I've been working as a fleet manager/dispatcher for the last three years and have always had a positive experience dealing with Cole Intl.for dealing with customs brokerage.
They are always very friendly and communicate very well about any issues that may arise and get them sorted out very quickly.
Out of all the brokers I deal with on a weekly basis, they are definitely in my top-3 to deal with, and always clear loads for my drivers very fast. Very little issues ever spring up as they tend to pursue information directly from the client rather than ask us to follow up with them.
Excellent customs broker. I'm not sure what their pricing is like for clients, but I'm sure for this experience it would be worth what you are paying for. Definitely would recommend.
