Gayle is the best caretaker I’ve ever had! She always cares about what you need as a tenant and always goes the extra mile for everyone:) She deserves a raise especially because she’s doing the job of 2-3 people.

So im a current tenant here and im giving the most valuable review i possibly can. This place is rough, The interior hallways are dirty, walls, flooring etc. For $1200+ a month i feel they could improve Bigtime, they plowed the lot ONCE all winter...

Older building. One of the first condos in Winnipeg. But the building is kept up to date with excellent custodial staff. And everyone I've met there is friendly.
