a highly competitive price. Will be a customer again. Thanks.

Couldn't help me find a simple component cable for my 2 year old TV, said he would call me with a price and order a cable. Never got the call.

Good product and a very nice store! It's generally more expensive than other places but you can use Co-op equity to help justify it. Not a great system but regardless they have good product and professional staff.

In response to the owner: When I said more expensive it was a general statement, I'm sure if you compare exact same product it's competitive. But as a rule this place has more expensive furniture in town compared to other places. I've been looking all over town for a sectional like the photo I've posted so I'm well aware of who has what lol!

The selection is varied and abundant. So many things to choose from. Furniture, flat screen TVs, barbecues, computers, appliances, cameras, accessories for most everything & everyone. A fun place to shop. It's easy to spend time here and not see it all.
