Terrible service, purchased a book in store because it would not let checkout online, was told they do not match instore prices even after we explained the situation that it would not let us check out. As we were leaving we said thank you and have a nice day the cashier working did not acknowledge us at all. Price difference was over 20.00. Will not be coming back.

Bad experience, overall. Poor form on the fallout of the hacking.

The manager made it seem like she was was doing me a HUUUUUGEEE favour by offering to honour the discount for the membership I already paid for.

Indigo mother company is in it strictly for the profits. The run around I got to honour my plum plus membership has been ridiculous. Don’t waste your money on plum plus. Customer service doesn’t care to hear about problems you’ve had in store and customer service is where the workers send you to ‘resolve issues’. It took two months for customer service to even respond.

Nice little store. Not all the volume of the "bigger" stores but still a lot of selection. Definitely very friendly and helpful staff that really take the time to talk to you and make suggestions. Love visiting this location.

What's not to love about a bookstore! Clean, good lighting, helpful staff. Current releases, to boot! Always a fun impulse buy available too.

They do sell great and interesting books like Chapters! They even have the "buy 3 for $10" offer! The quality of the books there are all new and you can find a lot of good titles! Been there 4 times and bought almost 10 book already! Highly recommend!

They have a good selection but, they did not have any of the latest Political History or Old West History selections. For that I had to go to the library, to read or Amazon to buy.

Coles is great. A member of the Indigo family, It is important to go and get a plum rewards card for some extra savings. The team here is kind and super helpful. Really appreciate them putting some items aside for pickup. Was promptly ready to go at my arrival. Thanks Coles!

Pretty good collection of books given how small the store is. Staffs are also very informative and friendly.

Their selection of language books has gone from 4 rows down to 1/2 a row. They do carry paperback classics running 3 for $10. Other than that they only have a couple of the most recent titles so if you are looking for something special please bypass this place and go to a bigger bookstore.

Very helpful staff. I was looking for books on keto. (cookbooks) Staff took me right to the area and explain which shelves they were on. Also exchanged a book I got as a gift for another book. Very pleasant experience.

Kildonan place Coles is great. People are friendly and helpful. Relaxing place where you can stand and browse without interuption

A very relaxing place! Their products were stocked and displayed nicely. My favourite was that they had a decent amount of sales and clearances, perfect for gifts and what not. The cashier was great for answering questions and helped tons. Loved this location, small but homey!

Small store but it has almost everything. Pleasant and competent staff.
Sadly this is the only corp.book store in the north part of the city.

Coles is a great mall bookstore with a good selection, and friendly, helpful staff. I like shopping there.

Obviously smaller store equals smaller selection. However I'm very impressed with the great staff and all things considered, still a good selection of books

A nice and cozy store, but the selection leaves something to be desired. The staff are excellent though and it's well worth a visit.

It's a small book store comparing it to places like chapters but it's just a big enough selection of books to find something new to read everytime you visit. Even If it's a small store it still has a computer available for costumers to use if they can't find a book they're looking for. Employees are friendly and helpful and just a great experience all round.
